Class act all the way. Worth the trip from Vassar. Their break on pay first is great and the friendly staff are very welcoming.

Ruined a dress then was extremely rude and unprofessional after it was pointed out. I would recommend going elsewhere as they are careless

Sometimes a person has to do laundry between paychecks so every cent counts when you need to get…read moreyour laundry done. A week ago, we decided we would never return to this laundry mat. I like the fact that they keep the place clean. And the other workers are kind. But, one of the workers stole from me last weekend. This female worker was awful. By description, she was a loudmouth who wore a short black unkept wig with waves and fidgety. My daughter and I were simply doing our laundry as usual when we encountered a broken dryer with no notice on it. This lack of notice caused me, and many others to add money to the dryer unknowingly. After losing about $2, we used a different dryer and had to pay again. Basically, that was the only money we had to dry our clothes til payday so I asked this woman if I could get my money back. She was sitting in the back corner behind the desk yappin loudly with 2 older men instead of placing an "out -of-order" notice on the broken machines. I asked her if I could get a refund since there was no notice that the dryer was broken and she mumbled her way through it saying she could not. When another customer experienced the same thing at another dryer next to me, she also went and asked for her money back. There was also a third customer who complained that she put alot of quarters in that particular one and it didn't work. Because the worker was friends with the second lady, she gave her a refund on the machine next to me. She then laughed about it, then stole from the owner as she unlocked the key portion where the change is and pocketed that money at the customers expense, saying "I need that", lol. We then had to take our wet clothes home and hang them up to dry. After placing our clothes in the car, I went back and asked her why she refunded one person and not us? Even her friend, that second customer whom she refunded said that what she did was f'd up. She then got up yelling at me like she was gonna fight me and yelled "I'll show you the dryer I refunded. It wasn't your dryer so don't step to me like that!" she yelled. When I realized that she was actually a crazy nut and couldn't grasp the fact that it was discriminatory to refund one customer while stealing from the rest of us as customers and her employer, I just told her that I would have to let God deal with her and walked away. When I told my daughter what she did and said, it took 3 women outside of the laundromat to hold her back from going back inside to yell back at that lady for her theft and mistreatment of me as her mother. One of those young ladies stated that "there was bad energy inside of this laundromat and that we are best to walk away as the Lord would want us to do". She was my angel because my daughter wasn't having any of it. Needless to say, sometimes black people make it their goal to hurt other black customers simply because they have evil spirits within and don't want unity within their own communities. This nasty form of a woman and worker is one of them. I am so tired of these people using the excuse "this is Flint" as if the city name authorizes a low vibrational environment. Theft is theft and is an individual choice. Not something you just do because of the city boundary lines drawn. That's such BS. We will never return to this crappy laundromat ever again because of bad customer service and because the workers in there intentionally steal from customers.

It was good but no good consumer service, tried calling them and the guy who spoke wasn't nice.read more

I've used this Pro Clean a handful of times. Last week, I dropped off one of my CK suit jackets,…read moreapparently covered with a stubborn, hard to remove stain, to be dry cleaned. They got it back to me the next day, back in perfect condition. No stain was visible. I was unsure if it could be removed, but they managed to get it out. The cleaning fee was pretty cheap, especially considering the retail price of the jacket. It was barely $5. I was okay with that. Where can I get a better deal on dry cleaning services than that? Nowhere from everything I've noticed. That is the dry cleaning standard price for the area. I can't say anything about Pro Clean as a laundromat because I've never used it before because I have a washer/dryer in my own home. However, I did use Pro Clean before to dry clean a king size comforter and duvet that were too large to wash in our own washing machine. Those came clean as well and the cost wasn't too bad. Their customer service at the counter was perfectly alright. The girl at the counter during both recent visits to drop off and pick up my jacket was nice and polite and did not leave me waiting around twiddling my thumbs. She informed me off the return/refund policy if I wasn't happy with their service, which seemed fair to me. I was slightly irked by the volume of signs posted everywhere informing customers to end all phone calls before approaching the front counter, but that really wasn't that big of an issue. Maybe they had a problem with customers gabbing away on their cellphones while at the counter and this was their attempt at reducing the problem? I would assume that was the case and would explain the signs plastered in every nook and cranny. If I need any additional dry cleaning down the road, I'll be sure to utilize this one again.
