My daughter and cousins really enjoyed this place. Ages 5-8. They have a variety of things for the kids like a zip line, dodge ball area, climbing wall, obstacle course, walking rolling beam, and a mechanical foam thing that goes round and round and the kids can jump up to avoid it lol! *Having said that, the stars and reviews are based on WEEKDAYS experience---we went on a Wednesday. (It was almost like our own personal playground lol! No crowds) And we did not host a birthday party. Most of the bad reviews on here were from birthday party experiences and customer service experience. So I would hesitate to book a birthday event here until they improve on that aspect. Customer service I would have to agree is lacking and the employees didn't seem to want to be there. Prices for socks is also too much so if you have grip socks bring it. Way way less crowded than Defy in Tukwila during the weekday. For the best experience go on weekdays so you and your family can enjoy and take advantage of their daily deals. (Mon-Thursdays)

    Wednesday 1-3pm it's $18 for 2 hours! Instead of $30

We have been to this location before mainly for the Baseball batting cages with our boys in the field Josie area. Batting cages and Big Air are not the same company though just in the same building. So I take my kids to many different places to try them out. It's spring break so I've been trying to do a few different things with them. 1. It's clean and doesn't smell. 2. Nothing is dirty or broken 3. They have massage chairs everywhere with charging stations for parents to sit and watch their kids. 4. I love pretzels with cheese and every place except the T-mobile stadium in Seattle has been gross. Well here my pretzel was soft, warm and perfect and only $4.75. 5. I think their food prices are decent. 6. The girl that is working the food counter between 1-3pm today 3/6/23 is so nice and happy! 7. My kids have not bothered at all and it's almost been 2 hours! They are 8 & 9. 8. They lots of tables I see all the bad reviews. Now all the others workers besides the cook lady seem like they don't want to be here. My boys would definitely have fun here if they had a party because they have made random friends today and they are having a blast mainly playing dodgeball lol! I wouldn't want to pay the $30 per kid though on a regular time and day but the $18 for 2 hours on a Wednesday! I'm down to pay that anytime. I just don't think it's worth $30 for 2 hours unless you have a big group they would probably stay busy for 2 hours and be good but I wouldn't bring my 14 and 15 year old they would be ready to go after a hour. It seems more for 12 and under in my opinion. I WILL UPDATE IF I EVER BRING MY TEENS. I wouldn't for full price though because that's $120 for 4 kids. They just need to add one more attraction Catered to 14 +. They have toddler time in the early AM too and I see a toddler having fun for sure! It would definitely be a little dangerous for littles ones to be around big kids in this huge place. I barely see ANY kids on their Ninja Course which is weird. I think more kids would use JT of it had a foam pit under it. All in All it's CLEAN! I'm so sick of dirty play places but that's just me. If I have to sit for 2 hours and watch them play I don't want to be scared to sit on the available seating! Lol So with all that said ... they just need better customer service and a new attraction to cater older teens. Laser Tag is not available between the 1-3pm Wednesday Mid-Day Madness either which is a bummer. I mean you can shop and your kids can play can't really beat that. They should offer a Homeschool deal once a week too they would make a lot of money off of that.

I visited Big Air on July 16th 2025 for my son's 11th birthday. He has never been there, neither have I, and he really enjoyed. However, the downside to our visit was the stations that required a staff members supervision there either wasnt enough or there would be 2 to 3 staff members at one station just talking and shooting the breeze. The visit could have been a lot more enjoyable if the staff would have spreaded out to different stations.

I don't understand why people are such harsh raters of this place. It is a typical jump place. Pros: Plenty variety for kids to explore Loved the Virtual Reality game, when jumping, it inspires kids to jump faster and higher Lots od trampolines Basketball game Laser Game Deals+ Cons: Lots of noise when there is a game at same time, but these places are noisy

I do wish they had bigger socks / more stretch to them because as a size 10 wide in women's... they were pretty tight. There was a good amount of bounce houses. Some did have taped over holes, but they didn't lose their effectiveness. The wait for the above obstacle course was pretty short but, kids do like to cut or "that's my friend he was holding my spot" so just be aware of that. It does have a run down dirty feel to it but, you can't ask for much. It's cheap entertainment.

Were there employees present? Yes. Did they care about the safety of their patrons? Nope. I watched two employees allowing very young children to harness themselves onto the rope course. Another employee passively checked his phone while kids piled into sleds to go down a slide only to slam into toddlers who had been allowed to play in the landing zone. Eventually parents started managing the different stations while the employees wandered away to either play on their phones in corners or disappear entirely. I now see why their waiver is also the longest I've ever seen as well. With regards to the birthday areas, they also appeared to be unstaffed which I've never seen at a play zone. As for the equipment many of the pads were so low on air so kids and adults got stuck. I cannot recommend this place at all. It is an accident waiting to happen and there are much safer play zones to visit.

We absolutely love this location and can't sing its praises highly enough. It's located in a very…read morelarge parking lot in a substantially sized strip mall. Parking is ample so not to worry. At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.

Review for the Presidents' Day day camp!…read more I grew up in Kent and my parents still live there so I've seen My Gym for years... My son's cousin was registered for the Presidents' Day day camp so we decided to register him, too! It was $49 for a 3 hour drop off session. The camp included games, open play free time use of the space, crafts, and more with other kids and teachers. Upon first look everything looked really clean and safe! My son was a little nervous to be left without me on the sidelines, but when I returned I could tell he formed a comfy relationship with the teachers working and they mentioned how well he did during the duration of the camp. We've never done something like this so I'm glad to have it on my radar for school breaks! They also host "parents night out" events where you're able to drop the kids off and go on a date night - which is a really fun alternative to keeping the kids at home with a sitter. Worth noting that kiddos need to be potty trained and able to separate from parents in order to attend the drop off camps. We'll definitely be bringing my son back in the future!

He asked me what else was there , I told him there was a bottle but couldn't exactly give details about what was on it , he refused to give the bag to me and was extremely rude . I pleaded him initially as my kid was in the car but he showed no remorse but kept on insisting I cannot give the bag as it's a protocol . Couple of us tried to explain him that It was ours and I can him a copy of my Id and email/ phone number as well but he was so determined to lock the door . It was very clear he didn't want to hand over the bag at any cost because at this time it was more of this ego . I party host explained that we were part of the party and they can be contacted if anyone else approaches for the diaper bag but he simply refused to hear any of us out . Even his fellow colleague asked him to hand over the bag but at that point he made up his mind . Extremely poor customer service and rude , unethical behavior.
