We booked a party, paid in full, and it was very expensive. Unfortunately, we are very disappointed. The park was overcrowded, all seating was taken, and guests had nowhere to sit. Staff pressured us to leave the party room even during our paid time, creating an uncomfortable situation in front of our guests. The staff did not warn us that the park would be so busy, otherwise we would have chosen another date. All expectations of a calm and enjoyable celebration were ruined. Instead, we faced noise, chaos and complete inconvenience for everyone. Highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

Upper tables flipped upside down on Saturday the busiest day !

Not enough seating for adults everyone pretty much has to stand for an hour until either a party starts or it time to go . They have an upper seating area but they won't allow customers to use it when I asked the manager he said they haven't passed inspection for that seating area yet ? I was sitting there last year when we booked a birthday party ‍

My daughter and cousins really enjoyed this place. Ages 5-8. They have a variety of things for the kids like a zip line, dodge ball area, climbing wall, obstacle course, walking rolling beam, and a mechanical foam thing that goes round and round and the kids can jump up to avoid it lol! *Having said that, the stars and reviews are based on WEEKDAYS experience---we went on a Wednesday. (It was almost like our own personal playground lol! No crowds) And we did not host a birthday party. Most of the bad reviews on here were from birthday party experiences and customer service experience. So I would hesitate to book a birthday event here until they improve on that aspect. Customer service I would have to agree is lacking and the employees didn't seem to want to be there. Prices for socks is also too much so if you have grip socks bring it. Way way less crowded than Defy in Tukwila during the weekday. For the best experience go on weekdays so you and your family can enjoy and take advantage of their daily deals. (Mon-Thursdays)

    Wednesday 1-3pm it's $18 for 2 hours! Instead of $30

We have been to this location before mainly for the Baseball batting cages with our boys in the field Josie area. Batting cages and Big Air are not the same company though just in the same building. So I take my kids to many different places to try them out. It's spring break so I've been trying to do a few different things with them. 1. It's clean and doesn't smell. 2. Nothing is dirty or broken 3. They have massage chairs everywhere with charging stations for parents to sit and watch their kids. 4. I love pretzels with cheese and every place except the T-mobile stadium in Seattle has been gross. Well here my pretzel was soft, warm and perfect and only $4.75. 5. I think their food prices are decent. 6. The girl that is working the food counter between 1-3pm today 3/6/23 is so nice and happy! 7. My kids have not bothered at all and it's almost been 2 hours! They are 8 & 9. 8. They lots of tables I see all the bad reviews. Now all the others workers besides the cook lady seem like they don't want to be here. My boys would definitely have fun here if they had a party because they have made random friends today and they are having a blast mainly playing dodgeball lol! I wouldn't want to pay the $30 per kid though on a regular time and day but the $18 for 2 hours on a Wednesday! I'm down to pay that anytime. I just don't think it's worth $30 for 2 hours unless you have a big group they would probably stay busy for 2 hours and be good but I wouldn't bring my 14 and 15 year old they would be ready to go after a hour. It seems more for 12 and under in my opinion. I WILL UPDATE IF I EVER BRING MY TEENS. I wouldn't for full price though because that's $120 for 4 kids. They just need to add one more attraction Catered to 14 +. They have toddler time in the early AM too and I see a toddler having fun for sure! It would definitely be a little dangerous for littles ones to be around big kids in this huge place. I barely see ANY kids on their Ninja Course which is weird. I think more kids would use JT of it had a foam pit under it. All in All it's CLEAN! I'm so sick of dirty play places but that's just me. If I have to sit for 2 hours and watch them play I don't want to be scared to sit on the available seating! Lol So with all that said ... they just need better customer service and a new attraction to cater older teens. Laser Tag is not available between the 1-3pm Wednesday Mid-Day Madness either which is a bummer. I mean you can shop and your kids can play can't really beat that. They should offer a Homeschool deal once a week too they would make a lot of money off of that.

I don't understand why people are such harsh raters of this place. It is a typical jump place. Pros: Plenty variety for kids to explore Loved the Virtual Reality game, when jumping, it inspires kids to jump faster and higher Lots od trampolines Basketball game Laser Game Deals+ Cons: Lots of noise when there is a game at same time, but these places are noisy

I visited Big Air on July 16th 2025 for my son's 11th birthday. He has never been there, neither have I, and he really enjoyed. However, the downside to our visit was the stations that required a staff members supervision there either wasnt enough or there would be 2 to 3 staff members at one station just talking and shooting the breeze. The visit could have been a lot more enjoyable if the staff would have spreaded out to different stations.

They have a small arcade area when you walk in. You can also pay to play with the steam tables in a different section. There are snacks and some bites of food sold inside. I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. There is a fun beaded pit with some toys to play with. Great place to burn the kids energy for the day.

However, trying to book a party myself has been incredibly frustrating. I've called multiple times at different times of the day, and no one ever answers the phone. I also sent a message on Instagram, which wasn't seen until the next day, and even then, it was left on read with no response. For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.

The play area is huge with so much for kids to do! There's a ball pit, ride ons, climbing structures and slides, giant building blocks, and tons of toys for pretend games. When we booked the party we were offered a bunch of different optional add-ons for additional charges including options for food, drinks, cupcakes, a meet and greet with a mascot character, etc. We chose to add an additional hour of time, the decorations package, and the balloon cannon. For decorations they have tons of themes to choose from and we chose Bluey. The decorations were so cute and there were pretty table clothes, themed plates and napkins, and lots of table decorations. The balloon cannon was fantastic! We played keepy-uppy like in the show Bluey, but the addition of the cannon just made the game so much more amazing! Our son and his friends had an incredible time and the adults all really appreciated that inside the play area are lots of comfy chairs and couches to lounge on while the kids play. Throughout the party the staff were so lovely and helpful! They checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and at the end even did all the tidying. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking to celebrate their kids birthday.
