Unfortunately I didn't see the parking spot for curbside (it's by the entrance from Tittabawasee) so I went inside. Front and center there is hand sanitizer and stickers on the floor to recommend how far away to stand in line to check out. It was a little difficult to decipher where to pick up an order but the cashiers were happy to get it for me. They offered to take the frames out to the car for me as well but I didn't need help. Good customer service and I'm glad to see they are doing their best to enforce safe standards.

Manager is very down to earth and all the people who work there know their store. 8/18/23 I was in shopping for some new tools and there was a particularly rude gentleman who walked in and was greeted but then just walked around the store and shouted about how no one was helping him (workers were assisting other customers). All employees on that day tried very patiently, more patiently then I would've, to work with the guy while he was being so rude. I APPLAUD everybody who worked that day for their attitudes. Nope, the manager and other employee that isnt on the one open register are either outside smoking and playing on their phones or in the office yacking and on their phones and eating and if you say about opening another register they act like you are crazy and don't understand why they would do something so ridiculous..smh..the manager is always bragging about this or that and says she actually turned that store around and its better than its ever been when in reality its no different than its ever been and shes not special, though she definitely thinks she is..and im not the only one that thinks this..every time im in that store I talk to other customers that feel the same way..wouldn't be so bad if they'd actually open another register when the line is super long instead of standing around behind the registers chatting or outside smoking and then rude when you ask then to open another register so the ten people in line dont have to wait so long..I always feel bad for the one girl thats always working the register because she works harder than all of them..her and theres another guy i see stocking shelves are the ones that seem to actually be working and doing the most around that store while the manager take credit for everything even though she just sat in the office the entire time..
