Lots of fun, won a little, good bar service,I don't drink but got free Pepsi. Noice level not too bad, smoking area.

Bingo hall and slot machines

Great place for Bingo! The only negatives are that it's a little expensive and there is no real divide between the smoke free zones and the smoke zones.

Sportsbook restaurant. Staff was friendly, food was hot. My only issue is that as a non smoker, I had to walk through to get to the restaurants and event center. The fries were great and the wings were HUUUGE

Club sandwich/skimpy steak fries. Overall good, not impressive this visit.

Server very pleasant, atmosphere nice but bit bright for dinner. Ordered the provolone fried cheese app to start, for $13 meh.. just 5 small bites, good not great. Hubby had club sandwich/fries, I had the chicken pot pie since not typically a menu item at places. It was basically whipped potatoes as the base (not any pie crust) with just minimal veggie/chicken &gravy with a crown of puff pastry. I did like the addition of mushrooms but chicken was vaguely present. It wasn't a stand out, plus short on seasoning. The Club was decent, not overly impressive but did have avocado. Steak fries good, was it a $68 meal w/ tip and no beverages. Would go back, just not recommend pot pie, the Rueben is good too along with/ Club.

I stayed in the hotel for two nights while visiting Auburn. I would recommend doing valet parking because the parking garage is cramped, full, and a little bit sketchy feeling. Also, if you park in the garage, you have to wonder from the back of the casino before you can get to the desk to check in. This usually wouldn't be a terrible thing, except it is inconvenient when security at the door wants to go through your luggage/bag before you can enter. I feel like there has to be a better process here. The staff was all friendly enough, and the room was new feeling and well cleaned. I was very impressed with bed and shower and overall condition of the hotel. The rate was pretty affordable in the area. Being close to Tacoma and Seattle, you aren't always sure what you will get, but the Muckleshoot seemed nicer than what you would expect for the rest of Auburn.

Damaged caused by valet driver.

This review is for the valet service at muckleshoot casino. Went in to have dinner for my birthday May 3 and play on the machines. Apparently they were paging me but I didn't hear them as I was in the "8" restaurant. The valet guy ruined my tire. Took my car and ran into a curb. Ruined my tire and the rim. Muckleshoot tried to say they will buy a spare and put it on so I can drive home. Absolutely not! They even said I'd get compensation like a free meal or something ‍. I had to Uber home and paid that bill almost $100. Then I had to contact them to see about my car as I left it there. Finally got a hold of someone Saturday (the next day) and got the car towed to the dealership for repairs. The dealership had to replace all 4 tires as it's AWD, an alignment and then found more damage. How fast was this guy driving!!! It's now June 1st, still no car and still no update from Muckleshoot. I had to call the dealership myself to see what was going on. They said Muckleshoot was working with them. The rental I am in doesn't even fit my family! Such a huge inconvenience caused by someone else and here I am waiting to hear back. Horrible way to remember a birthday! Also when I tried calling Saturday for help because I was without a car, the guy in the phone said, "well it's your car, no one is stopping you from taking your car home." Sir, your employee ruined my car and inconvenienced me and my family!!!!!!

This is a very good casino. The casino is laid out very well. All the amenities and the facilities are new/renovated. They have countless slot machines and zero to know ATM fees. The staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely visit this casino again.

Wow, the hotel staff are very nice, good service, that was not enough. We stayed on the sixth floor and unfortunately could hear all the vehicles driving around at night (very loud). In addition to the outside noise, there was also the noise from the hallway which was rowdy. Now these things can happen, but would really drop them down to a one star was the fact that there was absolutely no parking when we came back to our hotel/the casino at 9 PM. There's no valet and there's no designated hotel parking so we drove around in the parking garage connected to the hotel for two laps in a long line of other people looking for a parking spot and found nothing! in addition to that, the parking garage on the hotel side makes absolutely no sense. It's In-N-Out aisle on the south end of the garage in the north end of the garage comes to complete dead end so as you're sneaking through, you would think it would circle around, but it doesn't. it's a dead end and it is a traffic cluster when you have folks coming to a dead end and then trying to figure out do I reverse or do I try to do some crazy u turn?! So we went over to the casino parking garage, which was bigger and more thought out as it pertains to traffic flow. After about 20 to 25 minutes of looking for a parking spot between the two garages, we eventually parked on the casino side because somebody was thankfully leaving for the night.

As for the gaming side, it just wasn't great for us. My husband usually has decent luck at places like Emerald Queen and Muckleshoot, but here he didn't win anything on the slot machines. He tried a few pull tabs and walked away with $7 total, which obviously isn't much. I personally wasn't interested in the slots at all. The main reason we came was because I wanted to try bingo for the first time. My only reference point was honestly TV and movies, so keep that in mind. I was pretty surprised by the overall experience. A lot of the people playing bingo were... unfriendly. Some looked like they'd been there all day, and one woman literally glared at me every time I got up to get a drink or use the bathroom, which was uncomfortable -- especially since she was seated right near the drink station on the top floor. What shocked me the most was how quiet it was. Like, library-level quiet. My friends and I felt like we couldn't even talk to each other and ended up texting instead. People were shushing others around us, which made the whole thing feel tense. The bingo session itself was also very long. I did get a lot of reading done on my phone, though -- if I ever came back to play bingo again, I'd definitely bring a book and order food immediately so I had something to snack on. I didn't win anything at bingo. My husband did win, but he had to split it with three other people, so the payout was minimal. The staff at the front counter when you first walk in was super nice, and that stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff just kind of felt like they were there to hang out rather than actively help or engage. Overall, the place has a bit of a weird vibe. It was an interesting experience, but with so many other casinos in the area, this wouldn't be my first choice to return to.

The menu seems to be geared more towards Mexican food but they do have other options. I got the chicken strips and fries. My cousin ordered the Salmon with a Ceasars Salad mashed potatoes. The chicken pieces were huge, you get 3 and they tasted pretty good. My cousin didn't really like her Salmon but she enjoyed the salad. Will we return, maybe not. Don't get me wrong or waitress was awesome and went above and beyond servicing us. So we decided to use the restroom before leaving and while I was in the stall I over hear my Cousin yelling another woman " None of your business " as I'm leaving my stall I ask what is the problem? The white woman proceeded to ask my Cousin stupid questions instead of just asking is anyone in the stall. I then realized she was intoxicated and told my Cousin let's go. Now here is the kicker....As we are headed out walking to the car one of the workers, a young black woman, approaches us asking what's the problem. We both looked at each other and continued walking to the car. Then the young woman says why did we start all the commotion. Needless to say we defended ourselves. She continued to say things that were out of line and unnecessary. Mind you we didn't start anything and were leaving, she followed us outside and to our car. I'm going to leave this if you decide to stay after work and get drunk with the customers that's your business but don't insert yourself in others issues while at work. It just wasn't a good look for her. Oh p.s. my cousin called Corporate to let them know about her behavior.
