It is located in the Centre Market, along with many other shops and food spots. The girls working were very nice and lovely to converse with! We asked if they do a "medicine ball" -type drink, and one of the girls texted another person to make sure it was correctly made (she said not explicitly on the menu but they make it at customers request!) We got the tea, a seasonal latte, and a drink from their surprise jar. They have a jar with various drinks on pieces of paper, and you can pick one at random to be made if you are looking for something new or want a surprise! I never saw this before at a coffee shop and thought it was awesome. All of the drinks were great and the shop's ambiance is quaint and cozy. They are in the market amongst other shops, and have plenty of seats and tables to spread out at. If I lived in the area, I would come here to hang out or to meet up with friends. Would highly recommend the shop and will stop back when I am in the area!

First, I very much enjoyed the large Cafe Americano with two splashes of whole milk. Can't comment on the food items, but the coffee is great here. Second, it's easy to find street parking next to Mugshots or about a block away near the Heritage Port Park entrance if you're here on a weekday. Third, the service was very friendly and pleasant. And finally, the interior of the cafe is cozy with the fun theme of mugshots. You can find lots of celebrity mugshots posted on the walls and tables. Overall, I very much enjoyed lingering in the cafe and relaxing a bit before resuming the drive on I-70 East. I would definitely return again for a coffee break in downtown Wheeling, WV.
