Just celebrated my son's 11th bday and this place was awesome. Cost, cleanliness, and the staff's excellent service and focus on safety, I highly recommend this place for both your kid's birthday or even an adult event!

We decided to take our son here on a whim for his birthday. The owner was so nice and accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our son create lasting memories. Part of our group was late and they even pushed back our start time to make sure we got our full time. Our kids and the adults in the group were all so excited and smiles never left our facees

We just had my son's 8th birthday party at Gotcha today and I cannot say enough good things! We had been to a birthday at this location before, and my son loved it so much that nearly a year later, he was still begging to have his birthday here. Clearly it did not disappoint as he hasn't stopped telling us how this was the best day of his life. The employees are incredibly accommodating and attentive. They take care of nearly everything before and after the party. My favorite thing is how laid back they are in comparison to other venues. They don't have strict rules about play time vs. party room time. Everything felt so easy and went so smoothly! Thank you so much Gotcha for such a great time!

Our soccer team had an amazing end of season party at Gotcha

We took our 7th grade soccer team here to celebrate the end of season. We had a blast! You can choose between foam dart blasters and foam ball blasters. (The balls travel further and faster.) The staff was super helpful and let you swap out blasters easily. There's plenty of space for parents to hang out at tables and couches if you don't want to play. They set aside one of the back party rooms for us and we had a bunch of pizza delivered. The kids loved it.

Kids have a great time here. Especially like the ability to trade guns during the session.

Came with my 5yo and 11yo; they loved running around the area and launching the darts and foam balls.

They have a small arcade area when you walk in. You can also pay to play with the steam tables in a different section. There are snacks and some bites of food sold inside. I didn't notice much people opting for it. I would def recommend bringing a water bottle in, they are $2.50 a bottle inside. There was free black coffee set out for parents, but I didn't see any creamer. Two restrooms inside that were big, nice and clean. The kids had fun jumping in the ball pit, foam pit, some trampoline. There is a fun beaded pit with some toys to play with. Great place to burn the kids energy for the day.

However, trying to book a party myself has been incredibly frustrating. I've called multiple times at different times of the day, and no one ever answers the phone. I also sent a message on Instagram, which wasn't seen until the next day, and even then, it was left on read with no response. For a business that is clearly active and posting, that level of communication is really disappointing. The lack of customer service makes it very difficult to move forward with booking, especially when the website doesn't clearly answer all questions. I prefer being able to speak to someone directly, and not having that option, or any response at all, is frustrating. It's unfortunate because we were genuinely excited to book here based on our previous experience, but the poor communication ultimately cost them our business.

We absolutely love this location and can't sing its praises highly enough. It's located in a very…read morelarge parking lot in a substantially sized strip mall. Parking is ample so not to worry. At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.

The play area is huge with so much for kids to do! There's a ball pit, ride ons, climbing structures and slides, giant building blocks, and tons of toys for pretend games. When we booked the party we were offered a bunch of different optional add-ons for additional charges including options for food, drinks, cupcakes, a meet and greet with a mascot character, etc. We chose to add an additional hour of time, the decorations package, and the balloon cannon. For decorations they have tons of themes to choose from and we chose Bluey. The decorations were so cute and there were pretty table clothes, themed plates and napkins, and lots of table decorations. The balloon cannon was fantastic! We played keepy-uppy like in the show Bluey, but the addition of the cannon just made the game so much more amazing! Our son and his friends had an incredible time and the adults all really appreciated that inside the play area are lots of comfy chairs and couches to lounge on while the kids play. Throughout the party the staff were so lovely and helpful! They checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and at the end even did all the tidying. We cannot recommend them enough, it was a perfect birthday party.

The studio was prepped very well for the celebration and everything was up to the mark and our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking to celebrate their kids birthday.

The high ceiling and 3 large, glass roll down garage doors make the space feel super big and bright. We have been here in summer when they were opened up and the kids were able to run and play in the real grass field right next to the building. In late fall with the doors closed it is very warm and cozy inside, even with the entrance door open. There is a small kitchen in the corner complete with sink, glass stove top and oven plus counter space. No refrigerator that I noticed though so bring your coolers and ice. There is plenty of parking with large enough spots to easily accommodate a large SUV and open doors comfortably. Inside there are two restrooms, one for men and women, not unisex, but they have a changing table (at least the women's restroom did). The building is adjacent to a small park. It's nice but be sure to not leave any valuables in your car as there can be some shady characters hanging about. After our event was done it helps to have family/ friends pitch in for the quick cleanup. Tables and chairs need to be stacked into their trolleys and the floors quickly swept. They provide the cleaning stuff like the large sweeper, etc. many hands make light work so for our large party clean up only took about 15 minutes. It's a good thing to model respect for the venue space to the littles and have the kids help out with clean up. Make it a game and it's even easier. Overall this is a great venue and we would definitely come back again.

I love this venue because outside there is a playground for the kids, there are huge windows that open up as doors to the outside, and they provide tables, chairs and there's a fridge, oven and kitchen space. No microwave! The party was a huge success and everyone had a great time. We will most likely reserve again for future events. I love the location in Auburn it's easy to get to and in the middle of Tacoma and Seattle. You can bring your own music, coolers and decorations. Must have painters tape or blue tape for the walls if you put up decor. No alcohol unless you have a permit. Thanks City of Auburn for having such a beautiful venue available to the public for a great price.
