Amazing service in the bar/lounge area. We had dinner which was yummy. The view at night is beautiful.

    Menu (OCT 2025)

A bit of a weird venue, as they only have high tables. Not quite what one would expect for an expensive sushi restaurant. Perhaps due to the windows being high up? Food wise, the fish itself was OK, but the rice, a big part of the sushi experience, was rather bland, a bit "chewy" and sticky. The sushi boat is expensive for what it is. Especially as the customer is not given a choice, not even for the included specialty rolls. Just 4 nigiri pieces is too few for such an expensive dish. Most other American style sushi restaurants have 1 roll (to fill) and 8 pieces of nigiri (to enjoy the taste).

We had been wanting to try this place for a while now, and finally had the chance to try it out, as I've heard good things about the sushi chef. While the lounge is located at the top of the Sheraton, the hotel offers free two hour parking where you can get it validated at the lounge. We had a reservation and got seated right away at a lounge table with a nice view of the city, as the lounge has a 360 view of the city. Although we didn't get a sunset seat, we were able to still see it! Our waitress was great and she gave us some awesome recommendations which we ended up sticking to! We got the El Paso, Texas roll which was our favorite roll by far. It had Japanese Wagyu on top with crab, asparagus, cucumber, avocado, fried onion strings, and Japanese BBQ sauce. It was incredibly tasty and the wagyu was phenomenal! We also had the fire crunch which came with salmon, spicy crab, cucumber, avocado, scallion, tempura, eel sauce and spicy mayo which was also super tasty and excellent! The last roll we tried was the vegetarian comatose roll. I decided to try that roll because I love cream cheese on sushi! While it was good, I probably wouldn't get it again and would want to try something different. Overall, the atmosphere and vibes are great, and the sushi was amazing. I will definitely be going back.

This has been a regular spot of mine for a while mostly out of convince (i work nearby). The tempura fried veggie sushi is to die for and the views are STUNNING. However since they've recently blown up on tiktok the service is extremely lacking. There is almost never a host at the elevator to greet you and the last 2 times we were there it took 15 mins for us to be greeted by our server/ even receive water. I will always come back for the Comatose Roll but hope the service improves soon.

Saw beautiful night views of Nashville here! Came for a friend's birthday drinks, and staff members were friendly in helping us move some tables around to accommodate the whole party. I ordered the Soul Train, which was to my liking, as a lighter fruity drink! Overall place and accessible bathrooms all very clean.

We ate at the bar, which was a nice option when you're not up for getting dressed up to sit in the main restaurant. You must order at the bar, which isn't very clear. I didn't love that, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The bartender is personable and friendly. We shared three rolls--enough to fill our bellies, but not overfill us. The food was tasty and reasonable in price. It was a nice way to end the day.

To get there, Walk to the elevators in the lobby across from the market. There are 2 elevators with a skye lounge mat in-front of it. Our "S" to go to Sky lounge. We walked in on a Saturday night with no reservation for a table of 6 and were sat immediately. Views are amazing here!! Very cute selfie station when you come up the elevator as well. As a vegetarian I had the miso soup & Jhonny Mo. Food was a 4/5, I wish I got the fried sushi roll though and would get that next time! the smoked old fashion drink was very different, but good and strong! Good options for vegetarians & server was very kind. Atmosphere was sophisticated.

My best friend and I came here for the first time. The ambiance was everything ! Nice vibes , nice atmosphere, and our server , Kitty was amazing ! The food was okay, but not the best . I ordered the vegetable spring rolls for the appetizer, and the shrimp tempura as my sushi choice . My best friend orders the miso soup as the appetizer, and the Philadelphia roll (fried) as the sushi choice .

El paso roll & fire cracker roll. Literally just OK food.

Food was as good as your neighbor hood sushi. Nothing bad, nothing amazing. Not worth the $32 roll though. I honestly felt very lack luster during my experience while in there. Maya was our waitress and she did a great job.

This place has such amazing views. However, the food was not good. The fish is not fresh and their sushi rice is mushy. Almost tastes like grocery store sushi. Very expensive grocery store sushi... service is also lacking.

    Crispy rice (8/10)!!

Lovely views, the sushi wasn't that great but the drinks and the atmosphere was really nice.

This was such a fun experience. This restaurant is at the top of the Sheraton Grand. The views of the city are amazing. Our server, Maddy was the best. She recommended cooked selections for my husband since he doesn't like raw sushi. The atmosphere is very romantic and relaxing. The spring rolls were a favorite. The food is very flavorful.

    Cockroach

Pros: view, ambiance, service Cons: food - ordered gyoza (average), and a roll (below average - fish was not fresh), pricing (expensive for what you get) Place looked very clean upon arrival, but I was unfortunately greeted by a cockroach at the end of my meal scurrying across the floor. Overall: lots of potential, great service, but leaves a lot to be desired. Conclusion: I will not be coming back.

We went in the afternoon so it was pretty quiet still, but the bar tenders were friendly and helpful. And although I'm not a huge tequila fan, I was impressed with my drink. There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.

Staff at the humidor offered zero guidance or recommendations. Drinks were forgettable, and we had to fetch them ourselves from the bar like we were at a college sports pub instead of an upscale cigar lounge. Then came the cigars. We were left to cut and light them ourselves, which would've been fine if every disposable torch in the place wasn't nearly empty or completely out of butane. Nothing says 'premium lounge experience' quite like fighting for a working lighter. To top it off, the moment a large group walked in, the bartender started loudly screaming out drink orders across the room. The entire atmosphere instantly shifted from refined cigar lounge to livestock auction barn. This place is living off the reputation of what Blend used to be. If you're expecting an elevated experience, look elsewhere."

Thankfully that room had no trace of cigar smoke. We were told in its hey day it was originally a brothel. More tales of murder.
