Last wash and dry has always been at 8:30pm. now today the door is locked extremely early and then worker completely rude and stalking. I've always been able to wash my 5 loads and dry and be done in less than 1hr. I usually say nothing however Ive recommended many people because it was clean, had hours flexible for all shifts, and staff (2016-2021) was amazing. its truly principle and I Matt and his wife are aware. I'm sure Bay City is not ran nearly the same as Saginaw. The prices increased but were still reasonable as it has discounts to those in college.

Barbara was incredibly helpful and gracious, showing me the basics of how to use the machine I was interested in and letting me sew on it even though she knew it wasn't going to result in a sale for her. Excellent customer service, and a good selection of machines - everything from $100 to a couple thousand dollars.
