He heard my story and believed me without asking questions. Now he might have known I was the same guy but either way it doesn't matter he was the coolest guy there and believe me you won't believe how long I was looking for this game. Great place filled with honest and cool people. Side note: Now you might think I'm lying but pls I'm 100% being honest here so pls just try to take my word for it. I'm helping him by reporting this to BBB and Michigan's Attorney Generals office. Shame on them. This happened at the Bay City store. Were going to speak to our lawyer too. This is just wrong. The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's. This place should be ashamed of themselves. But of course their not.

They told me it had been fixed 10 day earlier but was failed to be returned to the store. When I went in last night, I was told my phone was not able to be repaired. The District Mgr and the COO both told me conflicting stories. I'm not certain that anything was done to my phone. They "graciously" didn't charge me for not fixing my phone or did they fix it? Nobody knows because they all gave me different excuses and were caught in multiple lies. Everyone I spoke with pointed the finger at someone else. After multiple lies again last night, I got the following email: Mark, Let me start out by stating how sympathetic I am that you had to wait an extensive period to receive information and to retrieve your phone. I know that I personally would be upset if I had to go through your situation. After further investigating your case, lack of communication between our Midland location and our soldering facility was the result of the time delay. As I mentioned over the phone, this is a new unique service that we have provided to our customers to distinguish our company apart from our competitors, which most (if not all) competitors in the Midland area do not provide the service you have received. Due to the significance and the relatability of the case, I will be meeting with my top managers in the company this next week to discuss and learn from this unfortunate experience. I will be adjusting certain policies and procedures that relate to the transfer and communication of solder repairs. From this, our company will evolve to provide a higher standard of customer service for solder repairs. I am sorry if in the process of all this, we have lost you as a loyal customer. I hope that you will soon come to understand who we are and what our values are as a company and as a team. The outcome of the case, as I know it to be, is that you have not been charged for the solder repair, your phone is currently functioning properly, and you have submitted your experience online. Your company has repeatedly shown a complete disregard for honesty and transparency in their business practices. The complete lack of consideration for promised communication between customers and your business was shown time and time again. Each time your company failed. In fact, your subordinates and company showed exactly who they are in this entire process. They do not care about how they treat the people that keep them in business. I told you many times I was repeatedly lied to and even told that nobody higher up in the company would talk with me. You did it again multiple times last night and again in this email. That says a lot about the people involved. Your email mentions doing the repair for free. Well, I am not certain that anything was done as you stated in my first conversation with you that the phone had been repaired approximately 10 days prior but for some reason had not been mailed out. Yet, last night, I was told by you and one of your subordinates that the phone was not repairable. In fact, you told me that multiple times. Certainly you should see why I question what if anything was done and what the actual truth is about anything that was done on this phone. You told me that it may work for a short -time or it may work for years- or something to that effect. Obviously, if nothing was done, I should not have been charged. See why I question everything your company has told me? One person told me the phone was picked up and driven to Lansing, and others tell me it was mailed. One tells me it was fixed, another tells me it wasn't able to be fixed. Notice the theme here? What sets you apart from your competition is the complete lack on integrity of everyone except for Megan (the young lady I chatted with online) that has been involved. Every single one of you lied to me. Every. Single. One. You stated above you hope I come to understand who we are and what our values are as a company and as a team. Oh, I have. You have all made it crystal clear to me the sheer lack of integrity of your company. Your values are to lie, offer weak excuses, over-promise, under-deliver, and blame each other. I had two iPhones with cracked screen's worked on this summer. They replaced the screen & placed a…read morescreen protectors on both. BOTH phones suddenly locked up and would not work at all after the repair (1 within 2 months, 1 within 1 month). I in to question what would be the reason for this...as is seemed awfully coincidental that they both phones suddenly stopped working altogether within weeks of undergoing a repair. I was dismissed, and they refused to refund the cost of (at least) 1 of the repair jobs. The reason for no refund was that the phones had cracks in the screens. I just don't understand how both phones worked for a LONG time with a cracked screen previously, but after the screens were replaced. I find it very hard to believe that it had nothing to do with the screen replacement. I won't be back, nor will I recommend this shop to others.

I got a break and got a chance to talk to her about the problem and I almost started laughing out loud at some of the bunk the TV repair guy tried to tell her about what went wrong. Not really sure what the angle was, but if this TV wasn't under warranty, I would never call these guys. Just to be sure, I checked out what they claimed to be the problem on Google and and the product manufacturer forums and could not find one mention of it. One star for fixing the problem and getting it over with, I guess. Minus four stars for thinking your customers are idiots in 2018!
