This is a scam, goodby Staples, in the heap of poor customer service along with Sears, Kmart, Circuit City, Blockbuster wont be around when Connor turns 21 I am sure. He even spent extra time with us afterwards and followed up with us weeks later to see how we were doing and to make sure we were okay. There is nothing more devastating than losing a child and still Bruce was able to put us at ease and gave us so much reassurance when we needed it most. Bruce is personable, and kind and has so much valuable knowledge. He was so understanding and is so well versed in grief - he was unbelievably helpful. In moments like these, this matters!!! This isn't just a job for him, he truly cares about people. He and his staff made sure my daughter's celebration of life service was truly as beautiful as she was/is! I would not go to anyone else for something as important as this. The funeral home itself is very nice and is clean and modern, which was why we initially chose it for our daughter.
