I went recently and the store was more organized than Henrietta and had everything we needed in a convenient place. I need to return the comforter we bought because it's hideous in our room (LOL halp) but other than that, successful trip. This is a great stop if you're looking to spruce up your home or just want to browse and forget the world for a half hour.

When I called the store the "manager" I spoke to was very unhelpful and sounded as she could've cared less. I think the staff at this store practice this swipe and keep scheme/scam often. Was nonplussed when I returned home to the Rochester area and found that none of the area stores had the same accessories for the same price. Whatever. Tuesday Morning is a cool discount store, with a limited non-replenished stock of goods on clearance or specially purchased for the store. Lots of Chinese made furniture and accessories. Worth a shot if you don't want to go to TJ Max, Home goods and the 800 pound Gorilla of At Home. As always, YMMV. Note: The Henrietta store has moved lock, stock n' barrell to Victor NY in the former location of Office Max/Copy Max.

I just couldn't do it. (Not to mention the cost!) R&F was on my list of places to check out. My wife and I walked in on a Sunday morning and got a friendly greeting from Anthony. We told him we were looking at sofas and got no hard sell, follow you around treatment. After we looked for awhile, we had a better idea of what we wanted to see and went back to Anthony. Still, no hard sell. We told him what we wanted and he showed us some great options. We found a set that felt perfect. And there was a great sale going on, too, on top of interest free payments for 18 months. This set had the same lifetime guarantee on the frame that the online places had. We didn't want to wait months, so we picked a fabric they had in stock. It felt substantial but still very soft, and promised to clean easily. I also liked the light gray color. We didn't buy it immediately. We gave our new furniture excitement a chance to calm down. Often the next day things don't seem as perfect as they did in the moment. But that didn't happen. I went back, signed the paperwork, and arranged delivery. Delivery was a breeze. I liked how I could see the ETA and where the truck was during the delivery window. Once the truck got here the 3 big pieces and 3 smaller pieces were in place within 15-20 min. The guys were as nice as could be. They wanted to make sure I got the furniture exactly where I wanted it. So did I! But I don't think I've ever been perfectly happy with the furniture arrangement on the first try. It's close - just needs a bit of adjustment, but that's on me (and the next strong friends to visit.)

He was, friendly, helpful and informative without being at all pushy. We just loved working with him. We were looking for a sectional couch and ended up finding one in the perfect size and color... that my wife described as comfy... and it was on a Labor Day closeout deal. Terrell hooked us up with a great deal on the ottoman too. We jumped on it (figuratively) and have a new sectional coming next weekend at roughly half what we expected to spend. Moving forward, we want to buy everything from Terrell!

I faced a major issue with Bassett Furniture in Victor regarding a wool rug and dining table I…read morepurchased for $7,500. The designer visited my home multiple times and was fully aware that I have an older dog who occasionally has accidents on the carpet. My primary concern is that Bassett is selling a rug made from a combination of wool and viscose, which is extremely difficult and, in many cases, impossible to clean, and did not disclose that issue to me prior to purchase. At no point was I informed that this carpet was inappropriate for households with pets or children. Several rug cleaning specialists have confirmed that the carpet cannot be effectively cleaned or repaired by re-dyeing the stained areas. When I spoke with my representative at Bassett Furniture, she acknowledged that she does not recommend these rugs for families, yet she still suggested this particular rug for my situation. If I had known cleaning the rug would be nearly impossible due to the viscose--essentially a paper product--I would have made a very different choice. To make things worse, Bassett Furniture's management offered me another carpet at a 40% discount, a move that felt absurd given that my primary concern was the poor quality of their carpets. To summarize: Rochester offers significantly better furniture options than Bassett Furniture. The prices for Hunter Douglas blinds and Carol drapery at Bassett were much higher than at Decor Fabrics and Design, a local specialty retailer. Additionally, I noticed several imperfections in the staining of Bassett's dining table when compared to the flawless tables at Stickley Furniture. I regret not checking the negative reviews for Bassett Furniture on Yelp and other sites before buying. Clearly, there are far better choices in the area.

This sectional was very expensive and I expected quality to match the price I am extremely dissatisfied and will never recommend this company to anyone or shop there again.

Yes there's approximately 10 square feet of space for hundreds of of garments, but ya do what you gotta do a DEAL okay. Anyways, I like the home and beauty options here and the store itself is great to poke around and get some inspiration. The dressing rooms seriously are the tops - tons of space and seating. After all of that, the supervisor's proposed solution was to keep the damaged items for a $200 gift card. For the cost of the order and the importance of the products, that was extremely disappointing. While refunds are being processed, it doesn't undo the months of frustration, wasted time, inconvenience, and repeated failures to deliver undamaged merchandise. I expected far better quality control, accountability, and customer care from Pottery Barn. This experience has made me question future purchases with the brand, especially for something as important as a nursery.
