I'm sharing this review to document a very poor experience I had at Colby's Coin Laundry this…read moremorning. After using a dryer for over an hour and a half, my clothes were still wet. When I calmly reported the issue, the manager, Matt, was rude, dismissive, and immediately accusatory rather than helpful. While one woman involved with collecting money from the machines was polite and attempted to help, another employee was short-tempered and judgmental. She issued an incorrect refund and dismissed my explanation that the machines charge 25 cents for 4 minutes--not 5--resulting in an inaccurate refund. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and used no profanity. I clearly and respectfully explained that the dryer was not producing heat and simply asked for a fair resolution. Despite this, Matt escalated the situation, accused me of being argumentative, and ultimately shoved a $10 bill into my chest while saying, "How about $10?"--a physical and highly unprofessional act that appeared intended to shut me down and make me leave. Due to the lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment, and unreliable machines, I do not recommend Colby's Coin Laundry on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. You may end up wasting money on faulty dryers, and the customer service is not worth the frustration. There are better options available.
