I don't carry cash, and I prefer to use my business debit card for record keeping purposes. Worse yet, the younger of the two women in the office failed to give me tracking numbers on a package. She gave me a handwritten receipt which was hard to read and incomplete - NO tracking numbers. It took several days before I could call them, and I missed the deadline for entering it in my records (which resulted in a penalty). I should not have to go to this extra effort because everything should be printed on the records provided.

When I saw the Fed Ex store just down in the next shopping plaza, I walked down, was greeted by a lovely person (Ashley) who helped me get the color prints I wanted and even printed them on glossy cardstock! I was even able to use the large cutting machine which made it super easy to cut the individual cards out. Great service, excellent products and awesome team member (thanks again Ashley).
