Tykeisha took wonderful care of us. We came for a birthday party, and the facility was so clean and well organized. It is $15.99 an hour on the weekend. There is ample parking since it is inside a mall. The biggest gripe I had about this place is that their water fountain is not working "due to Covid" but they charge $1.50 for a water bottle. Amazing indoor play place inside of the Outlet Collection! This will most likely be our new rainy day spot. I've been to so many of these places with my kids, but Safari tops the list. There's a large lobby area for people to sit that has a nice view of the play areas. Cubby space for shoes & coats. Restrooms here too. There's a two and under space with easier to navigate toys and a small slide. My two year old is a daredevil and loves to conquer the same toys as her brother, so we spent most our time there. The large play structure has so much! Multiple slides, tons of areas to climb and explore, a ball pit, and more. There's also a cute kids museum type of area with different themed buildings which is fun. Part of my praise has to do with how empty this place was, because I'm sure with more kids running around I'd be stressed for my kids - that said, this is the perfect spot for a slow afternoon. It's a little spendy at $30 for two kids, but for two hours of playtime it's a good deal and worth it if you're looking to burn some serious toddler energy. My son loves this place but it could definitely use an upgrade especially with the cost being $16. This location is definitely better and bigger than the south center location but they should add more toys & things to play with in the pretend grocery store and kitchen. Most of the time all of the food is in either the store or the kitchen, leaving the other one empty. The play farm is also pretty empty, usually just a rocking horse or 2 inside. More animals or farm dress up clothes could be fun in there. read more

The Under 2 area is perfect for littles to practice balance, dexterity, and a cute boat with little slide. Relatively safe place as there is only one entrance and exit. They have space available for parties. It's located across from Johnny Rockets near D & B, so park by that mall entrance, if you don't want to walk all through the mall to get there. Highly recommend. You'll spend between $13-$16 per kid (& adult is included) depending on the day of the week. Nice, clean little indoor play center at the mall. We came on a rainy week day and it was a fun source of entertainment. Price is $13.99 for 2 hours of play. Kids must be under 52 inches so you don't have to worry too much about big rowdy kids trampling littles. It has a variety of things to do: a little play city, some balancing courses, slides, tunnels, etc. You could totally leave your kid to explore on their own or follow them if you wish. They offer birthday parties (not sure on the price of the packages or much of the details, but the party room is super cute!). Overall would come back and recommend if you want to have your kids run around. read more

And while I didn't think they could improve anymore- they go and prove me wrong Safari is an indoor, kid friendly, professionally ran play space geared for young children. This place is perfect for those rainy days, or when you'd rather let your SO browse the mall while you let the kids run free, or if you need a little variety in your kids routine. All equipment is kept clean and sanitary, safe and free of damage, and padded to help prevent injury. There are multiple levels to climb, plenty of slides to go down, obstacle courses to scale, and other activities tucked between. Being twice (maybe even three times) the size of their original location, children have plenty of roam to roam, explore, play, and entertain themselves. There is a seating area that allows parents to sit and watch from a safe distance- unless of course you would rather be right with the child playing, which is allowed as well. Bathroom are conveniently located inside the space, so you do not have to leave to use. But the best part about that is - you're not using the icky mall bathrooms open to a much larger audience. My kids love this place. There are plenty of options for play. There is a little town with a restaurant, grocery store, Dr's office and barn. They also have little cars and seesaws through out for kids to ride around and a space dedicated for kids under 2. This is all on top of a very large soft padded climbing maze area that includes two slides and a ball pit. My only complaint is the two hour limit and the price increase for Friday-Sunday. Great indoor play place! Keeps my toddler busy and burns off energy. Also especially great for when it's bad weather. We come here once or twice a week. I talked to the front desk person and recommended they put batteries in the pretend kitchen so the burner light turns on. Hopefully they will put batteries in it. We have one at home and my toddler loves the light up burners. My last recommendation is military discount even if just a dollar off would be nice too. It's nice when companies show appreciation for those serving. read more

Great place to get energy out of my 3 yr old. A lot of obstacles and toys as well as slides and a fun ball pit/suction. Came here on a Saturday a little before noon and it wasn't too busy but as noon hit definitely more kids came in which was great cuz my son played tag with an older girl that he couldn't keep up with so she wore him down, it was adorable. The facility seemed pretty clean and it was bright and there were plenty of chairs for parents to relax. My only snag is that I didn't see they offer memberships, with our weather it would be worth a years membership instead of just the hourly rates. I paid for 2 hours and for 1 child + 1 adult it was under $20 so not too bad. We will definitely be back especially when were in full rain weather. read more

This is a great place to take your kids to spend their endless energy. The playground is super clean, spacious, and has many different varieties to it that generate a ton of fun. This is supposed to be a toddler play space. There is a height limit of 52 inches. Every time we go there are older school age kids there who are running into smaller children and pushing them off toys. Giving this place 2 stars because my two year old loves it, but on more than one occasion she's been mowed down by a kid who was at least 8 and she's been pushed off the toy cars by an older child as well. If I wasn't paying to be there I may be more tolerant, but there are so few toddler-friendly spaces in the area and this place is not free, so I expect them to actually enforce their height limit. Would also be nice if the parents who bring their older kids could tell their older kids not to mow toddlers down. read more
