After asking what our problem was with our carrier they promised their service could do that. They told us what we wanted to here just to make a sale and get the commission. We sat there for almost 2 hours for them to get us transferred. Then within 48 hours the phones quit working and we went back. We spent over 2 hours for them to sort it out. And we still left unhappy. I have no coverage up north like I needed and my husband is stuck with a smart phone he really can't use without help. Loved his old phone but they said it was no longer capatible with their service - after it worked for almost 2 days. Very poor attitude and service. Couldn't get a refund either even though they said we had 7 days to try it. Only staying with them for the one month already paid for and switching carriers again.
