I decided to order Christmas Eve dinner from them as I had everyone home for the holidays this year and it was 20 people. First of all it was very easy to order on-line from their holiday menu. The order was ready to pick up during the window it was supposed to be, but they forgot one item and my husband had to go back for it. I ordered the boneless sliced ham as I thought that would be an easy choice for all ages. It turned out that I had to spend a half-hour of my time trimming the ham. It was so fatty that I couldn't possibly serve it to my guests in the state it arrived! Very disappointing to say the least. The bakery items were the best, with dinner rolls, cookies and banana bread for Christmas breakfast all being big hits. Everyone also enjoyed the breakfast frittata.

The guests LOVED the food. Especially the marinated chicken thighs and the potato salad. I even received comments from guests the veggie tray was one of the most beautiful they had ever seen. All the other dishes were delicious as well and there was more than enough to send leftovers home with everyone who wanted some. Busy Bee elevated my event into something even more special by providing such amazing food. I never worried once about any part of catering, as they were the easiest to work with all around. Everything from…read morethe planning, to the flexibility on the menu, to the presentation and aesthetic - they completely nailed our vision. We didn't want to do a traditional sit-down or buffet dinner and worked with Reedville to do more of a food station, heavy hors d'oeuvres set-up for our cocktail party reception. Every single item they made was seriously delicious, not just 'good' - NW salmon cakes, goat cheese tartlets, teriyaki meatballs for passed apps, and the charcuterie presentation was beautiful. Sweet chili shrimp skewers, thai peanut chicken, asparagus risotto, arugula salad, plus two custom items we asked for: pork belly bao buns and fried chicken sliders. Everything was out of this world. When we asked to do pork belly bao buns, they didn't bat an eye or even ask any questions - and then absolutely nailed it. The amount of food was perfect. They also tended bar for us with 2 signatures and a full bar and everyone was happy and drunk the whole evening :) The team was super friendly and professional, and Jessica's responsiveness was lightning fast. We would work with them all over again and highly recommend to anyone.
