Adorable! Such a great low stimulation play area with the nicest owners. We're 30 min away and it's worth the drive

We absolutely love this location and can't sing its praises highly enough. It's located in a very…read morelarge parking lot in a substantially sized strip mall. Parking is ample so not to worry. At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.

I am so happy they were able to stay open through pandemic closures! First the coaches are wonderful. They are kind and welcoming to my child, they know her well and greet her warmly. The coaches are skilled at teaching young people gymnastics, and help the kids have fun and learn. The facility is really fun for kids. They have a good variety of activities and keep the class sizes appropriately sized for the facility. My child loves the trapeze and trampoline best. She works hard each week to improve, and she is inspired by her coaches. Birthday parties at Jungle Gym are popular with my child and her friends. Get the bouncy house! The zip line is also a special treat. The owner is responsive to my questions and communicates important info with flyers in the space and emails about holiday schedules, billing, and special programs like camps and parents' night out. They also use a scheduling app that's pretty simple. Thank you Jungle Gym! You have been good to our family and we are glad you're here! Burien loves you!

There were parts of the play areas that could have been vacuumed, dusted and better organized. Some things seemed haphazardly placed especially for a birthday party. Most employees seemed to be in their teens or early 20s. Friendly but just lacking in experience/customer service. Most of these Yelp pictures seem to be of the previous location, NOT the current location which definitely does not look as nice.

My kids were there for two months and they didn't do any of the activities that they claim to do. As well as claiming they rotate subjects they don't even do that. My kids were there for swing shift and when I went to pick up my kids at the 1230 am, the main entrance door was completely unlocked & the teacher was sleeping. She didn't even hear me come in I turned on my phone flashlight because it was pitch dark and I couldn't even see if my kids were in there! I was freaked out that something horrible happened to them & the teacher! When I brought this up the director she just mhmm I'll check. With no concern or anything for the kids or the teacher! When you question the director on policy & learning she has no concern whatsoever. All she cares about is getting you out of there for questioning her and saying she has more families lined up and you can leave. I most definitely left especially since kids safety is not a concern to her. I have video footage of the door i just don't know how to upload video. She will lieeeeeeee with no problem! Has no care except taking money from people!!! She also writes that they scan everyone before the enter that's a lie. My 5 yo will tell them hey you didn't check my temperature, there is no micro pen! Literally everything advertised is false!!! And safety they don't care about! Extra phone liessss! I had to ask her how do I contact my son for school concerns weeks later she got a phone for the childcare center!

It's by far the nicest indoor play space we've been to. The entire party experience was stress-free--we simply showed up and enjoyed the day. Everyone was incredibly attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be hosting more parties here in the future!

The check-in process for playtime was disorganized, the playground was overcrowded, and there was a liquid spill inside the play area that remained uncleaned for quite some time before staff came to clean it up. Since the business had recently opened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, our experience yesterday was much more disappointing. We arrived for our reserved play time and were told that our reservation had been canceled due to a birthday party. There had been no advance notice, and several families had already made the trip to the cafe expecting to use their reservations. The customer in front of me asked about a refund, and one staff member responded in a way that came across as rude, "You should have gotten an email this morning." It felt as though the customers were being blamed for showing up to a reservation that the business had canceled at the last minute. A phone call to the customers or a sincer apology and acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Another staff member stated that she was not responsible for refunds. They took down our names and phone numbers and said someone would contact us, but we have still not received a call. Mistakes happen, but what stood out was the lack of accountability and customer service. Families make plans, reserve time slots and often travel a considerable distance to visit. Canceling reservations with little notice is frustrating enough, but the dismissive response from staff made the situation worse. Overall, the customer service has been disappointing and it seems like the management is not taking any responsibility for issues that were within their control which is booked on their website. Be aware if you make a reservation, they can cancel it last minute.
