Great store, selection, customer service…read more... We stopped in recently and I was mad about everything- the jewelry, handbags, clothing, accessories...info, I left empty-handed (this time, but definitely not the next shopping trip) because my husband wasn't interested in spending more money on Kate Spade stuff (hehe). At any rate, the service seemed great, the store layout was gorgeous and the stock was incredible. I loved everything. My husband mentioned in the car how I looked like the kid in a candy store in there! Very funny, mister. Anyway, they had really good sale prices and a nice little clearance section near the back by the register. They also were giving an additional 20% off coupon that day for all bags. Now that's a score!

First visit to this Kate Spade in October this year and wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff,…read morevery helpful too. There was more than one purse I was interested in, but settled on a big clear blue tote with an extra skinny pouch I could use for cash & probably ID. Right now I put coupons in it. My daughter talked me into getting it so I could keep extra stuff in this clear tote-things I always have a hard time leaving behind that don't fit in my smaller Kate Spade. I have tried now for a year to only carry a small crossbody purse, and it is really helpful when you have neck issues like I do....but....it's been hard! So this idea of carrying the smaller one inside the tote and pulling it out when I go inside shopping has been genius! I have everything organized in a blue purse organizer I had gotten on Amazon years ago. The one thing I did notice is at another store like this, they actually had the markdown prices listed so you didn't have to ask. Here, I felt bad I had to keep asking for the prices of the different ones I liked-I could've figured it out myself, but Kate Spade has a certain way of doing the discounts so I always want to make sure. Plus they can do it off the top of their head usually! When it gets to be holiday season, especially here at Birch Run outlet's, waiting on an attendant for a price over it being listed would try my patience especially if it's hot inside the store. That's why not 5 stars. No other reason!

We've been here twice and have purchased nothing. We were touring the state, last year, and decided to stop in. Upon realizing there was nothing I could use and nothing small enough to fit my wife, we apologized to the women working there. "Omg, don't apologize! We're so glad you stopped to take a look. We hope you come back on your next visit to Michigan (we live in Alaska) even if it's just to say hi!" This year we came back and brought a cousin, Deborah and our two Vegas friends we've known since high school. They loved the shop and the women working that day. Deborah actually found a blouse for an informal wedding the next day. Our friends seemed to land in clothing Mecca. Two outfits each and she walked off with new shoes and various ladies things. Lucky for her sizes range from 12-30. She actually said she couldn't find anything like this for the prices back in Vegas and they plan to return. I feel good knowing I've helped my large friends! 08/23

An employee was working in the clearance, and she kept pushing into my back as I looked. I moved back, and then she said, "Oh, sorry. I didn't see you there." Yeah, okay. When I found what I was looking for, it was priced $75, but online it's priced $20.99. I put it back and went to look at my size on the other side of the clearance. As I started walking, another employee walked right for me and did not attempt to stop. I stop short of us crashing into each other. She says nothing and continues on her mission. I put the sweater back and left. This is an excellent example of why your stores are failing. The elitist attitude of Torrid employees is so gross. It's their world. What is the deal with the prices!? It's like self-sabotaging. I'm done trying with this store.
