My work has rotating carts that come every Wednesday during our lunch breaks. Today was the 1st time they have came. I am glad they did, they definitely gained some new fans. Many employees in the cafeteria raved about the size and quality of the sandwiches. I opted for my favorite bbq meat....brisket. The meat was tender and the flavor of the sauce they put on the sandwhich was rich and savory. I ordered the beans for a few dollars extra, they were the right balance of sweet and savory.
