It's holiday time! Whether you're a local or visiting Nash on vacation; you need to stop in for the holiday pop up. This bar never disappoints in the themes for the holiday. The drinks are festive and poured with you in mind iykyk. Service is prompt, but be prepared to get there somewhat early so that you'll get a spot to sit and thoroughly enjoy the ambiance. Hidden bar fills up fast during the holidays.

SOOOO cool! We went through a kitchen? and then were led to a storage room door! (there was a bouncer so evidently it was the hidden bar) The experience getting there is as exciting as the bar itself. Currently it's halloween themed and the details are amazing! Drinks, decor & vibes are perfect for spooky season.

I had read about the Hidden Bar upon researching speakeasies in Nashville. Hidden Bar is undoubtedly one that lives up to its name. A hidden speakeasy nestled underneath Printers Alley of downtown Nashville, Hidden Bar is one you need to do your due diligence to know where to go to locate. But if you're able to connect the dots, you will enter another universe, enjoying exquisite and tasty cocktails that will allow you to live your best life. To find the Hidden Bar, you need to find yourself... or just locate Lona on Church Street and head down the stairs. You have to see, not just look, and find a door that typically leads only to storage. And from there, you will be whisked away into another dimension -- dark, hidden, and mysterious. Through another door, you enter the glorious crimson lights of the Hidden Bar, where cool Euro dance music fills the air as mixologists craft and serve excellent cocktails with precision. There is this large chandelier with a crazy 3D effect. I loved the style of the shelving that helped radiate the aura of French Nouveau Dreams and disco machines. Taking a read of the menu that was created with a newspaper-like design, I enjoyed cocktails such as the Last Word, the Fairy Cream, and the gorgeous Nia's Car. I enjoyed the Fairy Cream the most, which tastes like a Russian Quaalude, only with absinthe and a focus on using dark and light crème de cacao. The Last Word had more anise-forward flavors with the green Chartreuse but was cut with the sweetness of the maraschino liqueur. The Nia's Car was a complete left turn from the first two drinks, and the one I finished the evening with. Comprising Brandy and Sorel, with cranberry juice, agave, rhubarb, and orange bitters, your palate went on quite the journey that is also balanced with the hibiscus sugar rim. The mixologist behind the bar made magic with the drinks. I would return in a heartbeat, especially if he were slinging. It is impressive how they have designed this bar. Once you figure out how to get there, whether you sit at the bar or grab a darkened nook around the back, you will enjoy the vibes and subdued energy of the bar that will make you lose track of time as you sip drink after drink.

I feel like it was better last time we came this year. There were no servers you had to wait in a really long line at the bar. We got there 5 minutes after it opened, and it was already packed with only one table left. It was very dark inside and hard to take any pictures. There were no festive holiday cups like in previous years. We had one drink and left and went somewhere bigger and less crowded and the table next to us was saying the same thing.

We have been to a hidden bar twice while visiting Nashville. This was my favorite visit because of the Oath and Fang Halloween pop-up. The cocktails are creative and fun. The bartender staff were helpful with recommendations too. The decor was so fun for Halloween. It was definitely a busy, popular spot!

Such a fun speakeasy! We went for their vampire themed pop up and it did not disappoint. Everyone was dressed so on theme and the drinks were unique. A ghost tour was there and we heard of all the stories that were in the area. Service was quick and all drinks seemed to be premade which helped in large crowds.

Check out this little Christmas Speakeasy called Hidden-Ville! Only open till Jan 1. They do not take reservations and you must be 21. Drinks, every drink and food are all Who-ville themed! The bar is totally decorated in the theme. So dress up and have some fun trying all the drinks. The bar staff were amazing! Check out the drink that got lit up! Cheers!!!

We came here for the Beetlejuice pop up bar. I love that they change out the themes of this speakeasy. It was a little interesting to find, but we asked around and then were able to locate it. We didn't have to wait too long, about 30 minutes to get in. It's right outside the Makeready L&L, so you can enjoy that bar while you are waiting. Don't try to run off with their themed glassware, or you'll end up with a heft $100 fee. Apparently that happened within the first week of opening. They have a couple snack options, but I didn't see many people ordering anything other than drinks.

One of the coolest speakeasies I have ever been to! Hidden on a different floor than the lobby of the Noelle, this quaint bar transforms you into another experience when you walk through the storage doors. Inside is luxurious and comfortable with hand crafted cocktails. The bartenders service was well cared in them taking time to learn about our taste and give tips to us before ordering.

Nice servers Nobody was there at 6pm on a Saturday Food - we ordered the lobster roll. It was A LOT of money, but very good and came w chips The ambiance - definite speakeasy vibes. The person at the front told us it was UPstairs, it most definitely is in the basement

We went for the Hiddenville theme on Thanksgiving. Decorations were cute, lots of fun places to take photos. We went at opening so there wasn't many there, so no waiting for a seat. Bartenders very cool and talented. Drinks were complex and good. We'd probably go again if the theme seems fun.

There was no live music available at the time, but they did have a DJ which I thought was spinning the turntable rather well. It's my bad that I didn't also catch on that his is basically a Tequila Bar, rather than a more general craft cocktail establishment. Judging by the well stocked bar and the word of our waitress, other alcohol and their associated craft creations are available, but it's pretty much off menu and not well into our waitress' repertoire. And yes, Cinco de Mayo was just a few days away. One member of our party just wanted a soft drink, which was not possible that night as their CO2 was down. That did make me wonder whether the non-alcohol drinkers had much to chose from here. I suppose we could have then wandered over to the Redemption Bar at Chief's? Anyway, we're not Tequila Drinkers, and since other drink options appeared to be guesswork, we left towards more traditional mixed drinks (and live music) at a nearby Printers Alley bar. This was a rare night that I really wanted a craft cocktail in a smooth environment, and in the end it just wasn't the same.

Nashville is a music town, throw a rock and you'll find a great spot at a bar playing music. Some of the bars have a stage where bands are jammin'! I'm looking for something different, something more contemporary, live jazz and a speakeasy feel. Skull's Rainbow Room delivered. Walking up to Printer's Alley, it's already giving off speakeasy vibes. I did my classic move, Get to the restaurant early and tell the waitress I'm so hungry and promise I won't be here all night. Man... I was set up with a great table and was told I have less than two hours. (I mean, I am Bill S from New York, I can be quite persuasive) My waiter comes over, we start talking about the east coast, how he misses New Jersey but loves his new home in Nashville. I order a martini and thick Prime Rib cut along with a side of truffle mashed potatoes. My drink comes out quickly and now I am in the jazz zone. These guys rocked it! Great music along with strong cocktails, I laugh and say to myself: I'm getting paid to be here! My steak comes to the table very quickly. Man this steak cut is a thing of beauty. The au jus with a bite of the truffle mashed potato, heaven. Now the piano player start playing The Love Theme from The Godfather?? Am I in heaven or.. are they trying to seduce me to the other side as I order another cocktail? Just a fantastic night, from the music to the food and libations at Skull's Rainbow Room. My waiter says, it's been two hours, would you like your drink brought to the bar? I declined as I paid my check. Skull's Rainbow Room is a must stop when in Nashville.
