They sent me a modem and router and the needed cords and I set it up myself. I stream all my favorite platforms and don't have to pay for the 150 channels I don't watch. And what a savings! I have setup their smallest antenna in Long Beach, CA and get tons of channels, have setup their smallest antenna on a Houseboat at Kathrine's Landing on Lake Mohave and get stations from Kingman, AZ & Las Vegas, NV and then setup their larger antenna on a house 11 miles east of Flagstaff, AZ and get stations from two different locations. I must say I do use a signal booster as I am sending to multiple TV's and now and then the stations do go down do to the weather as the problem is not on my end but from snow on the towers in the Flagstaff location, but with their antenna I get way more stations than what was available before with the antenna that Denny's Antenna Service recommended.

The office admin promised the fees for cancelling my old service would be waived and she would take care of everything (Monique) - I got sent to collections from Hughes net for almost $600- they never cancelled anything they "legally" cannot according to Hughes net customer service she never had anything waived and didn't do anything she said she would- it was all "lies", then when you call numerous times you get ghosted, Hughes net cancelled service for non payment according to their customer service team - when I was told it had all been taken care of- future vision customer service is TERRIBLE nobody returns your calls, I never got my return box for the old service items to be sent back after they installed the new service like they said I would and nobody seems to care - DO NOT BUY from this sales company they are horrible, I agree with other reviewers now .. it's a total SCAM wish I would have seen those reviews a few months ago- this makes all the others who are honest look bad- I had Hughes net internet and a third party sold that to me - they were at least honest and did what they said- this company is a joke. save your time and your money go somewhere else. They work in mid Michigan and were easy to schedule and showed up early. Family owned, honest and competent. Installer really studied the situation before installing to insure best route and had the antenna and wiring up in short order.
