So that really stinks. It's not just this store it's many other's as well. Unless you go to the bigger retail stores. That's fine and dandy, but it's so very sad and disturbing that handicapped people don't get treated same in any way like able bodied folk. It's just not the same. I'm entitled to my own opinion ‍ Nothing against Ollie's because like I said their store is by far not the only one! Make the smaller retail stores more spacious! Please.

For the first time ever, I did a somewhat large Big Lots curbside order. It was a mistake. I has my…read morehusband and son pick it up and they were given 1 big bag. When I went through it, most of my order was missing. I called and was put on hold without being asked who I was. When she came back she said, 'I'm sorry, you still have 2 bags sitting here'. I sent them back to retrieve the 2 bags and there was still 2 items missing from the order. I was very unhappy, but decided to let it go, because gas costs more than the $2.58 I was losing. Later on I decided to look at one of the other products that I purchased 2 pkgs of, and discovered that each package only contained 1, when it was supposed to contain 3, which means I paid 3 times more for 3 times less. (I chose the 3 pk in the first place, to make shopping a little less painful for whomever got stuck doing it. I should have chosen the 1 pk). By this time, I'm feeling like a teapot ready to boil over. It was getting late and I didn't want to handle the situation entirely inappropriately, so I decided to wait until I calmed down to call the next day, about that and the other items that I had originally decided to just forget about. The next day came and I decided to take the loss, because to go back a 3rd time, I'd still be taking a loss, just not as big. I don't plan on shopping there again, not even if we're in a pinch, unless we're doing it ourselves. The way things are for us/me right now though, that probably means we just won't be shopping at the Bay City store ever again. :(

"More than just coats," right? Well, we weren't greeted when we walked in and there weren't any employees in the men's department. After looking for a while we did eventually see a sales associate but she was busy helping three customers while there were several cashiers doing nothing. Yes, you can get cheap clothes here but the selection is very limited and the service leaves a lot to be desired. You get what you pay for. The only reason that I gave two stars was because they have Steve Harvey brand suits and that made me laugh. (:
