It took several days before I could call them, and I missed the deadline for entering it in my records (which resulted in a penalty). I should not have to go to this extra effort because everything should be printed on the records provided.

She said they could have a cab there in an hour and told us to be outside at 1:45am. Fast forward to 1:50am and no cab. I call to ask for an update and the same woman nonchalantly tells me that the cab was rerouted to Midland and wouldn't be picking us up in the near future. The bar was now closing and we were forced to call my wife's father at 2am to ask for a ride. Not happy with the service and will NEVER call them again.
