Five stars--absolutely recommend! We went to this trampoline park today and had such a great experience, largely because of an employee named Nira. She was incredibly personal and genuinely tried to create a customized, positive experience for everyone she interacted with. You could tell she was upbeat and attentive, even though it may have been a long shift. One moment that really stood out was when a little girl was upset because she was too small to go on one of the attractions. Instead of brushing it off, Nira encouraged her to try another option--the long, fast, really cool big slide near the front checkout. You could literally see the little girl's entire mood change. It clearly made her day, and moments like that matter. People like Nira often play what seems like a "small" role, but the impact they make is very real and long-lasting. They help create happy memories, and that deserves recognition. Making every guest feel seen and prioritized is not easy, and she did it effortlessly. We have been to this location before mainly for the Baseball batting cages with our boys in the field Josie area. Batting cages and Big Air are not the same company though just in the same building. So I take my kids to many different places to try them out. It's spring break so I've been trying to do a few different things with them. 1. It's clean and doesn't smell. 2. Nothing is dirty or broken 3. They have massage chairs everywhere with charging stations for parents to sit and watch their kids. 4. I love pretzels with cheese and every place except the T-mobile stadium in Seattle has been gross. Well here my pretzel was soft, warm and perfect and only $4.75. 5. I think their food prices are decent. 6. The girl that is working the food counter between 1-3pm today 3/6/23 is so nice and happy! 7. My kids have not bothered at all and it's almost been 2 hours! They are 8 & 9. 8. They lots of tables I see all the bad reviews. Now all the others workers besides the cook lady seem like they don't want to be here. My boys would definitely have fun here if they had a party because they have made random friends today and they are having a blast mainly playing dodgeball lol! I wouldn't want to pay the $30 per kid though on a regular time and day but the $18 for 2 hours on a Wednesday! I'm down to pay that anytime. Today was my first time taking the kids. $84 for two kids to jump for 2 hours is a bit wild (we paid for socks also) but whatever. My children used every minute and I still had to force them out lol the activities they had were GREAT! Rock climbing, ropes, basketball, dodgeball, obstacle course, slides with the tubes, mechanical bull, AND SO MUCH MORE. PARENTS - The staff ACTUALLY pay attention. I saw an employee kick a child out because he cut the line and climbed on the middle part that you're not supposed to. I saw the employees explain things to kids and actually watch. I visited Big Air on July 16th 2025 for my son's 11th birthday. He has never been there, neither have I, and he really enjoyed. However, the downside to our visit was the stations that required a staff members supervision there either wasnt enough or there would be 2 to 3 staff members at one station just talking and shooting the breeze. Yesterday I went to Big Air, and I love it so much. The workers are very nice, but someone who stood out was Lucas. He helped my kids with any attraction, including the throat, and always opened them when they asked. I was talking to him about the ropes course and the possibility of it opening in a few weeks. This facility is a joke! They hire minors and then don't give them adequate training or make them enforce the rules that they post. Booked online for daughter's b-day party and they never noted that the facility would be under construction (1 of the main attractions was not up and running - laser tag), no discount for this - unless you just happen to come in as a walk-in customer, then you receive a discount. Had we known about this upfront, we never would have booked with this facility. I stopped by the location 2 days prior to the event and spoke with a representative who gave me false information for our upcoming party. We arrived at the location for the party on Saturday morning 15 minutes early to be told that we would not be allowed in early to decorate the "party room" if you can call it that - a divided off area with banners (like the representative had told me 2 days prior). The staff was SUPER unfriendly and just assumes you know how everything should be done at their location...but I guess that's what you get when you hire teens who don't care. After holding the kids back for 5-10 minutes, I finally asked a few worker boys huddled by the snack area if the kids were free to just go - they were too busy messing around on their phones to give a care in the world that they were actually at work. Now for the fun stuff...my daughter and a few of her friends/cousins are on an attraction with a teenage worker that was managing the attraction BUT not enforcing the rules and lets a kid too short be on the attraction, continue to play. This child caused the attraction to delay and my daughter getting hurt. I understand that things happen, but what I AM NOT OKAY WITH....is the teenage boy proceeding to tell her to "Get off and go to the end of the line" when she is down crying and holding her elbow/arm. Not asking if she needs help, ice or shows any type of concern for what just took place. Her cousin and friends that were with her, confirmed that there was no offer to help her or get her ice, what-so-ever. Another mother in our group proceeded to go onto the attraction and help her get up and off the attraction. Of course, these 10- and 11-year-olds have no reason to lie but yet the location is proceeding to tell me that this is not accurate......unlike the worker who is going to lie, so he doesn't lose his job......seems a little inaccurate, wouldn't you say? The employee who knew this took place, didn't bother to follow proper protocol per general manager Mryanda's conversation with me. She let me know on our phone call after the event, the worker should have informed the management on site and an incident report should have been completed - GET THIS, they filled out the incident report AFTER my phone call with Mryanda.....a little fishy if you ask me. On this conversation, she brought up compensation in the means of coming back to the facility, I let her know that my children would NEVER be returning to their facility. Of course, she had to get me in contact with someone else, as this is obviously above her pay grade. Of course, Chris the owner (this was the name I was given by an employee) appears to hide behind the scenes and let the corporate office deal with his customers. I went to the snack shop multiple times during the party and asked for ice due to an injury on their attraction. As soon as the party was over, we went to urgent care to find out that she had a broken elbow, fractured arm and dislocated her other bone. Now here comes Mundy Woodruff (director of operations - not a local representative) who wasn't provided with all the information that was gone over with Mryanda. So, for the guy who has access to all the documentation/video, he didn't even bother to look into the issue before speaking with me and would have to go back and watch the video. After five days of nothing, I follow up, of course he claims he sent a text (NEVER received), at which point I let him know that all further communication, I want though email, as this way I actually get it and my spouse can be involved. This seems to be a thorn in Mundy's side and only wants to speak on the phone, which I'm not doing at this point. I wasn't asking the location to absorb any of the $40k for medical bills/surgery that she had to undergo due to their employee's neglect of not enforcing rules/proper protocols. As I understand, accidents happen - what I do feel is owed is the refund as to what was paid for the following: false advertising of attractions at the facility, lack of communication (as they knew the location would be under renovations and didn't bother to communicate this to their guests) and staff not knowing their polices and providing false information. read more

First time, came for a birthday party for 3 year old. My 3 and 4 year old had a blast. I wasn't sure what to expect as we've been to Defy - Tukwila and it's so dirty. Loved that this was clean and the people that worked there were friendly and attentive. The food we had was good - pretzel and cheese and pizza at party. Saturday afternoon so place was packed and busy but seemed to be flowing good with the birthday parties. Parking was crazy with the basketball tourney going on. Lots of variety of activities to do. Where do I even start? We have never been to Big Air before. I was looking for a place to book my daughter's 11th birthday. Every other place that I knew of was booked except for Big Air, so I booked with them. We arrived 15 minutes early so that we would have time to set up the "room" (which was just a blocked off area) before guests arrived, but it didn't matter. We didn't get to go into the room until 1 1/2 hours after that (even though the "room" sat empty that whole time) which left us 40 minutes to eat, have cake, and then we were quickly ushered out of there without a moment to catch our breath. We gratefully had more guests than we thought and, towards the end, were ready to pay for 3 additional children to jump. I thought $20 p/jumper was steep considering we were already having a party there and the jump time was only 1 1/2 hours long. The rest of the time the children had to stay in the party "room". By the way, this price includes children of all ages, even 1 and 2 year olds as I was informed by the employee who emailed me days before! After their jump time had come to an end, a couple children ran out to play. My 4 year old was swiftly kicked out even though we were already gathering our things to leave. We left the place with crying children and a vow to never return to this place again. I don't like writing bad reviews, and I don't blame the staff as they were just doing their job and trying to be helpful, however, their policies are unfair and so are their prices. Having many parties at similar places, I expected it to be a similar experience. If you do decide to give it a try, here's some helpful advice. You need to look for the sign Fieldhouse, or you won't see their tiny sign from the street. You will enter a huge, loud and chaotic volleyball facility, which is really confusing, but Big Air is to the right on the other side of the plexi-glass. Poor customer service. Half the place was closed due to remodeling. Stood at the concession stand and was never helped. The slushie machines weren't even turned on. Had to try to find workers for everything we wanted to do and they were not easily accessible. We asked to do laser tag and were told they were charging and then our time was up. We got here when it opened so not sure why they weren't able to let the kids play laser tag especially with half the place shut down. A lot of the bad reviews pertain to customer service, but we were guests to a kid's birthday party so didn't have a lot of chances to interact with staff. Overall, they seemed fairly attentive but not exactly personable. They stuck to a strict turnover schedule, which I guess rubs some customers the wrong way, but I kind of see the need for it. The place was decently clean and well organized. All the kids seemed to love it. In all, a well thought out experience for children. The food is what you'd expect from this type of establishment: pizza, mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers, etc. Not great, just passable. The bathroom was relatively clean, but the single Dyson hand drier looked gross. The one thing that really bothered me was the aluminum benches spread throughout. They all have extremely sharp edges, which I found nonsensical when placed inside a children's play area like this where they're running around and horse playing. We had my toddlers 2 year birthday party here. I like how there is no set up required on my part, they do everything, include providing plates, napkins and utensils. I was disappointed that I had pre ordered an extra pizza and a fruit plate. Both of which were not brought to our table until 10 mins prior to our end time in the party room. Our room time for lunch was at 1pm and everyone was hungry earlier so we ended up ordering tons of food from the snack bar and then no one was hungry for the pizza. So I recommend for a birthday party, to have the lunch time at noon. Its also very loud inside due to all the volleyball games going on. Kids had a great time, so that's what's important. This place is a joke. If you're brown or black don't even bother wasting your money here. We had my son's birthday party here and as soon as we walk into the place Tod "the manager" and his assistant the "party planner" Merynda was NO HELP. Terrible customer service. All frowns no smiles. Then, Tod stalked my whole party (all 50+ of us) the whole entire time. Stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable didn't bother to ask how we're doing or if we needed anything. Just stood there and made it awkward for us to enjoy ourselves. Spent over 1k to be treated like that. Tod then made one of the kid's in my party cry and threaten not only our guests kids but, actually told my husband himself he "will have us all dragged out of there". Then called the cops on us to get us kicked out. Even the cop told us to go above him and complain about our experience. We didn't even do anything to be treated like that. We were targeted because we were colored. He didn't give any of that negative/hostile attitude towards the white folks. I don't even want to make it a racist thing but that's how we all felt. Also, what a coincidence most of the 1 star reviews on yelp and google were colored people and had the same experience. He is definitely not made for this industry. I was already overwhelmed because they didn't do anything to help accommodate my huge party. But was quick to rush us, harass/threaten the kids, and gave us death stares the whole time. Todd and his sidekick party planner lady with glasses and thin eyebrows made it more difficult for me actually. I was so busy at the front desk I barley got to host and mingle with our guests. He added more unnecessary stress on me just by his aggressive demeanor towards my family and guests (not to mention I'm 5 months pregnant). The pizza was not good at all. Thank goodness I spent an extra $75 to bring in my own food & another extra $75 to have the little party space from when we checked in. I'm also glad I brought in my own cooler full of drinks because they didn't give us our pre ordered drinks until we asked for them. And when they brought them out there was no ice. We also had to ask for refills. They rushed us before our time was even up so we had to move the party to the tables outside of the sorry divider tables. Caiden and the other kid our "host" bringing out our pizzas were the only two helpful ones there. I felt bad for them actually. I will never go back there again. Very poor customer service or care. They only care to micro manage and harass us. I hate to leave a negative review but unfortunately that's how our experience went. Very sad and chaotic. Big Air Auburn is amazing! The park is always clean which is huge for me! Laser Tag and Zipline are AWESOME attractions to enjoy while you are there! The Food at the cafe is very tasty ! The management team is spot on when needing to handle any issues which I Love because that's not always the case at other places I visit! In the party package you only have the room for 40 minutes - if you have to setup anything keep in mind you're eating up your 40 minutes! The cold part was there wasn't any parties after ours! We literally moved all of our stuff to the empty tables across the party room we were in! There's also not a lot of bounce areas, it's super hot no central air conditioning! There are some cool jumping trampolines, but the staff is horrible, they don't understand customer service and that they should be in the business of treating people well and taking care of their customers, which involves mostly groups of small children. Took my daughter here for a friend's birthday party. I brought my son and his friend as well and paid for them since they weren't part of the birthday party. Everyone had a fantastic time! The variety of activities to do was fantastic. The only downfall is it's in the same large facility as a basketball tournament center and it was like an echo chamber. There are many bad reviews of this place online, specifically in Facebook. Because of weather, I had to cancel an outside BBQ and tried to book something last minute. I was not able to book anything here as you have to 1 week in advance. I still dropped in with my 20+ guests and got bracelets for 1.5 hours. As we were leaving, we noticed the manager was rushing these little teen workers to check everyone's bracelets in an aggressive way, fine we were leaving already. But then we see him get nasty with a couple who was already leaving but stopped to take a picture with their kid, he kicked them out and said their time was up and had to leave. Then he kicks out another family who's party guests we're just arriving. Stay away! Not a great venue for a kids birthday party. We arrived and entered a sports facility, where they were having a volleyball tournament. It was so loud I couldn't even hear myself speak. Upon checking in, I had to ask the girl at the front desk to repeat herself multiple times due to the loudness coming from the volleyball tournament. There were no walls to separate the sports facility and the trampoline park. We got checked in and the kids were free to jump. During this time, we had to find an open table for our guests to sit. We were not given the party room, which is not a real room, but rather a section during this time. At about 5:45 pm, 15 minutes prior to having the party "room", I checked with the front to see if we can start our setup, the room was empty. The lady at the front, with thin eyebrows and a grey hooded sweater was trying to place us in a "room" that we didn't reserve. She argued and argued and continued to try and put my party in a room that we didn't reserve. I then opened my reservation confirmation email and showed her that we reserved room 5 and not 1. She finally gave us the room that we reserved and told me I had to wait for our "host" to greet us before we can start our room setup. Once we were finally greeted by our "host" Aylin, it was about 5 minutes past 6 o'clock, mind you we only have the room for 40 minutes. This caused our party to rush the setup, which our "host" did not assist with. After setup, we rushed to eat and do cake. Leaving us no time to even open gifts. After we were rushed out of the party "room", by our "host" Aylin the kids wanted to resume jumping. We were pretty much kicked out by some rude bald dude and our party "host" Aylin, both who did not provide any type of proper customer service. For the amount of money I paid, my daughter deserved a better experience for her and her guests. Not to mention, I was charged an additional guest and only had 10 jumpers, which was included in the package that we purchased. They never even served the kids their icees that were included with the party package as well. The "party host" just stands around, she didn't even refill our pitchers, my husband had to refill the pitchers for us. Aylin also had a stinky attitude after she kicked us out of the party room. I'm all about tips, especially for kids parties. I know how it is dealing with a large party of kids. I worked at Chuck E. Cheese in high school. I gave this "host" zero tip for her lack of service. This place sucks for birthday parties! Rushes you, and doesn't allow you in the reserved "room" for your parties until 20 min before your reserved time and then tries to kick you out while your still trying to eat, do the birthday cake and no chance to even open gifts. read more
