All the attendants were working with other people, so I wasn't greeted at the door.... and then stood in line for 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Don't get me wrong... every single person looked up, looked me in the eyes (some even smiled), and then they all went back to work... no one said "Hello" or "We will be with you in a moment"... until after I had been there for 5 minutes. However, once I was serviced (and it was an easy fix), everything was great... and they didn't charge me. But the customer service issue, has gaps in the plan and needs to be addressed. 3 STARS

After asking what our problem was with our carrier they promised their service could do that. They told us what we wanted to here just to make a sale and get the commission. We sat there for almost 2 hours for them to get us transferred. Then within 48 hours the phones quit working and we went back. We spent over 2 hours for them to sort it out. And we still left unhappy. I have no coverage up north like I needed and my husband is stuck with a smart phone he really can't use without help. Loved his old phone but they said it was no longer capatible with their service - after it worked for almost 2 days. Very poor attitude and service. Couldn't get a refund either even though they said we had 7 days to try it. Only staying with them for the one month already paid for and switching carriers again.
