So Saturday afternoon I went to Michaels to pick up my phone. It was not there, but on it's way back to Saginaw. I called Saginaw, but they did not answer. Fast forward to Monday, they attempt to deliver again and I am at work. I call the customer service and it is across seas. They are no help. Still no phone.

I had the paperwork, but needed the packaging & to know it'd be there ASAP as I was pregnant & had to get back there before I couldn't fly anymore. The guy the runs the place was amazingly helpful & made sure I knew how to track everything. It was reasonably priced & I felt good as a consumer supporting local business. Last year I was sending stuff to my friend in the military & had my daughter with me. She loved the place because they have something for kids to play with, fun things to buy too! She didn't want to leave! Great service!!!

I was in to complete fingerprints for my new childcare center and get…read moresome quotes on bulk advertising and my new business brochures but was GREETED with such hostility that I wouldn't do business there if they were paying ME! The fingerprinting service was separate so may have been hostility intended for their business but lost my business in the process. Told me to get out and go around back for the fingerprinting, so I walked around and went in the back which brought me to the same place and then told me to get out again and move my car! I asked if there was handicapped parking in the back to Which he said no but I still have to move my car to the handicapped spot. So this guy literally had me go take the ONLY handicapped spot when there was not a single other car in the whole parking lot just to be difficult. I'd say whatever makes his day but he was just a miserable human being. Needless to say, I did not get pricing from him for my printing needs.

I was at the Howell location dropping off an Amazon return. The team member asked if I needed…read moreanything else...I said No..he mentioned stamps before the upcoming price increase and that they had Christmas stamps, etc. I had never bought stamps from UPS and did not realize they are upcharged so I stocked up for Christmas cards. Lesson learned...good sales tactic at this location capitalizing on the upcoming USPS price hike. I didn't realize until I got home that I paid more than what the future price increase for stamps will be...for stamps I did not need. When I called, the store the manager was not understanding. She said they offer the stamps as a convenience. While I understand that, I have been to this location many times and never had this type of experience pushing stamp sales. My fault for not paying attention, however the manager response could have been more understanding or offer a solution to return them.

I'm so glad we did! The photos are perfect! When my wife went in to take the photos, she saw the most beautiful balloon arrangement she'd ever seen. She mentioned it to me when she got back home. I made a mental note to go back to get it for her first Mother's Day. You can see the results in the photos. They're a true show stopper! In fact, a stranger stopped me in the parking lot to take photos. My wife teared up a bit when I gave them to her. If you're looking for a special gift for any occasion, I can't recommend their balloon arrangements enough! PS: the owner is so nice and so thoughtful! You can trust her to get it right, no matter what she's handling for you.

We've all been in her shoes and want to go home after a long day but customer service is important and it's unacceptable to lock the doors early and refuse to service the public!

I looked up tracking number it stated that it has been initiated however hasn't been scanned. So I waiting until Monday (8/3) and still the same thing. So Tuesday the 4th I started calling the store (as I work a hour away from this location and not available to go there while their opened) between Tuesday and Wednesday I called 17 times with leaving a message 3 of those times, requesting a call back on Thursday I've yet to receive a call back. So when I went in Curtis "The Manager" is rude, wasn't helpful and doesn't care about any customer except who is walking thru the door to raise his revenue and refuses to give his superiors number out. I have spent money to ship my package which is school uniforms to get them exchanged before school starts now I'm sitting here with no uniforms and past the exchange date. I will NEVER SHIP from this location again! I went back in 2 weeks later, inquired with Curtis. He said he just heard back from corporate because their system was down. If there's any issues he would contact me. On 9/3 I called the store of course no answer then I called corporate again and I filed the claim because it STILL wasn't done. Don't TRUST ANYTHING Curtis says.
