You can't speak with them directly. GOODWINS AND LA-Z-BOY do not stand by the quality if their products. There was no excuse for this. They got me better furniture, and they treated me like I was family. Between Ashton and Alma, I couldn't recommend either of them any more than what I do right now. Do yourself a favor and go visit them. It is well worth your time. Buy the Five-Year warranty, it's between $200 and $250 for everything that you buy in total (for or a single transaction, i.e.. couches, loveseats, chairs, tables, everything, ALL FOR THE $200 - AND IT COVERS EVERYTHING -).
