It looked like an 8 yr old hand-hemmed it and as a result, it hung wrong. I took it to Quality Sewing & Alterations, and they took the hem apart, and made it look perfect, like it came from the store where I bought it. it required a lot of work because of the lining. We had a tight turnaround, too, as I was leaving for the UK. She went above and beyond what I was expecting, considering the mess I gave her. I highly recommend this business!!!!!
