I pick my meals each week to help me on crazy days when i want to eat healthy and not snack or wait til i feel sick because i don't eat. the meals are so delicious. i normally put in the toaster oven for 350 for 10-15 min to reheat. I really like the food This is the meal plan translation if you want to go that route. Paleo - overlying template we use : all meats, all starchy and nonstarchy vegetables, nuts, seeds, healthy fats (ghee and avocado oil), herbs, spices, some fruit, occasional sweeteners like honey and maple syrup Primal - everything in paleo plus the addition of white rice, legumes, and full dairy (though, very rare) Keto - everything in paleo except any starchy vegetables, super low carb over all Whole30 Approved - part of a 30 day reset plan in accordance with whole30.com. I was traveling for Thanksgiving and really wanted a turkey dinner with all of the fixings. I'm celiac and the only person who has to be gluten free. I picked up my turkey dinner and two mini pies(one pumpkin and one pecan). They had it all packaged up for me, gave me an ice pack and I put them in a cooler with ice blocks. It traveled well for 4 hours. I kept it refrigerated until Thanksgiving dinner and heated it up when dinner was being served. It was all so delicious and I had no gluten reaction! Amazing meal delivery service. I get the paleo option and I love that I don't have to select my meals each week. I don't have to do anything but put my bag outside on delivery day. I've tried many national and local delivery companies and the variety and quality at Stella's is unmatched. Eating gluten free can be really tough at times and Stella's makes it so much easier. My only complaint (and it's so small I won't dock a star) is that I wish they delivered twice a week instead of once a week. Sometimes I have to eat a meal one day past its "eat by" date but I haven't gotten sick or anything, it's just hard to get to them all in time with the Tuesday delivery. read more

Sarah, the owner and operator of Stella's Kitchen, is an innovative chef who works with clean ingredients... and she has the talent and skill to make them taste damn good! After attending a housewarming catered by Sarah, my fiancé and I immediately hired her to cater our rehearsal dinner, and she blew us--and our guests--away with her spread of food. Sarah provided tons of delicious options, such as cheese plates and braised pork and chocolate cupcakes.... YUM. At the conclusion of the event, one of our more finicky, hanger-prone guests admitted to bringing a banana and string cheese in case the food sucked, but I am happy to report that both items stayed in his pocket for the entire evening. :) Furthermore, Sarah's service is also reasonably priced, her presentation skills are second to none, and she is a delight to work with. I am very pleased with Stella's. We loved getting the meals during our whole30. Made it so much better and more enjoyable to have someone else help with the cooking! I would order Stella's every week if they would switch to Monday delivery at Nike! Wednesday is too late in the week to be helpful. Almost all of the meals were totally worth the price, but we did feel like maybe a little less ground meat would be nice! I'll be back on the train if that delivery day gets switched! read more

I had my first lunch delivered from Stella's Kitchen today, the pulled pork and citrus slaw with mashed sweet potatoes. This is such a great and innovative combination of flavors. The sweet potatoes so nicely paired with the smoky pulled pork! I love, love the mashed sweet potatoes! The pork was flavorful and tender--nothing was too salty. The slaw was fresh, crunchy, very nice. The portions were so generous...wow, they would easily fill anyone. I can highly recommend Stella's and I am ordering more lunches! read more
