SARAH, the security guard is a predator!!!!…read more I went to House of Yes last night for Futch, a lesbian dance party. I been a couple times before and met Sarah there. She was always so friendly and flirty with me. Last night I came with my new partner. As soon as we walked in, she was standing nearby and she looked angry seeing us together. The rest of the night, all I could feel were her eyes on me from afar. At one point, she passed by me and secretly caressed my ass. I felt very uncomfortable and asked my partner if we could leave right after. I didn't feel safe asking for a manager to report her as she's already a supervisor security there. This is supposed to be a safe space and I DID NOT FEEL SAFE!!! Apparently from another person there, she gets "around" with girls there and even denied someone entry because they were no longer together. I would think she would be more respectful and keep it professional. I DID NOT CONSENT FOR HER TOUCHING ME LAST NIGHT!!! It's gross to think this is their employer. I will no longer be going back and neither will some of my other friends. It sucks, I really loved that party.

Between the main acts, the ringmaster performs smaller tricks and brings audience members on stage; while these segments felt a little long, they were cute overall. A few tips for your visit: - There is only one general entrance (plus VIP), so expect to wait outside. This can be tough if the weather is freezing. - There is a bar & plenty of snacks, but lines get long right before showtime. Be warned that the seating is very tight. I actually regretted buying nachos with cheese because I was terrified of spilling cheese on my neighbors! - The tent was very warm (sometimes too warm). Again, the seats are super tight so I had a hard time juggling my layers, bag, food, and drinks. - Most people say every seat has a good view, but for the best perspective, I'd recommend aiming for the center middle or upper rows. - Our 6:15 PM show ended at exactly 8:25 PM (2 hours and 10 minutes), which is helpful to know for dinner reservations. My only real disappointment was the audience. The performers do incredible, dangerous stunts, yet the applause was so weak! I felt bad for them- they deserve more than a polite "clap clap" for the level of talent they show. Overall, cute and great for all ages. Highly recommend!

THE GOOD ----------------…read more+ JAW-DROPPING, THRILLING, FUNNY, AMAZING and any other positive superlative you can think of! ++++ Every feat of strength, balance, twisting and coordination leaves you on the edge of your seat. ++++ For the 2025 edition, there were many variations of death-defying acrobats from multiple entertainers, acts of agility involving fluffy dogs, contortionists, juggling and extreme hula hooping mixed with short acts of hilarious comedy from the lead clown/entertainer of the show, Johnny Rico. ++++ There were acts in the show, specifically with the lead clown, that engaged the crowd and involved them in his acts. ++++ Show time was manageable at about 2 hours with a 20 minute intermission in the middle. + Concessions were right outside of the circus ring and sold your typical entertainment foods (e.g., pretzels, nachos, pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, sweet treats and drinks) and light up toys. + Almost every seat provided a fantastic view of the action. We sat in the 3rd to last row and we were able to see every act perfectly fine. THE NOT SO GOOD ---------------------------- - The light up toys that were sold in the Concessions area were $20 each! Talk about price mark up. Not only were they extremely expensive, but we noticed that they stopped lighting up for some people halfway through the show. - Supposedly, food and drinks are not allowed in, however, it's possible to get it in depending on how thorough security is with checking your bag. The tickets I bought included a champagne upgrade and that was a good choice. The upgrade includes a cocktail that comes with a small bottle of champagne, so about 2.5 glasses. They have 2 intermissions. The show is a little under 2 hours. It starts a few minutes after 8 pm. The performers are insanely talented. I'm pretty sure I sat there with my mouth gaping open for half of the time. I am definitely coming back and going to see their other show.

This is truly a welcoming space, everyone can come here and be themselves. The bodies are lithe, svelte, glistening, beautiful. The acrobatics can't be matched. I am always astounded at the beauty of the erotic ballet numbers. I think those are my favorite part. The deep, soulful vocals of the diva singers can't be forgotten either. I think I've said before, I've done the couples couches and the small chairs along the stage. The small chairs are a better value and really a better view for most things, unless something is from the ceiling behind you. You can also upgrade with things like champagne and cocktails. But overall, if you get one of the small stage seats, a very affordable night out. And you can kill some time across the street at JukeBar (reviewed separately).

I purchased the class online the night before, and found the process very easy. I didn't know what to expect, but as a power vinyasa yogi, I found the studio to be easy to find and so adorable. I enjoyed my morning vinyasa class, taught by Deanna. She was so encouraging, friendly, and such a warm presence on a cold Monday morning. I was visiting from California, and really missed my yoga practice. I didn't know what to expect because And Yoga's policy is only sign-ups via their website and no reservations. The instructor doubles as the entry-person for the class, and the studio itself is like a small dance room with a bar (like for ballet) and hardwood floors. I arrived late, but she was such a gem and let me in...and she also laid a mat down on the floor for me too! I guess that's the best part about having online sign-ups...then you know how many people will show up for class. The room was very cold, and it wasn't heated at all. I'm used to a 80's-90's temperature for class, so I remained pretty neutral throughout class. We did a few sun salutations and mainly faced the entryway of the studio, since the setup doesn't allow for a comfortable practice for more than 15 students. I believe there was only 6 or 7 of us in class, and the best part was how diverse the yogi population was! In age and color, it's beautiful. Thank you Deanna for letting me in and onto my yoga mat that morning! And cheers to And Yoga and the wonderful community it has clearly fostered and supported.

You can also book virtual classes through the app which are just $1, so if you've moved away but miss the area, you can always tap in through there. I've taken the vinyasa classes, and due to Covid, it's a bring your own mat kind of deal (which may change in the future) The studio is kept clean and there isn't too much noise from the apartment above. Every instructor I've had has been good- they take their time, explain poses, provide modifications and come around and help when working on some higher level positions.
