My daughter decided to take my Gdaughter her for her 10th BD. The atmosphere is very exciting for children and the young at heart. I was at a loss when I walked in. Kevin has the Best Customer Service! He helped me and my Fiance scan and fill out the required online paperwork. The actual room my Daughter reserved was a really nice size. I'm so happy I decided to wear my running shoes. Thank goodness we found parking up front, but I later found out that there is a Parking Garage. The food is Pricey, so bring water or Gatorade to keep your kids hydrated. $5 for 1 bottle water. THIS is how you spend a rainy Seattle day! There is a lot of questions about which park is better, Skyzone or Urban Air. I have memberships in both parks. Skyzone is exciting! Kids flying everywhere! The lights are nice and bright, the music is kid friendly and loud like a party vibe. I haven't met staff that I didn't like there. They even play catch with a football with my kids. It IS a little wild in there, but that's part of the fun. Smaller kids or sensory sensitive kids will have the best time in the mornings. Late afternoon is when the bigger kids come in and take up a lot of space. Latoya is a worker there and is definitely one of our family's favorites! On April 4, 2026, my 5-year-old son fell behind a curved trampoline structure approximately 10 feet high onto the exposed concrete beneath it. He became trapped under the equipment, and it took several minutes just to locate a staff member. They had to remove springs and physically enter the structure to retrieve him. After the fall, he was bruised, bleeding, and disoriented, showing signs of a head injury. Staff handed us an ice pack and then left--no medical assistance was offered, no 911 call was made, no incident report initiated and no staff remained to secure the area. The hazard remained open and unsupervised while other children continued playing. We took him to Seattle Children's Emergency Department, where he was diagnosed with a mild concussion and significant facial bruising. Since the incident, there has been no follow-up communication from management, despite multiple attempts to contact them. We are extremely concerned about the total lack of supervision, the absence of emergency protocols, exposed hazards, and the apparent indifference to children's safety. I came here with 2 kids and I ended up getting a monthly pass. It pays off if you visit multiple times. Once you get a monthly pass, you can bypass the long line and go to the VIP line which is great. It is crazy and loud there. There were seats but I noticed most of them were already taken. There were so many kids there. I saw a girl hurt her ankle too and thankfully she was getting help from staff. They make you sign a waiver for any liabilities. The equipment itself was ok. One of the ball pit, my son said he fell and he said he could feel the bottom of the pit. It isnt the tidiest place - used water bottles, wrappers, paper. That's because there's no bins to put junk unless you go near the cafe or restrooms. The prices at the cafe are outrageous too. A Gatorade is over $4. They also have pizza, nachos, snacks, and icee. We purchased tickets online for our 10 year old son and his 2 friends to attend the Glow night jump event held on Fridays and Saturdays from 8p-10p. We entered the facility at 7:45 to the smell that one of our son's friends aptly described as 'the smell of a room of preschoolers that had bathroom accidents'. We should have left at that point... But we are resilient and went to the counter to check in. The very unhappy counter person said, 'you realize it's very early and you can't check in.' It was 10 minutes before the event. We acquiesced and took the kids the little arcade area to spend even more money at the paltry arcade offerings. At 8pm, a line started to form and we joined this ever increasing line of people that were rowdy and impatient. What baffled me is why they started this check in at 8pm when the event started at 8pm with a hard stop at 10pm. With two people at the counter checking in dozens of people, the line was moving at a snail's pace. I then realized that there was a sign that stated 'online purchased tickets' that I understood to delineate a line to form if you purchased tickets ahead of time. I made the foolish decision to jump out of the line I was in and stand by this sign. After standing there for a few minutes, one of the counter people looked exasperatingly at me and said, 'there's only one line!' I asked her about the sign and she repeated that 'there's only one line'. I was humbled into getting into the back of the now even longer line. After waiting for 35 minutes, we were finally checked in. $150 poorer, but with glow shirts and socks, the kids were finally allowed to jump around in the dark and with the unforgiving smell of a dirty gym. Needless to say, we doused the kids with sanitizer after their jump fest. At the end of the day, we had 90 of the 120 minutes to play with and the kids were tired but had a decent time. I could have overlooked a lot of this had the customer service been decent. I understand being overwhelmed, underpaid, and having no control over how things are run. Terrible lines to get in (never enough workers at the front desk, there were 2 today with a line 20 people deep which means at least 30 min wait), overpriced (they only offer a 2 hour jump pass, and a small fountain soda is $5 without refills, etc), and it's dirty (floors). Pros: you can bring in outside food, they have a 6 and under area (which is great because of older kids come here, like mine, and it's pretty wild. I would have appreciated separation like that when mine were small) and it's pretty big with good variety of activities. We will continue to only come 1-2 times a year though, as this place just isn't worth more than that. But Seattle has limited jump options for tween/teens. read more

While there, I attempted an obstacle course that appeared padded and safe from a distance, especially a large vertical foam cylinder that seemed soft and forgiving. Trusting its appearance, I leapt toward it, but when I missed the grip, I was struck hard by what felt like a metal core beneath minimal padding. The impact to my shoulder was jarring, comparable to a car accident, and I couldn't lift my arm for over a week. I immediately reported the injury to my doctors. Despite months of continuous treatment including chiropractic care, acupuncture, and physical therapy, I was still in pain nearly a year later. In late March 2025, an MRI confirmed a shoulder tear exceeding 50%, requiring urgent surgery to prevent further damage. This injury has taken a physical, emotional, and financial toll from missed work to ongoing medical appointments and mounting co-pays. As a petite woman under 5 feet tall, the force of the impact was devastating. I can't imagine the consequences had a young child endured the same. I enjoyed coming here with my nephews and son. The nephews also brought their two cousins. One of the bathrooms was out of order when I came. But the other bathroom was open. Prior reviews of this place complain of it being dirty and run by teenagers. But I do think it has improved. I no longer come to this trampoline park because I moved up to Everett. So now I go to flying squirrel up there. Being that I have been to four different trampoline parks, such as sky zone, flying squirrel, altitude, and elevated sports, I would say that sky zone is the second best. The reason why I say that is because altitude is small and elevated doesn't allow kids under three to jump on the trampolines. Flying Squirrel is better than sky zone because they have a bigger arcade and an inflatables play area for the Littles. Flying squirrel also has rock climbing and they are building a miniature golf course at the moment. But sky zone is still worth a visit. They have a swing, zipline, a huge slide and more areas to jump in a foam pit then flying squirrel. Price-wise, they are all in the same range of $20-$30. read more

I know you sign a waiver but.... You should still care when an adult brings up a valid concern about an experience that leads to injury. My son did the zip line. No issue. I followed him and came to a jerking/sudden stop and fell into the foam with a searing pain on my right arm. When I got out of the pit and realized the issue: the retrieval rope that is attached to the handlebars had so many knots in it that it was preventing the zip line from going all the way to the end and stopping the rider via a velocity absorbing spring. The retrieval rope was instead just stopping the handlebars 20 feet short of the soft/springy landing. Imagine the difference of jumping off a 30 foot platform onto a trampoline versus solid concrete. Physics meant my son's 30 pounds vs my 200 pounds experienced this sudden jolty stop very differently. I told the guy running the attraction (with one AirPod in his ear) about the issue. He asked me if he should shut it down. I said "probably." He didn't. After observing the zip line continuing to go on, I shared my concern with another floor employee (with an AirPod in his ear), he got the manager, Kristin, who stopped to ask me how I was holding onto the zip line instead of asking me what the issue was. I explained I was holding it normally and shared my observation of the issue. She told me that she would go and shut down the ride to make sure it got fixed and that the maintenance CEO had just been there yesterday and given the all clear. I watched her and the employees look at what was going on and continue to let kids go on it with the jolty stop. They did not shut the zip line down. I thought maybe they would call someone to fix it. 30 mins later as I was leaving from bday pizza party portion of our event, I saw the zip line still going with the same issue. I saw Kristin at the front counter and went up with my 2 small kids (3 and 5) to ask her what was going on and to see if it was going to get fixed. She immediately got defensive and condescending and began getting argumentative with me asking me what else I expected her to do and demanding to know if I signed a waiver. She claimed that the zip line was working as expected and that there was no impact difference between a rider landing at the end and bouncing back on the springs versus just being abruptly jerked to a stop as they hit the end of the rope. When I told her I didn't think that seemed completely accurate, her aggression continued telling me that she would give me the number to call to complain about her (she just gave me the general number for the facility), that she had witnesses that I was the one being unreasonable (which I'm assuming were her paid employees around), that she knew the CEO, and that I needed to leave and never come back. It was an unnecessary escalation and reaction. I'm a dad that was trying to bring up a deficiency in their product up (which I'm assuming was accidental) so that nobody else got hurt. At this point if anyone else gets injured because of the same issue, it's beyond accidental and now negligent. read more
