Horrible people to work with!! They scam you out of your money and lie to you. They are the only business that "flashes" phones in saginaw (50-60 dollars) but I would drive all the way to Bay City and work with the guys at Freedom wireless, they do it for 10 and are honest good hearted citizens. Charlie's is a scum of a business and I would NEVER in my life set foot in there again nor recommend anyone go there. When caught in a lie and in a scam, they don't want to deal with you. They pretend to be giving you a "deal" but really they are lying to you, it depends on who you talk to about the price of anything in there. Saginaw is one of the poorest cities and instead of being a wholesome, let's give back, help our community business, they just want to line their pockets. Fantastic service! Why would you go anywhere else! My mother, who is older and does not use a computer, had to get a new cell phone because the old one wouldn't stay on longer than a few minutes. The ATT store that sold her the phone couldn't (wouldn't?) transfer her photos, contacts, etc. to the new phone and she was heartbroken. I called Platinum Wireless and asked if they could help and they fixed that in record time - they saved the day for my non-internet/non-computer using mom who I live no where near and can't help in person.
