David at ABBA Systems is the real deal…read more I have a Sony XBR-75Z9F (75" Master Series) that suddenly went completely black. Multiple shops either told me it wasn't fixable, parts were impossible to get, or that it wasn't worth the effort because of how complex this TV is. David was the only one who stepped up and actually took the time to diagnose it properly. Instead of guessing or pushing a replacement, he identified the real issue and repaired it at the component level (T-Con / buffer board)--something most places won't even attempt. He had everything fixed and back to me in less than a week, and now the TV works perfectly again. Communication was excellent the entire time and quick responses, clear updates and he followed through exactly as promised. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice, honest guy who clearly knows what he's doing, especially with high-end TVs. You can tell he takes pride in his work and doesn't cut corners. Hopefully I don't have another broken TV anytime soon, but if I do, there's no question I'm going straight back to David. If you're dealing with something other shops won't touch, or even something that is a regular job, this is your guy.

Firstly, Shane looked very professional which is a good first step. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He came in a discussed with me the worked I wanted done. He walked through and completed an assessment of the work to be done, including inspecting the hardware I purchased and collaborating with me on the the desired and appropriate placement of both televisions. Before he began any of the work, he also outlined the charges for all services so there were no surprises which I appreciated. His work was precise, detailed and there was zero disruption to me or my home (I work from home). The finished outcome of both televisions looks amazing-such a polished, professional look, and functionality is on point--love it! Updated review, 12/20/2025. I decided to end my 15 year relationship with Verizon (due to…read moreexorbitant cost) and take a chance with Spectrum. I made an appointment for 4:30 PM but dropped in at 1:30 because I had time. Before I can even type my name on the check-in tablet, THREE agents approached me asking me what I need help with. THREE! The agent who helped me was Suzy. She was knowledgeable, a good listener and she gave me the confidence that she will be able to take care of my change over. She brought over the store manager, Tony, to finish the transaction when she had to take her lunch. "Please don't hesitate to come back if there's any issue. Thank you for your business." as she left. The switch over got completed smoothly including the back up of the phones. Sure enough, I had a minor issue with a phone so I stopped by on 12/27/25. Again, before I can even finish typing my name, the store's assistant manager , Julian, was already in front of me asking me what I needed help with. Suzy was there so we sat down on the store's couch and chatted about Christmas and family while she fixed my phone's issue. Done. 12/29/25, I came back to finalize some financial details with Tony and it was then that I found out the big change of "culture" at this store compare to my horrible experience in 2022. Tony told me that he became the store manager a year ago and proceeded to turn it around with the new hires. He instilled a culture of customers first and it shows. I could've gotten my issues worked out with tech support and billings but I chose to visit the store and have a "human" relationship. It worked. If you are in the market for internet, mobile or TV service or decide to do business with Spectrum and are close enough to this store, I recommend that you pay them a visit and decide for yourself.

A few months ago our Internet speed went down from 100Mbps to 3Mbps. Yes, three. It took them about 3 weeks to get it fixed. In the process I have been in contact with mediocre customer service reps that are trained to copy/paste boiler plate responses. It doesn't matter whether they've given you an answer or ETA. They'd always ask, "Is there anything else that I can help you with?" so they can end it asap. This time around I had to move my service to a different address. The first rep that I talked to set up the install schedule. A day later I still didn't get any sort of confirmation. I contacted them again. Turns out that the schedule wasn't made at all. So I had to make another request. The rep that I chatted with this time was extremely slow and couldn't get a grip of the issue and task to be done. In the end, the install was scheduled. But wait... I ain't falling for this again. I immediately contacted them again to see if there was an install scheduled. Yes, there was, except that it was scheduled to be done at my OLD ADDRESS!! How can they mix this up?? Come on.. transfer of service to a new address that you were aware that was not in your system yet. Need any more clues on where to send the technician to? So, it took me the third time to get this simple job done.
