They had not even started it, nor had they even ordered the parts. Their "reason" was that there is nobody there who can work on a Stihl until late September. They suggested we just buy a new one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They kept us waiting nearly a month, never bothered to communicate, and thought the remedy was to make even more money on us??? We are VERY good customers. We have purchased a lawn tractor, numerous pieces of lawn equipment, chainsaws in different sizes, and even purchased a chainsaw for each of our kids. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
