So I went here last night after I got off work and I was blown away at how nice and updated everything looked! Before you even enter the casino as you're walking down you have lit screens that cover the walls and ceiling with bright images and it's the perfect introduction to your financial downfall lol jk They had slot machines up the ying yang, new royalty card, lotto and scratch card dispensers, asian restaurant 8 is open again, the dance floor was open I mean they really went high Vegas standards here! The hotel is not yet open but I would love to stay here when it does open. The non smoking section has expanded and the air quality is so much better then it used to be. Muckleshoot has really stepped up the player experience and I'm excited to visit again! read more

I wish the new Sweet Shoppe that just reopened had more vegan options for the lactose intolerant. I think there's only a sherbet and a dairy free chocolate ice cream and that's it. Being a jersey girl spoiled by the grandiose gambling culture of Atlantic City, my expectations of Muckleshoot Casino were a little high. After hearing them advertise on tvs, radio spots, I finally made it out here on a Friday night with a few hundred dollars to blow. 1st impressions: a lot of free parking available and walking into the casino wasn't too far of a walk in the freezing cold. Upon entry, you have to show your id's by the door. Next, you have to figure out where to go to create your gambling card and it's not easy to find. There aren't ushers around and there is no staff that is jumping out of their seats to help you figure it out. I spent about 15 minutes on different kiosks expecting I could do it myself and load a card until I finally went to a conventional customer service center. Smoking: both smoking and non-smoking zones, I was impressed by how smokeless some of the areas were, a good perk if you aren't a fan of inhaling clouds of smoke. Gambling: a ton of slot machines with different themes and tables for you to play all the classics, blackjack, poker, roulette. Drinks: you can get a mixed drink for around $6 - I ordered a few Titos and cranberries and was surprised how cheap the drinks at the bar were. Overall, maybe this is a decent casino for the area but I was kind of underwhelmed. I came on a Friday and it seems like a lot of people just came in their sweatshirts and jeans and there wasn't a vibe that made me want to stay for hours like I usually do when gambling. Worst experience ever at the 8 Asian restaurant on March 10th. Wife and I ordered and one dinner came out then 20 minutes later the wife's dinner came out then 10 minutes after that the 848 item came out. Called manager to table. She just brushed it off as oh well. She was at the entrance on our way out and again I complained how this was unacceptable. Again she brushed it off and said oh well have a good night. Won't be back here again. This manager needs to have better attitude. She alone has made us not return for another try here. read more

Celebrated my dads 50th birthday in a suite here. However, we were unable to listen to music through our tv speakers. The TV completely shut off. However, after multiply tries I called front desk. They said we will reset it then try it. Wait 5-10 min. Waited still did not work. They said I'm sending someone upstairs. Said I was going to get a follow up call. Took even longer, to get the call. Someone finally came upstairs. Muhammad was very helpful. He said he would apply a discount to our room for the inconvenience. Thank you. He called IT up, He tried to get it to work. However, was unable to work. Basically at the end of my dad's party we have this large room with small speakers IT in the room trying to fix it. Not a good party vibe with no music. Just writing my experience people paying a large amount of money for one night. The tvs should be atleast working to cater to all the necessities of the stay. I was told this was an ongoing problem. I'd recommend maybe smart tvs that way people can atleast get on the internet through the tablets. Views were nice at the top. read more

We decided to join a bunch of old time Police friends for Bingo the other day and after the session we sat around and talked until it was dinner time. So, we decided to visit the newly remodeled Muckleshoot Restaurant in the main gambling building across the street. The restaurant used to be the place to go for buffets, but we were told that since the Covid pandemic it was decided to remodel the place into a regular restaurant. The first thing that we noticed, after being seated, we're the prices. Great (cheap) prices for the food fare offered. I ordered the Fisherman's Platter (loaded with fries, 2-pieces of fish, about 5-deep fried butterflied shrimp, a few oysters, clam strips, and I believe there were a couple of fried baby scallops in the mix) all for $16.00. WHAT?!?! Everyone in our party commented on the prices. A couple of others ordered the Phò Noodle Soup, which they all said tasted good, and my wife had a small bowl of Clam Chowder ($4.00) with a Chicken Salad ($8.00). She said the clam chowder was good and the chicken in her salad was also good (not dry). Everyone had nothing but positive comments about the food and the service. We did have an accident however when the waiter, carrying a serving tray, lost one of the glasses of iced-water which came crashing down onto my back and onto the chair. Burrr, what a wake up call! He was so apologetic and we told him not to worry. He replaced our chairs (a diner next to me got some of water down her back too). All turned out well and we sat and ate and got caught up on the required pass-the-cell-phones around to show pictures of family and friends. It was nine o'clock by the time we got up to leave. If you're looking for a good place to enjoy a fairly priced and delicious dinner (breakfast served at all hours too), take in the Muckleshoot Restaurant. read more

Going to this casino for the first time, I was expecting a very busy environment; though was met with an enjoyable experience. To dinner my family and I went to the BSB restaurant. For starters we got the jumbo pretzel (what was nice is it came to only $4 as it was still happy hour-normally they are $7, so quite a bit of money saved!). Doughy, hint of salt, with nacho cheese and mustard for dipping; this dish is a playground for your tastebuds. For my entree my Dad and I had the Bratwurst special (Octoberfest Special). This had well cooked sausage, finely cooked green beans and a nice crab cake with dressing, though the name of it alludes me currently. To drink I decided to keep the theme going with a Pumpkin Spice Cider (from Seattle Cider Company), which was great and you could taste the pumpkin only slightly, which was rather refreshing. My sister had the fish and chips, which was flaky and fresh, very well prepared (one of the chef's brought this out for her). My Mom got the French Dip which had nice gooey cheese and lovely au ju (sic) sauce. Summary: Everything came out hot and delicious-a great dining experience! Now for the casino itself: Well lit for the majority with two colors for tickets green=smoking section with red=non-smoking section, though as they are currently expanding the ventilation system wasn't helping with the air quality. Despite this, there were several winners and overall everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves; there were even a few families in attendance as well. Nice casino between Mt Rainier and Tacoma . It was clean, well kept with lots of slots, game tables with people not just electronic table games. Bathrooms were clean.When you get a rewards card, they load $5 for gambling and $10 for food. People there come by regularly to clean and wipe frequently and there are lucite dividers at the table and some slots. There are soda machines which are free. Alcohol drinks are NOT free which we discovered the hard way. But they were inexpensive . $4.50 for a fib and tonic. Masks are required for entry , however unfortunately smoking WAS allowed! My husband and I always have an enjoyable time and the food is good. We've been to several free concerts over the years and those are enjoyable. As far as the resort, we would not stay there. Too expensive, no real view and the swimming pool/spa hasn't even opened up yet. My brother in law, and his wife, stayed free because they gamble there on a regular basis. They said it was nice, but not worth the money that would normally be charged (when they went, the steak house wasn't opened) and the most expensive room is over $1k. read more

I used to go to Muckleshoot a few times a month. I liked all the parking garage parking spots. Now, they've closed off most of the parking garage for some unknown reason. The only choice left was valet parking. Tonight I drove to Muckleshoot and again no parking due to all the closed off area and the Valet parking lot was full so I couldn't do that either. Give the casino time to expand, and it'll be competitive with the larger California casinos like Pechanga and Morongo. The slots aren't as tight like everyone else is complaining. Went with seven family members, and they all came out on top. My only issue was when we were leaving, an elderly woman fell back on the exit ramp and hit her head on the ground. Kinda surprised to see this casino with such low ratings. It was amazing in my opinion. Wish I didn't live in Texas - I'd come back here all the time. What I loved the most - proximity to Seattle airport. It was a 28 min drive. I had a midnight flight and an entire day to kill. Rented a car and headed over to the casino. It is nice and new in appearance. No hotel yet but they are building a huge one. The casino is unique in that it has each game type repeated 3-4 times minimum on a row, some on an entire row. That makes it very easy to get on your favorite game type. It is also a gigantic casino. I literally got lost inside. That's never happened to me. Found myself wondering endlessly with a new room of machines at each turn. There are self-serve drink machines (with the new mix of drinks that have flavor add-ins) and coffee machines. That is a nice feature that many casinos overlook. I didn't try any of the food there but could smell it. I'm pretty sure it was great. Overall, I won roughly $4k in my day trip. Well worth the trip and a fantastic way to spend a days-long layover! read more

This is one of my favorite casinos. There's lots of parking available. There's also a covered parking garage with stairs and elevator leading to the casino entrance. They have lots and lots of machines in the smoking and non smoking area. They have table games, free dance club and lots of different food locations to choose from. The staff is always friendly. They are always busy and have lots of visitors. The club area is pretty neat, I like that you can enjoy the live band and watch the night club dance floor. It's always a well maintained casino, pretty clean. Theres lots of bathrooms and cashiers available. You can also check in your coats. My favorite place to fill my belly is at the buffet. They have lots of food to choose from. The staff is always quick to keep your area clean so they pick up your plates right away and they are always friendly. Just want to put this out there to other clients of Muckleshoot Casino. On May 14, I went to Muckleshoot to play. I went to the kiosk first to swipe my players card. So I got this voucher that had to be redeemed at the Rewards Center, time stamp is 3:25 pm, Valid until 6 pm on the same day. So I went to the line and it was super super long, extending from the smoking section all the way into the non-smoking section. As the line was so long, I went to play at some machines. I went back @ 4:30 pm and the line was still down to the Cashier Cage. So I went to play some more, as I do not like standing in line in the smoking section, which is disgustingly smelly. You just walk through there and you come out smelling like a tobacco factory. And it's only about 30% of clientele that smoke. But they manage to stink up that whole section. I went again at 5:40 pm and finally the line was just in front of the Bar. So I figured, Okay, I can put up with this for a few minutes. As I was standing in line, an employee came up to me and said, "Can I help you?" I replied I was just standing in line to collect my gift with my voucher. He told me that the woman in line in front of me is the last person in line. In otherwords, I cannot stand in line, even though it was 5:45 pm. So I left. In conclusion, I guess you have to wait in that smelly smoking section, rather than playing a machine and give them money, even though the voucher says Valid until 6 pm Sunday, May 14, 2023! FRONT ROW? Really? I purchased Leann Rimes tickets via Ticketmaster as soon as they went on sale to ensure great tickets. Wow! First row tickets were available so I snapped them up. We got to Muckleshoot Event Center with anticipation to watch a great show only to be disappointed with my horrible seats. The "first row" tickets were really the 2nd row....BECAUSE THE FRONT ROW WAS TAKEN BY THE SOUND CREW!!!!!! What the heck?! I paid for front row seats that were obstructed by the sound crew? When I purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster, it didn't say anything about obstructed view seats. I am trying to get a refund but am having troubles. Does anyone know how I can get recourse? They also have gifts if you earn enough points. They used to give out decent gifts, and some are well-known name brands, but now it's all TOTALLY JUNK! Most of the gifts have values under $20, and they expect you to spend thousands to qualify for the $20 gifts. I used to shop at their smoke shop which is across the street, but I'm done with that also. Their prices are one of the highest among all the smoke shops in the area. This is one of my family favorite place to go eat and couple of times my sister and I ( we are both in our 20's)have come here and brought our younger siblings (minors) to eat. Now they have told us the rule is that you need to be over 21y/o to bring in a minor. Like I have mention, my sister and I have done his a few times where we bring our younger siblings and meet up with our parents at the restaurant. Today, 4/22/19 around 5, this security officer refuse to let us through. Told us to wait for our parents even though I showed him my ID I am clearly over 21. Isn't it time to ban smoking like tulalip did? Why are some Tribal casinos still catering to disgusting smokers? Make them go out to a tent like Tulalip does or Legends or Lucky Eagle. Why should the majority of your customers (which are non smokers) have to inhale toxic gross smoke out of other peoples lungs and in the air and then go home reeking like an ashtray or a house from the 1970s or 80s?! Get with the times Muckleshoot Casino and quit catering to smokers and make a tent section for them outside to stink, instead of literally stinking up the majority of your casino. All of your restaurants and your main entertainment venue is surrounded by smoke, it's pathetic. Ordered sushi the Muckleshoot roll and Seattle roll just as equally delicious. The oysters wasn't a fan of the seasoning and they size were pretty small. Our experiences have been mixed. They recently completed renovations that make the place "look' much nicer and more comfortable. With this being said we've had several negative experiences. On the positive side, they expanded parking, refreshed areas (including bathrooms), and renovated their food offerings. On the needs work side, -Machines (both cash and slot) are often broken -Frequently we've experienced issues with tickets not reading correctly (requiring a long wait at the cashier). -More than once we've been there while they've had a system-wide failure. During these events machines go down or are taken offline, and tickets won't read. No announcements are made causing guests to become very irritated. If Muckelshoot wants to be taken seriously they need to get control of their network issues. read more

The early morning after Memorial Day, I drove 50 miles to visit Muckleshoot only to find that all the IGT slot machines were turned off for software updates -- for hours. What is wrong with the people who run this casino? Who ever heard of shutting down all the machines of a particular brand at once for hours? Most casinos update machines in smaller batches so there are always some of the machines available for playing. Other people were really annoyed too. I'm never going to drive to Muckleshoot again because that's just nuts. It's inexcusable to shut down all machines of a certain brand when so many of those are the most popular like Triple Fortune Dragon. read more
