We had a gentleman from Home Depot to help us, the gentleman wasnt sure about the deal. We asked about the Milwaukee rep. He told us the rep was there, the rep didn't work for HD. Then he basically told us if we needed the Milwaukee rep we would have to find him ourselves. We then went to the service desk where they told us the rep wandered between outside and the tool section. I asked if they could page him and was told they could not. We then went to the pro desk. The ladies there helped. They told us the rep wasn't there. They tried to find the tool deal we were talking about, but couldn't. When I got home I called the manager and he said they absolutely could have paged the Milwaukee rep.

I was to have received a call from service in November and still have not received the call. At first they said they had the wrong number in their system. That supposedly was corrected but still no response. I went there on the recommendation of two other people who since have said they will not return do to treatment. They do not treat customers like they did when the original owner was alive. He would walk you thru minor repairs etc. Now it's come in and buy new as it's not worth fixing. If they don't change their ways, they will soon be lost to the big box stores. I know I won't go back and one of the people who raved about them before just bought a whole kitchen else where. I had another big issue with them which was only half solved. A very dissatisfied customer

She ended up having emergency EMS come to rescue her when it finally broke they were kind enough to take Tri-Cities furniture recliner and put it to the side of the road for her I would not recommend this their customer service is horrible
