The order was ready to pick up during the window it was supposed to be, but they forgot one item and my husband had to go back for it. I ordered the boneless sliced ham as I thought that would be an easy choice for all ages. It turned out that I had to spend a half-hour of my time trimming the ham. It was so fatty that I couldn't possibly serve it to my guests in the state it arrived! Very disappointing to say the least. The bakery items were the best, with dinner rolls, cookies and banana bread for Christmas breakfast all being big hits. Everyone also enjoyed the breakfast frittata.

Every single item they made was seriously delicious, not just 'good' - NW salmon cakes, goat cheese tartlets, teriyaki meatballs for passed apps, and the charcuterie presentation was beautiful. Sweet chili shrimp skewers, thai peanut chicken, asparagus risotto, arugula salad, plus two custom items we asked for: pork belly bao buns and fried chicken sliders. Everything was out of this world. When we asked to do pork belly bao buns, they didn't bat an eye or even ask any questions - and then absolutely nailed it. The amount of food was perfect. They also tended bar for us with 2 signatures and a full bar and everyone was happy and drunk the whole evening :) The team was super friendly and professional, and Jessica's responsiveness was lightning fast. It was above and beyond many of our guests expectations of what kind of food they would be served at a wedding. My now husband wanted to order excess food on purpose just so he'd have more leftovers, I cannot emphasize how yummy everything was!
