    I have been a loyal Best Buy customer since I bought my first computer there in 1995. I have used…read morethe Geek Squad's expertise over the years, with trust and great success. That is no longer the case. I don't want to even go into the Best Buy store anymore, let alone use the technical services. I purchased a Dell Inspirin 16 from Best Buy in the summer of 2024. A couple of weeks ago the screen would lock and when I shut down, the keyboard wouldn't work until I had put in a 48 digit bitlock code. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad at the Saginaw Best Buy on November 20th and explained the problem I was having. Since I was going to be out of town, I stated I would pick up the computer on Monday, November 24th. When I picked up the computer, the lady explained what they had done to repair the problem and wished me good luck on my Zoom call on Tuesday morning. When I returned home and turned on the computer, I found that the keyboard was nonfunctioning. I called to let them know about the problem, and when I didn't receive a call back, I drove back to Saginaw with the computer. I explained that I had tried to call and the younger man at the counter said "And what did they say?" Since they didn't call back, I explained the problem. He said, "What do you want me to do about it?" This phrase was used repeatedly throughout our discussion and he said it couldn't be fixed until Microsoft fixed the problem. I asked why I hadn't been told that the keyboard wasn't working when I picked up the computer. When I asked for an apology, he laughed at me. I asked to speak to a manager, and he said he didn't know who was available. I again asked for a manager. He placed a call, and within a short time a manager came to the counter. He reviewed the work order that I had received, plugged in a keyboard, and attempted to download the keyboard drive. The keyboard still didn't work on the laptop. I asked if there was anything I could do to use the computer, and he suggested that I purchase a stand-alone keyboard, which I did.

I for one don't think that best buy cares about customer satisfaction or stand behind the products they sell. I tried everything to just get a replacement for faulty merchandise and they refused to be of any help just stole my money . NO ONE SHOULD SHOP AT BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING.

    To say I'm disappointed and upset is such an understatement, my camera on my phone was broken and I…read morestopped in after work one day and asked if they do phone repairs. They said of course they do and proceeded to take a look at my phone. They then told me they could fix it no problem, just the replacement wouldn't have the apple logo on the back of my phone. I was completely fine with that and went ahead to pay for the replacement piece and bring it in the next morning before work since they said they had a drop box for such things. Turns out there wasn't even a drop box besides for shipment packages and it wasn't even locked from the outside. So the next day I got around to turning it in and after 2 hours they let me know it was finished. I stop in to pick it up and once I walked out I notice the back of my phone was falling off! I became very frustrated and went back in to let them know and they took it back. A few hours later I stopped back in and they gave me my phone, AND IT WAS STILL MESSED UP. All around both of the camera lenses was a gap that you can clearly see into the components of my phone which I am deeply worried about dirt getting stuck in and ruining or messing with my phone. All in all, I am very disappointed and frustrated with this establishment. If I could, I would rate 0 stars... but I had to put 1 so I can leave a comment.

He heard my story and believed me without asking questions. Now he might have known I was the same guy but either way it doesn't matter he was the coolest guy there and believe me you won't believe how long I was looking for this game. Great place filled with honest and cool people. Side note: Now you might think I'm lying but pls I'm 100% being honest here so pls just try to take my word for it. I wouldn't be lying if I were making a review on them.

I'm helping him by reporting this to BBB and Michigan's Attorney Generals office. Shame on them. This happened at the Bay City store. Were going to speak to our lawyer too. This is just wrong. The people behind the counters' know nothing, and strung him along for five months. He was even told not to talk to them and ask for the people who make the system's. This place should be ashamed of themselves. But of course their not.
