I paid almost ten dollars for a bowl of rice with broccoli, mushrooms and chicken, and I had to search for the mushrooms (two tiny bits) and broccoli (six tiny bits). Even though it had six good-sized bites of chicken, the bowl was mostly rice with a weird, slimy cheese sauce. Worse, their Philly style beef tasted like cardboard and made me sick. I've tried, without success, to contact customer service. They are so busy that the chat freezes up, and their phone service puts me on hold until I give up and hang up. I guess I am not the only one facing problems with the food. I never have a problem with the driver, but every third order is short because they run out of the asparagus or some other product that I ordered online. I am done with Schwan's. They are not the same company, and it is not the same food.
