Been here a couple of times already and it has grown to be my favorite boba spot in riverside....and ive tried plenty around the area! I love their strawberry peach blossom drink. It comes with real strawberries and crystal boba plus added chai seeds. I think it's perfectly sweet and a great summer drink or if you like floral teas. I also have tried their purrrfect coffee and that is definitely really good if you like Vietnamese coffee, i would compare it to lee sandwiches coffee. It also comes with free sea foam cream which is also pretty yummy. They have games there which is cool, theres a lot more space to add more things, i think itd be cool if they added a little library or even a cute backdrop to match their favored logo. Maybe even some anime merch since they seem to have an anime theme going The only thing i wasnt so keen on was their flan. For the size, i dont think its worth the prize. You can get a bigger sized flan at cardenas for cheaper. Theres nothing that sets their flan apart neither. I wouldnt mind if they added more desserts however! Their boba has been consistently good the times i lve gone so i cant complain about that. read more

Always a nice experience, never a long wait, and any time I have to wait, I have the chance to enjoy the anime and video game décor. The Dulce de leche boba is literally just honey boba covered in caramel, if you like extra sweet that might be a good fit for you. The drinks are way too sweet and have no tea flavor to it at all. Fantastic place to get a milk tea or fruit tea. Been there numerous times and try a new drink every time. They have all been fantastic. Thai tea, apple green tea slush, strawberry shortcake and many more. But none have been able to compare to the Dulce de Leche latte. Absolutely one of my favorite milk teas that i have ever had from any boba spot. This place is a great hidden gem in Riverside for anybody who wants to try a new tea place. I saw the cute little name and logo and thought, they are bound to have something to get that perk. A little Thai Tea was exactly what I was on the hunt for, and to top it off...FLAN! I prefer not to put establishments down but being honest, as a person from the San Gabriel Valley area, Sleepy Kitea's boba teas are very subpar. I'm not sure how it has a 5-star rating. We ordered the Almond Milk Tea and Green Milk Tea with Boba. Both drinks had little to no tea flavor, and despite being 50% sweetness level, it still tasted like it was at 200% sweetness. To top it off, the boba was hard and did not taste fresh. The only employee in the shop was very nice but since he was the only employee there, the orders came out very slowly since he had to be the cashier, barista, and dishwasher. Overall, although I do acknowledge everyone has their own preferences, I personally wouldn't recommend this shop. Enjoy! read more
