That is no longer the case. I don't want to even go into the Best Buy store anymore, let alone use the technical services. I purchased a Dell Inspirin 16 from Best Buy in the summer of 2024. A couple of weeks ago the screen would lock and when I shut down, the keyboard wouldn't work until I had put in a 48 digit bitlock code. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad at the Saginaw Best Buy on November 20th and explained the problem I was having. Since I was going to be out of town, I stated I would pick up the computer on Monday, November 24th. When I picked up the computer, the lady explained what they had done to repair the problem and wished me good luck on my Zoom call on Tuesday morning. When I returned home and turned on the computer, I found that the keyboard was nonfunctioning. I called to let them know about the problem, and when I didn't receive a call back, I drove back to Saginaw with the computer. I explained that I had tried to call and the younger man at the counter said "And what did they say?" Since they didn't call back, I explained the problem. He said, "What do you want me to do about it?" This phrase was used repeatedly throughout our discussion and he said it couldn't be fixed until Microsoft fixed the problem. I asked why I hadn't been told that the keyboard wasn't working when I picked up the computer. When I asked for an apology, he laughed at me. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he didn't know who was available. I again asked for a manager. He placed a call, and within a short time a manager came to the counter. He reviewed the work order that I had received, plugged in a keyboard, and attempted to download the keyboard drive. The keyboard still didn't work on the laptop. I asked if there was anything I could do to use the computer, and he suggested that I purchase a stand-alone keyboard, which I did.

I for one don't think that best buy cares about customer satisfaction or stand behind the products they sell. I tried everything to just get a replacement for faulty merchandise and they refused to be of any help just stole my money . NO ONE SHOULD SHOP AT BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING.

    Long story short, Verizon screwed me over again.  I was on a play more plan for over three years…read morethat included a lifetime Disney+/ESPN/Hulu membership.  When I got my new phones this past April I asked OVER and OVER and OVER if this would affect my lifetime membership and they assured me that it wouldn't.  Without my knowledge they switched my plans and it started me on a 6 months free plan.  I did  not realize this until the 6 months were up, too late to switch back according to Verizon.  The plan they switched me to was the same price so why would I notice they switched me, and why would I switch to a plan that was the same price, just to cancel my lifetime membership.  I was on the phone for well over an hour talking to the highest person possible just for him to admit he can see what the Verizon store did to me, and also tell me there was absolutely NOTHING he could do about it.  Recently the same Verizon store said there was no need to send in an old phone on a trade in, and then tried to take away the upgrade credit.  The same store charged me fees when I got a new phone that were not necessary.  The same store said they were wavering my activation fee on a new line because of my past issues and for being a loyal customer, and then charged me anyway...this is all in the past three years.   I am speechless with the poor/lack of customer support for a customer that has been with Verizon for over 9 year (this time, 6 years prior) and that has 6 phones on their plan.  I was left with an awkward silence on the phone while talking with the highest supervisor, stating that while he understands, there is nothing he can do and no one else I could talk to. WOW!
