I have utilized Prime Shine services to clean my business for the past year. Despite calls to let…read morethem know my dissatisfaction, the service has never cleaned everything they promised to clean (and there are many surfaces that they refuse to clean.) So many surfaces were neglected time after time. When I call to complain, I am told that the cleaning staff spent time in the business and that the toilet grime and spider nests and dust bunnies on the baseboards were created in the past few days. I don't think so. I have hired another firm.
