Salesperson Jessica arrived at our home my 78 yr old husband was home alone. She promised she/the…read morecompany would remove our leased equipment off our roof from our current provider which after speaking to an attorney and our leased contract owner it's not legal, and she lied about speed test which we had performed when she left. She wrote down the incorrect address to our home knowing my husband spoke the correct one verbally to her and that our address is correctly on our driveway and mailbox for all to see, then sent equipment to an address that does not even exist according to the manager of the USPS office. Looking up on the better business bureau this company has deceptively install tactics that pray on people older than 65. She lied about our neighbors liking and happy with their account with them and after I spoke face to face with my neighbors I heard the horror stories of regret. Turn these people into the Attorney Generals office immediately by filing complaints. This is almost fraudulent behavior and file complaints to the BBB and to the FTC. Dispute this with your banking institution and call your local authorities and contact your postal service! As they are using the USPS postal service incorrectly by knowing that they deliver mail, or billing or equipment knowing the customer does not obtain it this is using a federal business to deliver possible leading to try to obtain monies via collections etc.

He said another person in their office could do it for us for free, even though they usually charge for it, because we only 50% filled on our DVR.. And at the same time, I looked up online for reviews and saw they were terrible. When I told him that we are not going to make the change and go with them, Jeff hung up on me and didn't say a word before he did. DO NOT USE Everett Communications. Thank goodness we didn't completely fall for it.

Apparently he's running his business from home, but still uses no address. Big red flag! The only thing he has is a phone number. His email address: sosmihome@gmail.com We called and set up an appointment for him to diagnose the problem. He did that. He only accepts cash he told us. He told us we had to pay for the part that he had to order, so he said we needed to pay up front. That was NOT a good idea, but we paid him a few hundred. He ordered the part, having them ship it to our address. It never got to our address and I don't think it was ever sent. We were told it was undeliverable because they needed a signature. Well, someone is always home. No one came to our door, rang the bell, nor knocked. Apparently, this "part" came to our address within a few days which we were told to expect it within 7-10 days. The parts supply person told him they would send the part to him WHEN they got it back. It's been since Dec. 2, 2025 since SeVonte was here, and it's already the end of the month and there is NO part and he will NOT answer his phone or texts from us. He took our money and apparently it looks like he stiffed us because he's not answering his phone and has NO reason to ignore us. Do NOT trust this company or SeVonte! He is a thief, a predator, and a criminal and should not be in business. We are disabled senior citizens and he knew this. He takes advantage of people like us. We wish we never trusted him.

I initially assumed we were disconnected by mistake. But thought the manager would call me back since they did ask for a call back number " in case we are disconnected ". Worst customer service ever. Supervisors/managers have no regard for it's customers needs. They only want to up-sell you their products and services. I Do Not recommend Dish/AT&T services. Worst ever! Will never receive the refund owed!

Our ATT Uverse cost increased too high for a low-end tv/wifi pkg, so DirecTV promo saved about…read more$80/mo. DirecTV/ATT staff gave us conflicting or erroneous info that took many many phone calls to correct, so take detailed notes of all your calls ! The repeated errors/problems/calls are exhausting. GOOD: local installler dish installation, good tv picture, nice remote control, An ATT 'customer loyalty rep' was able to correct wrong Uverse box return info just in time ! BAD: Billing thru ATT (want one bill for both) hasn't happened yet in 5 months. Multiple calls to resolve problems/issues that they said were fixed but weren't. UGLY: DirectTV content (about 800 ch) is mostly ads, sex, dupes, and others we don't want. Very difficult to program. Channel guide scroll -- extremely slow (5-10 sec, sometimes never and needs tv off/on to reset). Sound dropouts -- about 5 seconds every 10 minutes, usually picture freezes. Channel change -- 5+ second delays frozen on the channel-screen. Previous Channel button -- 5+ second delay. Please don't show the 700 channels we don't get. Even when set to just show only 'channels I get', it can still say a channel isn't available for various reasons... huh? It takes HOURS to program the Favorite Channel list, extremely confusing even with the printed list. Conflicting info given to us by several different DirecTV/ATT staff on how/where to return old Uverse box, which almost resulted in overdue fee. PS - it needed to be returned to FedEx. It took 4 calls to cancel 'free' 3-mo promo channels: I called 2 weeks ahead, but they didn't disappear, so called 2 days ahead, then twice again so far to get our bill rectified. Lots of junk e-mail promoting ATT wifi etc we already have ! Needless to say, we'll drop DirecTV the day after our 2-yr contract expires. After 5 months, bill has still not combined onto ATT's as promised. This behemoth corporation is too big to keep track of info relayed by it's staff. Would NOT recommend to friends. Update 1 year later: The new channel-guide layout is harder to read (smaller fonts), and more on-screen pop-up instructions (intended to be helpful) are just annoying. One of our remotes is failing (mechanical error, scroll button sticks and keeps scrolling forever).

Who slouched in chair, chewed gum, did not give me eye contact or appear to be friendly. Beware when you go in to have specific questions prepared. Look out for omissions on their recommendations. For example, I was told he could lower my internet course with a deal but part of the deal was a Samsung tablet. I said I didn't need it. Sebastian said it was part of the deal so I said ok. Sebastian didn't mention that by taking he tablet I would be paying $140 over three years. I went back to return it and it took them over half an hour just to accept it back after they ask for SS # and photographed my drivers license. Be sure you ask the "helper" to explain your service and the costs of each item before you accept it. Also the terms they use for different services are ambiguous. Be sure to ask about what for example "video" means. Good Luck

Just had someone replace our box, upgrade our service, and he was amazing. Clear, focused,…read moreengaging, and a totally warm and wonderful person. They talk about a breath of fresh air--he was a gust. He made my day start with energy and good humor and the sense that the world is a good place. Exactly what I needed without being aware of it. His name is Ryan and you would be lucky to have him work of your cable--his energy is high without being over-the-top.
