Every single item they made was seriously delicious, not just 'good' - NW salmon cakes, goat cheese tartlets, teriyaki meatballs for passed apps, and the charcuterie presentation was beautiful. Sweet chili shrimp skewers, thai peanut chicken, asparagus risotto, arugula salad, plus two custom items we asked for: pork belly bao buns and fried chicken sliders. Everything was out of this world. When we asked to do pork belly bao buns, they didn't bat an eye or even ask any questions - and then absolutely nailed it. The amount of food was perfect. They also tended bar for us with 2 signatures and a full bar and everyone was happy and drunk the whole evening :) The team was super friendly and professional, and Jessica's responsiveness was lightning fast.
