We came here for an earlier dinner around 5pm and it was already packed! We got seated quickly, and the staff was super friendly. We ordered the Iron Horse pizza and Buffalo Chicken pizza. Both were yummy! I'm not a huge fan of feta, so I would get the Buffalo Chicken without that next time. The atmosphere was fun and we will definitely come back! read more

Great food. I have had hit or miss service. Most times are great, only had two bad experiences but overall good.

Always great food. The service is outstanding. Sunday brunch is the best crowd. Try the French toast it will not disappoint.

As you can see from most of the other reviews this place is awesome. Cool atmosphere, great service and delicious food! Never really had to wait too long for a table, even with a bigger party. 4 stars!! read more

Best music selection ever! The starting line, brand new (old brand new), and tons of rad music from my high school years. Love the throwback and their food and sangria is to die for. Serious statement, yes. True statement, yes as well. read more

I've been on the road for 30 years and have developed a wing addiction. I make 'em. Fry. Smoke. I make my own sauces. This place has great wings. Both the happy hour and regular menu wings are excellent!! read more

Soooo good. This is top quality pizza. The salads are delightful, the apps are always so yummy. The pizza is crispy and the crust is slightly sweet. SO GOOD. read more

Probably some of the best pizza I've had. The dough/crust has a taste that's unlike any pizza I've tried. Good selection of drinks as well. You won't be disappointed! read more

This is my favorite restaurant in all of Ogden. The food is exceptional, and the general atmosphere of the restaurant is so fun. I always get the pork nachos, whether as an appetizer to share or as my own entree. I love their pizzas too, the grape and gorg is wonderful, or you can ask for the secret Mac and cheese pizza that comes with a balsamic drizzle. Sometimes the wait is long, because the restaurant is popular, but it's worth it. And they always hire the coolest servers, they definitely contribute to the vibe. read more

Great food. Hostess was VERY rude! Staff were dressed very unprofessional! Worse than I have seen in Vegas bars. read more

My husband and I have been to this restaurant multiple times this year and it never disappoints! We always get the buffalo wings. They are amazing! I haven't had any other buffalo wings that compare to these. We also really love the pizzas. The tikka masala is wonderful. And so is the chicken brodo! I also recommend hopping on their waitlist on this app. It's a lot more convenient. Also if you don't go check in with the host within 10 minutes of them texting you you will have to start over and go to the back of the waitlist line. So make sure that you make it on time. read more

One of my favorite spots. Now that I moved out of state, it's one of the places I visit when I'm in town. The food is always great and the services as well. read more

No better beer selection in the area! Been here tons and there's a reason. Great for date night and great with the family. The food is always phenomenal and no matter what the customer service is above and beyond. Try the calzones! My wife had a complex order and they messed up. When the food came it wasn't quite right. They not only fixed it quick but sent us home with the "mistake." They always do the right thing and we will never stop coming back. read more

My wife and I love Slackwater. We probably go here too much for our own good. Haven't had a pizza we don't like. The service is very good! Always have some sports on at the bar. More beer selections than you can possibly imagine, there's something for everyone! They get busy quick at night so either go early or reserve a spot if you don't want to wait. All around, the best pizza and drinks around! read more

Slackwatwr has the best nachos in utah. Nobody can tell me otherwise. The warm seasoned chips, the verde, the pork....i cant wait to go back for more! Also tried the California Sunrise pizza which was equally delicious. They have some great pizza options! Going to try the tikka masala next time. Great beer selection and atmosphere! read more

Highly recommend the Check Your Garlic Breath appetizer. The table got a few pizzas and liked them all (Gyro, Tikka Masala, and the Luau one). Waiter was attentive, gave recommendations. The space is loud but good vibes. read more

Fantastic drinks. If you see something you don't recognize, it's well worth trying. We've gotten to experience lots of new, fun drinks here. We tried the pizza and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was more complex and interesting than most local pizzeria pies. The pizzas are a little unusual, but they surprise in the most delicious way. The staff gave us food menu tips, and were very kind. The only draw back on service is Slackwater can get busy, and that can make it hard to get service, still a great waitstaff here. read more

Margarita pizza is my fave! But really anything on the menu is incredible. The meatball sub is my second fave.

Amazing, get the buffalo chicken pizza with a side of ranch and you won't be disappointed!

Check your garlic breath appetizer is on point! Why don't other restaurants understand that I need this much garlic with my meal (it comes with three full heads of garlic people). I squeeze out a clove or two and spread it on the pesto baguette. I then follow with the Gorgonzola cheese and a few tomatoes on top. I could seriously eat this weekly! I'm sure my husband wouldn't love the garlic breath, but what's true love without testing it with garlic breath every now and then, am I right? I also got the pepperoni pizza for my son and it was okay. However, I would come back over and over again for the garlic appetizer-please never change the recipe! read more

Food is always amazing and service is always friendly and quick! Such a fun spot, always full of people!

This place was awesome with a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. That said our visit wasn't flawless. We had an issue with the cook on the gluten free curry pizza we ordered but they were more than willing to make it right and comp the pizza and offered to re make us a new one (due to time we refused). However my pizza the taco pescado was fantastic! So good in fact I came back the next day and ordered it again (this time as a calzone) along with 4 others to eat while we watched some football games. Although, I didn't enjoy the calzone as much as the regular pizza option everyone else absolutely loved the pizza. Another note; I dropped a large sauce picking up my pizza's and before I could walk back in to let them know they were already running back to get me a replacement! Gotta love that! read more

Live music, great ambience, and an extensive drink menu. Slackwater is always a good idea. Make sure to join the waitlist because they're always always busy. Yelp makes it easy! Can't go wrong with any pizza. For apps-- order the hummus or the bread. Their sandwiches are also good. Come with "chips". Lots of vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options. read more

SERVICE: Staff are attentive and prompt! AMBIANCE: Good for large and small groups. There's indoor & outdoor seating. FOOD & DRINKS: Loved the pizzas. We usually go to the Ogden location, but since we were in Salt Lake, we decided to try that restaurant. We certainly were not disappointed! In fact, I think that the Sandy restaurant is better than the Ogden store. Pizza was hot, fresh and amazing. The crust was cooked through, crisp bottom, soft chewy edges. The wings are crispy, small but meaty, an d well done, but not dry. The "You'll Be Stuffed Sticks" were loaded with oooey gooey cheese... dunked in the marinara ...delicious! Not only will we be back to Slackwater, we have suggested them many times to our friends. read more
