I placed money down on products as needed. When I arrived to use money on file, they had closed their doors and went out of business without even notifying those who had business with them. Shame on you! I don't fr care to rate a one star. You owe people money and you stole from them without be honest! read more

I was to have received a call from service in November and still have not received the call. At first they said they had the wrong number in their system. That supposedly was corrected but still no response. I went there on the recommendation of two other people who since have said they will not return do to treatment. They do not treat customers like they did when the original owner was alive. He would walk you thru minor repairs etc. Now it's come in and buy new as it's not worth fixing. If they don't change their ways, they will soon be lost to the big box stores. I know I won't go back and one of the people who raved about them before just bought a whole kitchen else where. I had another big issue with them which was only half solved. A very dissatisfied customer
