He asked me what was the clothing , I told him I couldn't remember exactly as it was in the bag for a while . He asked me what else was there , I told him there was a bottle but couldn't exactly give details about what was on it , he refused to give the bag to me and was extremely rude . I pleaded him initially as my kid was in the car but he showed no remorse but kept on insisting I cannot give the bag as it's a protocol . Couple of us tried to explain him that It was ours and I can him a copy of my Id and email/ phone number as well but he was so determined to lock the door . It was very clear he didn't want to hand over the bag at any cost because at this time it was more of this ego . I party host explained that we were part of the party and they can be contacted if anyone else approaches for the diaper bag but he simply refused to hear any of us out . Even his fellow colleague asked him to hand over the bag but at that point he made up his mind . Extremely poor customer service and rude , unethical behavior.

The tanks are much smaller than what you'd see at a bigger aquarium like the Seattle Aquarium, but they had some interesting creatures on display (like sculpins and crabs). The volunteers were also very interactive with kids and they had a pretty big tide pool tank where you can touch some creatures. When we visited they even had a tank of live squid, something I never really get see at the bigger aquariums. A few things to note: - Admission is free but they do ask for donations... they can accept cash but they also have a card machine for donations as well. - They keep track of capacity, so there may be a line to get in. Since it only takes 20-30 minutes to explore people shuffle in and out quickly. - Most of the aquarium displays are in the building out on the pier; this area is primarily outdoors so prepare for the cold weather! The indoor building is very small and mainly has displays of jarred sea creatures and scuba info. - There are restrooms onsite near the entrance. - No dedicated parking on-site, so you will have to look for parking in the area. There is a lot across the street but it tends to be busy with people fishing/boating, otherwise there is some street parking next to the playground area. If you happen to be in the Federal Way area for food reasons, I recommend stopping by this little aquarium to get more out of a visit! They're also located on the waterfront, so it makes for a nice walk around the area.

They have a few exhibits in a hall that explain animals that live in the area. There is microscopes to view small living creatures, skeletons of marine life, information on scuba diving, among other informational ideas. Then you walk out on a pier and into another building that has aquariums full of amine life like starfish, crabs, fish, etc. The best part is the two touch tanks that allow you to feel what some of the marine life feels like. Plus the view off the pier is beautiful to watch people scuba diving or look for starfish.

Adina was great! Knowing it was her first ride she sent pictures and videos of the horse she would be riding prior to the lesson so she could get to know the pony. She first taught her how to groom and saddle the pony. Then came lessons in the arena to learn commands and then a guided trail ride. Our granddaughter felt confident and successful and cannot wait to do it again. The horses are well trained and Adina is great with kids. At first the storefront can appear rather small, but upon entering you see it's a pretty nice size. First, there is a check in counter. The entire play area is walled for safety, and there is a shoe cubby at the front along with storage for personal items. There is a small store at the left with little tchotchkes for purchase as well. The staff is always friendly and checks us in promptly. The pricing is very reasonable per child ($17 for 2 hours) which makes this a regular activity for us. There is an initial large room that has items like a pirate ship climbing gym/slide, a bunch of different variations of sensory swings, and even a tiny toddler dress up area. One of my favorite parts is the kids sized zip line with crash pad. Both of my kids are proprioceptive sensory seekers so this is one of their favorite activities. As you pass the large room, there's a party room to your right you can book for birthdays and other events, and there is a quiet room to your left, that's blacklight-lit and full of cool glow in the dark/LED features. Then directly behind the large room, there is a hallway that runs parallel and connects the quiet room to the party room. The hallway features smaller toys and buildable toys, like choo choo trains and Legos. There's also a pinball machine and an arcade machine. I think the most important piece of this location is the motto on their wall that says this is the place you never have to be sorry. As a mom of two autistic kids, I usually feel I have to explain them/apologize for them when we go out. It feels so nice to have a brief reprieve from that and be able to see your kids truly enjoy themselves exactly in the way that they are. It's a place of acceptance too - neurodivergent kids or not - all are welcome. I think what would make the place even better is if there was a way to pay a little extra to extend the play an extra hour.

The wooden boards and the net at the end of the museum is another adventure for all kids and not available in other museums. This was the first time I saw my kid feeling the courage to climb over the ropes and explore. The paid parking area near the museum has good number of spots but the signs can be confusing as it says "only reserved" and you tend to wonder if you will get ticketed.
