Wow wow wow!! Visited Slow Co over the weekend. Enjoyed their huge back patio. Lots of space for the kiddo! Had the seasonal Life on the Veg pizza (summer squash, spring onions, house ranch, mozz, maybe pesto?), Margherita pizza and cheese pizza. Also tried their one of their apps that changes weekly- snap peas with dukkah seasoning, aioli, little chili paste/sriracha on top. Blew me away. Everything was spot on and arrived quickly! I love that they keep their menu fresh and rotating based on the best produce available. These folks know what they're doing. Give them a try!! read more

Slow Co. Pizza - Cheese pizza, soft serve ice cream - Pizza Near Me - Cotati, California

This place is nothing short of Amazing!!! First the service and hospitality is top notch. Danny was incredible to work with to put together a larger party of 9 for my adult sons birthday. So friendly and welcoming. Now let's talk about the food. We started with the Caesar Salad and farmers cheese. Wow! The dressing on the Caesar was so good but the farmers cheese blew us away. It is incredibly delicious. A must have for our family going forward. Then came the pizzas. For our table we ordered the R-Rated, pretty fly for the fungi plus sausage, Hogwarts express, pep in your step, and the spicy Rojo. All of them were fantastic. The crispy dough and toppings are just so perfectly portioned and expertly wood fired. Most ate a full pizza and we took very few slices home. Danny graciously allowed me to bring in a home made pineapple upside down cake (my sons favorite) which we added the yummy soft serve they offer on the side. It was a perfect compliment. I ended up ordering one more hogwarts plus pepperoni to take home too! We celebrated indoors due to the weather but will definaly return and enjoy the lovely patio soon. This place is a must go for pizza foodies!! read more

Every time I go into Slow Co Pizza in Cotati I am reminded why I love this place so much. Their use fresh local ingredients and everything tastes so fresh and delicious. They are unique in their pizza toppings/options. I think I've tried almost all of them and my favorite is the "pretty fly for a funghi". If you like brick oven pizza, you should give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. The staff and owners are pretty amazing and friendly too. read more

"The best thing that's ever happened in my whole life, and I'm" -my nine year old daughter Eden The building is unassuming but adorned with phenomenal murals and a nice area in the back yard for the kids to run around it. I'm going to suggest you do this before going--find a surgeon who will add an extra stomach to your body. You're going to thank me. Because if you don't, you'll end up like I did... fully satisfied but wanting more any way. The staff is friendly and service is quick. The only warning, make sure you get there early enough because once they sell out there is no hope for you. read more

I saw Slow Co. highlighted on a social media article a few weeks back. And since I pass thru cotati quite a bit, I knew I'd be trying it soon. Yesterday was the day.. had to get my windshield replaced in Rohnert Park and stopped by Slow Co. on my way out of town.. Really well put together space, very nice decor.. simple but nice. So clean and smelling delicious of food they were preparing..Bathroom was absolutely spotless too. You can tell they care. Met the owner, and chatted up the Sonoma County Pizza scene while going over their menu.. Personal size pizzas, just the right amount. But if you want leftovers, but two pies. We got three pies, the fungi, the sausage and the pepperoni which I had them drizzle hot honey on. Oh my goodness the flavors are amazing. All three pies were excellent and perfectly cooked. Nice undercarriage, the crust is some of the best I've had on a Neapolitan style pizza. Lots of parking, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I can't wait to come back in the spring and sit on the patio and have a couple brews and pies. Great local beer selection with beer on tap and in can. Wines available too. Give it a try if you are a pizza connoisseur like myself. I would love to see another salad option and a few more pie options too. Somewhat limited but tasty menu options. But the menu is great the way it is.. I'm just trying to think of something they could do different. And that's about it, because we loved it! read more

My favorite pizza place now! My husband has been here a few times before and I finally joined him today. We love a good thin crust and in our opinion it's perfect! Exactly how we would want our crust to look, taste and feel when we take a bite! Caesar salad was good as well. Not your traditional Caesar, lighter and not as intense in flavor. Also really enjoyed the spacious patio and hangout area in the back. Service was also great! read more

Not the same pizza place we were looking for that we had visited a few years ago, but what an excellent surprise! Delicious gourmet pizza, I happen to love mushrooms, thin crust, and delicate flavors. We ordered three different pizzas and each one didn't disappoint! I will definitely come back here if in the area. Service was excellent too. Outdoor seating was great, perfect for mild spring weather! read more

I was lucky to visit Slow co near the holiday. Pizza was totally yummy and innovative. I had the best salad ever. Highly recommend!!

I don't usually write Yelp reviews, but Slow. Co. totally blew me away. We had the pepperoni pizza (unreal), a super fresh tasting small plate with tomatoes, yogurt, and pineapple, and finished with some of the creamiest ice cream I've had in a long time. Everything was delicious and clearly made with care. The space has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the staff were genuinely so kind and friendly -- you can tell they love what they do, and it makes the whole experience even better. Already planning my next visit. This place is a gem. read more

We consider ourselves pretty professional pizza pundits; and our pizzas at Slow Co. Pizza in Cotati were the BEST WE'VE HAD in a lonnnng time!! There's something to be said for the slow proof process that goes into making finger-lickin' good dough. And the service and ambience were as delicious as the food! We love Slow Co. Food is delicious, popular for both parents and kids. Thoughtful menu that changes with the seasons with fresh ingredients.; the starters are really spectacular. The front of house, Rob has a warm and welcoming vibe. It's very good friendly and we drive from Petaluma to come here. And we would come more often if we could. Love the backyard in the summertime. Great homemade pizzas and Salads!! Super friendly owners. Loved sitting outside. Hometown pizza parlors are the best!

We went to Slouch Pizza restaurant in Cotati yesterday for the third time. Again, it was the best pizza I have ever had. We are working through the menu but get stopped by the delicious special offerings they continuously change. The sour dough long fermented crust is "the perfect crust" for me...chewy, not soggy and not overloaded with too much of any one topping. Delicious. Easy parking at the restaurant and super friendly ambience. Dogs welcome outside on their patio and lawn area. Bring the kids! Their soft serve is also very yummy. read more

Wowie!! Very impressed. Just enjoyed a Hogwarts Express pizza and it was one of the very best pizzas I have had since moving west in 1974. And I used to make pizza when I was in high school. Terrific crunchy crust and the sausage and mushrooms were delicious. I will be back. See you there. read more

I have visited four times since they opened less than a month ago. The pizza is amazing, fresh, local ingredients nestled carefully onto the most amazing crust and finished off with cheese options that aren't your normal pizza cheese. Their pizzas are baked in a beautiful brick oven and can be paired with generous salads and a cold draft, canned beer or non alcoholic option. The staff and owners are clearly excited to be open and they truly engage with their customers. Their seating area is small but clean, new and more than adequate. Check out the personal touches in the bathrooms. I look forward to putting their fenced patio to use when the weather is nice...and they noted they are pet friendly. Parking is easy and they have a gluten free option I haven't tried. I'm not affiliated in any way with this establishment..just think their product is worth promoting. If you're considering a visit..you won't be disappointed! read more
