1) I don't understand why the link to Denny's Antenna Service doesn't work any more…read more 2) And I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews as not only have I bought many of there antenna's for over 20 years now, but I have referred my friends and family to them also. I have setup their smallest antenna in Long Beach, CA and get tons of channels, have setup their smallest antenna on a Houseboat at Kathrine's Landing on Lake Mohave and get stations from Kingman, AZ & Las Vegas, NV and then setup their larger antenna on a house 11 miles east of Flagstaff, AZ and get stations from two different locations. I must say I do use a signal booster as I am sending to multiple TV's and now and then the stations do go down do to the weather as the problem is not on my end but from snow on the towers in the Flagstaff location, but with their antenna I get way more stations than what was available before with the antenna that Denny's Antenna Service recommended.

Installer came out, no business card, charged me first month for supposedly Direct TV bill. No paperwork, program guides, or documentation was provided by installer. Did not give a company name! Called Viasat and Direct TV and was told amount quoted was way low, it would cost $11-$15 more per month for each service than Franke quoted me. I have called 15 times and spoke with Steve, Marica, Rick and left messages for someone in charge to call me back to explain incorrect pricing. Three weeks in I have had no return calls, no emails, no mail or documentation from anyone. I filed a BBB complaint one week in as I could see where this was going. This is totally bogus and unacceptable.

They work in mid Michigan and were easy to schedule and showed up early. Family owned, honest and competent. Installer really studied the situation before installing to insure best route and had the antenna and wiring up in short order.
