We purchased our 4th car with Sky's and I'm so disappointed with this one , going on a month with it and haven't been able to use it . I called Irene to see if we could help us out about this truck and of course she said she would send some one to check in it cuz it could be the sensor, and yet no one has come by . 1st of all they new about the this truck cuz they kept telling us how to turn it on . And that should of been a red flag but since we had bought from them before we didn't think Nutn of it . * I recommend reading reviews especially to the owner** I purchased this vehicle on 4/24/23 and was told by Uriel that the previous owner had purchased the vehicle and took the motor out. He informed me that they put in another motor and if we had any motor issues we can call them and they would take care of it. I had been having minor issues with the vehicle and had been getting them fixed not even a week of having the Escalade. 2 months, 1 week later I'm having MOTOR issues. I have been going back and with JUDY and she REFUSES to provide me with boss number. She stated she doesn't have a boss. I asked her for the owner's information and AGAIN said she doesn't have anyone she answers too. So when I questioned her who JAMES Z was she started stuttering. And then told me if I wanted to speak to him I need to call back 2-3 month. I have NEVER been late on my payments. And asked them to work something out with us since I was told by HER son who was our sales person that we should be good and if we had any issues with the motor that we would be taken care of. I have recordings of our conversation and Judy stated that they have had multiple people coming back after 2-3 months with motor issues. I asked for the owner JAMES ZGABAY to contact me and she refused to provide his contact info along to pass my information along and said for me not to call the office since I called her out never once did I threaten her but when i mentioned getting an attorney she said she felt threatened. *** JAMES ZGABAY if you read the reviews about YOUR business please contact me and I will provide you with the recordings. I had the 2013 Cadillac Escalade.**** Seems like this place is a scam since they were quick to take my down payment and let me drive off without insurance. It seems like what they do is collect big down payments and after the cars break down 2-3 Months later they know it will be a lot to repair so they will repo it and semi fix it to resell... This is their circle of life. Also they will tell you to leave them a good review and to send them a screenshot of it if you have any issues with needing time to find insurance. this is their way of working with you I do NOT recommend this place at all and the only reason it gets 1 star is because I have to put a star to post. These dealer can be trusted they lie to you on the price of the cars they mist lead customer they increase the price on my vehicle they lie on the financial price they said they would give 7 percent interest an my reate its higher than what I was told the price was 24k after closing and I give them $6000 in down payment and 3 days after with the truck the battery was damaged they said i was going get i credit off 100$ but never happen my insurance get canceled and they turn it off on Saturday I call them to let them know the truck have insurance they come to get the truck even know the truck have insurance now they don't want to release the truck am on time on the payments my next payment its until the 5 of August these types of business they being screwed up people over an over only when they wanna make sale they smile don't go to these dealer read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! DO NOT DO NOT get a car from Skys auto!!!! I got a car from here and by the time I got home the car shut down. They have a starter interrupter installed in every car they have on the lot. This is something I was never told AT ALL until my own mechanic told me. It is very understandable because sometimes people don't make their payments on time, however this was not the only issue I had. My engine light continued to come on & my brake lights went out. To top it all off the the car continued to have problems due to the starter they had installed. It was slowly breaking the car. They claim to sell great functional vehicles, but really they are all lemons. The process is very simple and easy, but not worth your time and money. I continued to have problem after problem with the car I got. I decided to return the vehicle I got within a month. They have it priced at the same amount I got it for so really if you get any vehicle here they are most likely selling it for more than they should. This is a terrible place. I believe in writing reviews good or bad. I have been looking for a good quality vehicles with low miles and a good maintenance report. I came across sky's auto and randomly push #3 and got Irene. Let me say this she was a Super!!! Star. Great attitude wonderful to work with absolutely hands down made the process SUPER EASY and quick! We did mostly everything over the phone and she made the process seamless. She gets 10 stars from me. However the owner nice attitude super busy moving cars all the time. A little back story I came to the dealership on the 4th of July to look at vehicles and they were closed, however the owner and someone else was there moving cars and he allowed me to look on the lots. That was very nice of him and he said it with a smile. I really would have given them higher marks but the owner also smokes and the smoke smell is really hard to get out. My beautiful 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe smells like smoke. I have used every air freshener I could find to try to mask the smell until I get to the Cadillac dealership and get the cabin air filter change. But my ONLY complaint is that. I have never bought a vehicle from any other place but a mega bucks prime dealer, either ford, GM or dodge. Big lots, big inventory, special factory order. But whether divine providence or not, because of my 2007 Ford XL 150 being totaled in front of my house while I slept on the sofa one morning watching the business channel, I needed to find a quality replacement ASAP, since I was to have major surgery within 2 weeks. I scoured the internet, found the perfect truck. But had never dealt with a small lot. Time was peeling away as I narrowed the search to Sky's auto sales. I called, drove out talked to Sylvia, Judy and the some of the other girls at Sky's. I Test drove the truck, the price was below the average. I was surprised to find this on an independent lot. I jumped in, paid cash, was helped with the details as well as equal or better than a million dollar new car dealership. I had the plates and inspection sticker in a timely fashion. Dealing with this company for the past 2 years has been a huge stressful nightmare to say the least. Majority of the employees are respectful and courteous, however recently there have been many very rude and alarming comments made from a employee by the name of Patty that were unnecessary and out of line. Recently a call was made to settle an account, this employee was yelling and completely disrespectful, and degrading with her remarks. When I requested to speak with a manager or the owner I was told there is no management and the owner will not deal with customer. This is wonderful that Mr. James Zgabay is refusing to "deal with or speak to" customers with complaints regarding his employees. I have never in my life been talk to so badly by any company, and in addition she flat out lied by stating she called me for a payment this last week when that is completely not true. Being honest is a need when working in the customer service field so I would maybe think twice before doing business with rude, disrespectful, shady, lying company. In addition to this employee the overall business practices of this company are unbelievable and unethical. Please don't put yourself through the headache or stress. read more

The first vehicle I purchased from Sky's was in 2011. Gilma was a great Asset when I purchased my Truck. The Second vehicle was an SUV it had new tires. In the 3 years we have had it we just purchased our 1st set of Brand New tires! No major problems just regular maintenance. I am totally pleased with the reliability of both vehicles. 1 star is giving too much credit. Long story short We purchase a vehicle last month with $1500 down and have had problems ever since. Now this past week the engine light on. The first week of having the car we had take it back up there for the mechanic to look at and was told by the mechanic "I don't know why they sold you this car. I told them it was not to be sold until somethings were fixed." Then Slyvia says to us that it is sold as is. Wow! I didn't want the car but the cars that I did want there was something wrong with it that another customer had to bring it back and she was honest and didn't sale it to us, another car she was going to sale to us was brought back by a customer whose insurance company wold not insure because it had helol damage. Now she was going to let us get that one regardless. Smh. The other car she won't sell to me because it was a coupe and I we have a baby. She told us that the cars are sold as is then why did the other cars get to come back. Not to mention my friend referred me purchased a 2008 Charger with $1500 down had some problems with her car every since week one. She took it back and got a 2012 Cameron with no extra deposit down. We have a 2104 and having problems. All we want is a reliable car and was told to bring them another $1500 down even after it wasn't suppose to be sold.
