    Came in today to buy a new Xbox, I was told they are at the front, was waiting behind a trio buying something and the only cashier was taking their sweet time on my lunch break. Then Hooper (who told me where to find the Xbox) saves the day, had the Xbox series X in hand ready for me. Quick, efficient and checked all the boxes he needed to! I appreciate effort, thank you Hooper!!

    Don't order anything online from this Best Buy and think you're going to be able to return it easily!!!! I ordered two phones cases on bestbuy web site. I also ordered two phones and a printer and printer Inc and some other stuff adding up to $833.00. Then my order came I ordered the wrong cases. I thought no biggie I'll just take to store when I pick up my Fitbit I ordered. I got the fit bit to pick up at store because was getting close to Christmas. So they where two lines I waited in one for pickup and wife waited in the return line. Well that took a min. There where lots of people getting there Xmas stuff. I got what I order on line. This was on December 18 2019 same day I pick up Fitbit same time. Then this guy was telling my wife she would not return or exchange. so then I pulled up order on my phone and he told me that I had to do all returns online. This was The first time needed to exchange or return an item that I purchased online from Best buy so I said okay we went home I waited on the phone for an over an hour for someone to talk to me about how to return this item eventually I got pissed and I hung up. I went out and bought my kids new phone cases somewhere else then after Christmas was over and everything slowed down I tried it again and I was able to get a person on the phone to set up a store return. so then we went down to Flint cuz I was going to the different location because I didn't want to be harassed by that guy again in Saginaw. Again he could have told me all you had to do is hit pull up the order for that one item and hit the return in store but no he did not do that. Nobody in the store I walk up to the line and I go to return these two items and I have them pulled up my phone with me and I also have on my phone where it shows return app store it. The associate in the returns tells me you have to do that online I said I did this is my second time to your stores and she said well you have to return online. I said no I don't and I showed her that on my phone. I show her where it says return to store off my phone. she said well I don't know how to do that I said well that's not my problem. just wanted the money back on my card. Honestly it wasn't even about the credit on my card it was about getting my return like I felt I was entitled to for all the money I spent from Best buy. I would have purchased more stuff there if I would have got it before Christmas like I originally tried to. Just want back on my credit card she said I don't know how to do that. I said well you have to take them cuz it says The app shows her on my phone return to the store. Then she says well I can take them if you want me to but you're not going to get your return That's when I got pretty upset. Second time I've been down here I said I live I literally live 2 hours from Flint and at least an hour from Saginaw location this will be the last time I order anything online from Best buy. I did get my return but it shouldn't have been that difficult and I should not have deal with that many people I should not have had to wait on hold for the online support people tell me to press the button on my phone for return to store. People in your store should have known how to do that since you are a geek squad you call yourself I don't think so computer tech don't think so. Awesome I've included the receipts to offer this is so everybody can see that I'm not just blown steam.

    Worst service ever. Will go elsewhere for my electronics or shop online. In-store is worse than automated set ice when u call.

I have bought furniture from there four times now for 4 separate rooms, and I've been treated right every single time. Plus, pay 53 bucks down, 90 days same as cash (or something similar.) You can't beat it. I had issues with my living room furniture, and there was a discrepancy with my warranty, and they made it beyond right - IN 2 DAYS!! They got me better furniture, and they treated me like I was family. Between Ashton and Alma, I couldn't recommend either of them any more than what I do right now. Do yourself a favor and go visit them. It is well worth your time. Buy the Five-Year warranty, it's between $200 and $250 for everything that you buy in total (for or a single transaction, i.e.. couches, loveseats, chairs, tables, everything, ALL FOR THE $200 - AND IT COVERS EVERYTHING -). Trust me it's worth it. (Plus you get to keep the defective furniture.) The defective furniture will be good for a gaming room in the basement or a spare room.) Thank you Alma and Ashton.     Based on previous reviews, I was hesitant to come here but was referred here by our appliance…read morerepairman, who told us that Lowe's and ABC have the best extended warranties. He said to definitely get one because fridges made during and after covid are all sadly garbage and only projected to last 2-5 years, no matter the brand. We discovered this for ourselves when our not even 4 year old Whirlpool's compressor broke. And Whirlpool is a top rated brand. Lowe's didn't have anything that we liked so we thought we would try here. JD was the perfect blend of "here to help" and "I'll let you guys be." When we finally did require further assistance, he probably spent an hour with us, answering questions, looking things up, checking stock...all the things. Since we were struggling to find what we wanted here too, it was our plan to go back to Lowe's, look again and find an employee to assist us, but decided to stick with ABC and that was because of JD. He was polite, knowledgeable, non-pressuring and very helpful. He alleviated our fears of going with an LG fridge by explaining their new compressors, and why they are better now than regular compressors. so we will see LG! We will see! We took the fridge home ourselves so I can't speak to delivery or stock availability for deliveries. I also can't speak to how well they honor the extended warranty. If/when that day comes, and if they don't hold up their end of the bargain (or if they do!), I will update my review. As for now, the extended warranty was only $320 and that's a small price to pay to cover any repairs for five years, but we will see ABC! We will see! Thanks for all your help JD!

I'm a new investor to the area and I've been working with Jordan at ABC Warehouse since June of this year and he has been really helpful and offered great customer service experiences! I've purchased 3 gas ranges and 3 refrigerators through them and plan on purchasing all my appliances and anything else that I can, from them! They are willing to beat other competitors prices and I really appreciate that. I've also purchased 5-year warranties because I've been so impressed with them. I'm all about getting good, reliable products for the best prices. Plus, they are locally owned and I love to support local. Give them a try!

There is no problem with the appliances themselves, but the service left A LOT to be desired. I was never notified that the products came in. Never was called to schedule delivery - I always had to call them. When it came time for the delivery and install, I didn't just call, I went into the store and arranged it - except that the salesperson I talked to, George, who assured me that this would all be stress free, did not put it on the delivery schedule. When I called to see where my delivery was, I was asked if I had actually scheduled it with Holly - and I told them that I had told George and George should have svheduled it. I asked him if it was MY job to go through the company phone tree to find out whose job it was to schedule the delivery. He admitted that it wasn't. Funny thing, when I looked at the quote written up for the costs for the install, Holly was the one who wrote it! She wrote the quote, but apparently didn't think to ask when to put it on the calendar! which she was in charge of! So apparently, even though I only live 3.6 miles away from the store, they would not/could not deliver the appliances till the next week. We didn't have a single appliance for a week! Couldn't keep anything cold, couldn't even heat up pizza. They don't MAKE any appliances at the Maytag Store. THey get a product in, they deliver and set it up. The only value they add is in the service they offer, getting the job done right and on time. Since I saw little to no service even for a $10K order, the next time I need an appliance, I will seek out one of the dozen or so other places to buy kitchen appliances in the tri-county area,

Honestly, we expected to go in and leave frustrated, annoyed, and never doing business with this company again--we almost just called off our TV buying venture altogether. I'm so glad we decided to go into the store and give them a shot. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and very caring of our concerns with our previous experiences. They explained the "why" behind some of the issues we were having (this alone was more than five days and multiple calls--including being hung up in--to customer service ever did) and went above and beyond to make it right and ensure we would be taken care of to the best of their ability. We were able to leave the store within a more than reasonable time with a brand new TV being delivered the next day. Our TV was delivered and installed the next morning and we couldn't be happier.
