    f I could give iCare Repair less than one star I would. My phone was promised in 2 weeks. After 5…read moreweeks, my phone was finally returned. They told me it had been fixed 10 day earlier but was failed to be returned to the store. When I went in last night, I was told my phone was not able to be repaired. The District Mgr and the COO both told me conflicting stories. I'm not certain that anything was done to my phone. They "graciously" didn't charge me for not fixing my phone or did they fix it? Nobody knows because they all gave me different excuses and were caught in multiple lies. Everyone I spoke with pointed the finger at someone else. After multiple lies again last night, I got the following email: Mark, Let me start out by stating how sympathetic I am that you had to wait an extensive period to receive information and to retrieve your phone. I know that I personally would be upset if I had to go through your situation. After further investigating your case, lack of communication between our Midland location and our soldering facility was the result of the time delay. As I mentioned over the phone, this is a new unique service that we have provided to our customers to distinguish our company apart from our competitors, which most (if not all) competitors in the Midland area do not provide the service you have received. Due to the significance and the relatability of the case, I will be meeting with my top managers in the company this next week to discuss and learn from this unfortunate experience. I will be adjusting certain policies and procedures that relate to the transfer and communication of solder repairs. From this, our company will evolve to provide a higher standard of customer service for solder repairs. I am sorry if in the process of all this, we have lost you as a loyal customer. I hope that you will soon come to understand who we are and what our values are as a company and as a team. The outcome of the case, as I know it to be, is that you have not been charged for the solder repair, your phone is currently functioning properly, and you have submitted your experience online. Considering the outcome, the owner and I do not see how it would be advantageous for any parties involved for further discussions about the case. Please inform me by email if there is anything else that the owner and I should know moving forward. I appreciate your patience, Brandon Brandon | COO Here is my response to this company: I agree there is nothing else to be done. Your company has repeatedly shown a complete disregard for honesty and transparency in their business practices. The complete lack of consideration for promised communication between customers and your business was shown time and time again. Each time your company failed. In fact, your subordinates and company showed exactly who they are in this entire process. They do not care about how they treat the people that keep them in business. I told you many times I was repeatedly lied to and even told that nobody higher up in the company would talk with me. You did it again multiple times last night and again in this email. That says a lot about the people involved. Your email mentions doing the repair for free. Well, I am not certain that anything was done as you stated in my first conversation with you that the phone had been repaired approximately 10 days prior but for some reason had not been mailed out. Yet, last night, I was told by you and one of your subordinates that the phone was not repairable. In fact, you told me that multiple times. Certainly you should see why I question what if anything was done and what the actual truth is about anything that was done on this phone. You told me that it may work for a short -time or it may work for years- or something to that effect. Obviously, if nothing was done, I should not have been charged. See why I question everything your company has told me? One person told me the phone was picked up and driven to Lansing, and others tell me it was mailed. One tells me it was fixed, another tells me it wasn't able to be fixed. Notice the theme here? What sets you apart from your competition is the complete lack on integrity of everyone except for Megan (the young lady I chatted with online) that has been involved. Every single one of you lied to me. Every. Single. One. You stated above you hope I come to understand who we are and what our values are as a company and as a team. Oh, I have. You have all made it crystal clear to me the sheer lack of integrity of your company. Your values are to lie, offer weak excuses, over-promise, under-deliver, and blame each other. Not one person has taken the accountability for the utter disaster and waste of time I was put through. Dan Peabody (the owner) will not even take the time to listen to a customer that has had an exceptionally horrible experience or that is claimed. Go somewhere else.

    I would not recommended this place. I took my phone in for a screen replacement, he ordered a knock…read moreoff screen witch was the wrong color and my front camera was blurry when I got it back, one day after having it the back cover to my phone was falling off the phone. I took it back to the store to report the issues I was having, I was told the new screen I spent $185 on had a scratch on the screen and it would cost more to get the proper screen, and he was unable to put the back cover on properly because the antenna was in the way! He then tried to sell me one of the phones they had instore for sale lowest cost of $600. or he could refund my money an give me my phone back without any screen at all!!! I did not have $600 for one of the phones he had to offer and still owed $450 on the phone I brought to him to be repaired and I was not sure if another repair man would work on the phone without any screen at all!! so I felt trapped. He then added tape to the rear cover and sent me on my way. Another day goes by and the phone will not charge properly and the screen went black, I went back again "remind you driving to Saginaw from bay city with gas at $4.19/gallon".. he was able to get the screen back on and gave me a fast charging charger.. witch did not fix the charging issues I was having... told me the screen was non refundable now and there wasn't anything else he could do but offer to sell me a phone that he had available.... now a month later the phone will not read any sim card and I have no service, still does not charge properly when I can get it to charge, The back cover is falling off, antenna hanging out, and the touch don't work on the screen....My phone is now in worse condition now then it was when I took it to be repaired!!! I am beyond disgusted with my experience here!!

    Purchased a new battery they only had one the lady in the Saginaw's store took my name and number…read morewas supposed to call me thursday this was Tuesday when I made my purchase I waited all day Thursday for a call back I called a few minutes after 7 they did not answer supposed to be open till 8 pm . I called the bay city store they had one battery and no request for it to be shipped to the Saginaw store I requested a call back from the store owner. I called the Saginaw store Friday the lady said she did not remember she was supposed to call me back thursday did not remember to get the battery shipped from the bay city store the she said you can drive to the other store and pick it up I asked her why she didn't follow through on my request I asked again for the owner to call me back the store person in Saginaw threatened me to be trespassed because they lady could not answer why my request failed., she did not offer an apology her actions or inaction. I called the bay city store and asked if the battery was shipped to the Saginaw store he said the truck had left and had no knowledge of the battery request I asked who would know he said the store owner store owner did not provide any details about the battery request to the Saginaw store or the bay city store I asked again for the owner to call me back he has not responded.I will not be purchasing any more batteries from this owner, no follow through no offers to give a discount for the store mixups this is the owner responsibility.

When the new battery wouldn't charge either, I returned to the store with the radio. The man was very helpful; he tested the battery, the adapter, and the radio. It turns out that the charging function is defective. So much for my emergency radio that was supposed to work on a chargeable battery that could be charged with a crank, a solar panel, or an electrical adapter! My money for the battery was courteously refunded. Thanks guys, you are the best!
