A fun place for kids of all ages. It's usually not crowded during the week, but gets busy in the weekends or when it rains. Weekday (Monday to Thursday) and weekend (Friday to Sunday) has different price. Tip: Everyone who enters must wear socks. If you forget, you can buy a pair there.

Tykeisha took wonderful care of us. We came for a birthday party, and the facility was so clean and well organized. It is $15.99 an hour on the weekend. There is ample parking since it is inside a mall. The biggest gripe I had about this place is that their water fountain is not working "due to Covid" but they charge $1.50 for a water bottle. Ridiculous. If you forget your socks they have them for $1.50.

Amazing indoor play place inside of the Outlet Collection! This will most likely be our new rainy day spot. I've been to so many of these places with my kids, but Safari tops the list. There's a large lobby area for people to sit that has a nice view of the play areas. Cubby space for shoes & coats. Restrooms here too. There's a two and under space with easier to navigate toys and a small slide. My two year old is a daredevil and loves to conquer the same toys as her brother, so we spent most our time there. The large play structure has so much! Multiple slides, tons of areas to climb and explore, a ball pit, and more. There's also a cute kids museum type of area with different themed buildings which is fun. Part of my praise has to do with how empty this place was, because I'm sure with more kids running around I'd be stressed for my kids - that said, this is the perfect spot for a slow afternoon. It's a little spendy at $30 for two kids, but for two hours of playtime it's a good deal and worth it if you're looking to burn some serious toddler energy. As a parent of two energetic young ones with another one on the way, I so appreciate places like this close to home!

My son loves this place but it could definitely use an upgrade especially with the cost being $16. This location is definitely better and bigger than the south center location but they should add more toys & things to play with in the pretend grocery store and kitchen. Most of the time all of the food is in either the store or the kitchen, leaving the other one empty. The play farm is also pretty empty, usually just a rocking horse or 2 inside. More animals or farm dress up clothes could be fun in there.

Fun and clean place for kids to play! $16 for 2 hrs...my kiddo played up to the last minute. I liked the area for kids under 2 so my 13 month old could roam in a safe place. Clean bathrooms, nice seating area with plenty of space. We did go during the week so it wasn't busy but did pick up after 2pm. Will return!

This place is clean and spacious. My kids love it here and we're always coming here! Such a great place for any kid or any age. Highly recommend it here!

Oh, what fun to be had!! This is the perfect place to let your kiddos get out some energy or to just keep the kids occupied while their parents or friends or other half shop! Tunnels. Slides. Log swing. Rope ladders. Balancing obstacles. Plenty of fun things for kiddos to enjoy! There is also a section for pretend play (kitchen, doctor office, grocery store, and cars). The Under 2 area is perfect for littles to practice balance, dexterity, and a cute boat with little slide. Relatively safe place as there is only one entrance and exit. They have space available for parties. It's located across from Johnny Rockets near D & B, so park by that mall entrance, if you don't want to walk all through the mall to get there. Highly recommend. You'll spend between $13-$16 per kid (& adult is included) depending on the day of the week. If you wait until the last hour before they close, it's only $10-$11 for the one hour of play time. I opted for the gift card that comes with a bonus!

Great place for kiddos to play. My son had a blast, they have play houses, mini cars, and a jungle gym!!

It's our first time being here. The place is well organized and structured. My kid loves it. I will definitely visit this place again.

Fantastic, large open space for young kids!

This is the second location for an AMAZING business. And while I didn't think they could improve anymore- they go and prove me wrong Safari is an indoor, kid friendly, professionally ran play space geared for young children. This place is perfect for those rainy days, or when you'd rather let your SO browse the mall while you let the kids run free, or if you need a little variety in your kids routine. All equipment is kept clean and sanitary, safe and free of damage, and padded to help prevent injury. There are multiple levels to climb, plenty of slides to go down, obstacle courses to scale, and other activities tucked between. Being twice (maybe even three times) the size of their original location, children have plenty of roam to roam, explore, play, and entertain themselves. There is a seating area that allows parents to sit and watch from a safe distance- unless of course you would rather be right with the child playing, which is allowed as well. Bathroom are conveniently located inside the space, so you do not have to leave to use. But the best part about that is - you're not using the icky mall bathrooms open to a much larger audience. Pro tip: prepay $100 in a gift card and get $25 bonus .

I told them the brand name and as it was a diaper bag told them I had some wipes and diaper along with some clothing . He asked me what was the clothing , I told him I couldn't remember exactly as it was in the bag for a while . He asked me what else was there , I told him there was a bottle but couldn't exactly give details about what was on it , he refused to give the bag to me and was extremely rude . Couple of us tried to explain him that It was ours and I can him a copy of my Id and email/ phone number as well but he was so determined to lock the door . It was very clear he didn't want to hand over the bag at any cost because at this time it was more of this ego . Even his fellow colleague asked him to hand over the bag but at that point he made up his mind . Extremely poor customer service and rude , unethical behavior.

The tanks are much smaller than what you'd see at a bigger aquarium like the Seattle Aquarium, but they had some interesting creatures on display (like sculpins and crabs). The volunteers were also very interactive with kids and they had a pretty big tide pool tank where you can touch some creatures. When we visited they even had a tank of live squid, something I never really get see at the bigger aquariums. A few things to note: - Admission is free but they do ask for donations... they can accept cash but they also have a card machine for donations as well. - They keep track of capacity, so there may be a line to get in. Since it only takes 20-30 minutes to explore people shuffle in and out quickly. - Most of the aquarium displays are in the building out on the pier; this area is primarily outdoors so prepare for the cold weather! The indoor building is very small and mainly has displays of jarred sea creatures and scuba info. - There are restrooms onsite near the entrance. - No dedicated parking on-site, so you will have to look for parking in the area. There is a lot across the street but it tends to be busy with people fishing/boating, otherwise there is some street parking next to the playground area. If you happen to be in the Federal Way area for food reasons, I recommend stopping by this little aquarium to get more out of a visit! At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.
