FRONT ROW? Really? I purchased Leann Rimes tickets via Ticketmaster as soon as they went on sale to ensure great tickets. Wow! First row tickets were available so I snapped them up. We got to Muckleshoot Event Center with anticipation to watch a great show only to be disappointed with my horrible seats. The "first row" tickets were really the 2nd row....BECAUSE THE FRONT ROW WAS TAKEN BY THE SOUND CREW!!!!!! What the heck?! I paid for front row seats that were obstructed by the sound crew? When I purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster, it didn't say anything about obstructed view seats. I am trying to get a refund but am having troubles. Does anyone know how I can get recourse? Please see the attached picture of my "front row" tickets. :( read more

Nobody was winning. No staff on the floor for drinks. The atmosphere was more desperate than fun and any bet over a dollar seemed to rich for these machines. I guess they have to pay for the new hotel before they finish building. read more

I've read reviews saying Muckleshoot is quite better than the others around [Emerald Queen Casino] which I can't say much to because I have never been to any other casino in my life. My friend brought me to Muckleshoot for the first time not too long ago, maybe a month ago? My first impression? FREE VALET? ooh that is a good catch. Other than that, I have only seen casinos in movies and such and I thought it was a few slot machines against the side of a wall and mostly poker or whatever card games people play. But I have never seen so many slot machines in my lifetime! And there are even different kinds? WHAT?! I was shocked.. to the max. I probably sound super noob... but it's okay I don't react so surprised anymore after the second visit. I won my first visit, probably a profit of $70? But I lost all the money I brought [which wasn't much] on the second visit and gave up. I was like nah... beginner's luck. To think I would become rich from gambling?! PFFTT Dream on.... I wouldn't suck my life into gambling.. or would I? Just kidding. I also tried the Asian restaurant.. but it was quite mediocre... ew. The chow fun was horrible while the Honey Walnut Shrimp hit the spot only because I was craving something sweet and shrimpy. I eventually huddled towards the Cabana I think? The bar near the entrance and tried my first Sapphire Gin & Tonic, blehh it was okay. I just wanted to try because all the rich people on TV shows would drink it~ The Strawberry Daiquiri was okay as well, the bartender made a little too extra and went ahead and poured me the remainings into a small cup. Woo more alcohol. I haven't been back since my 2nd visit but who knows, maybe I will stop by within the next week... just got to find out who to drag along with me.. because going alone is awkward.. I kind of went alone.. the second time haha. read more

We used to come here regularly years ago. Now we rarely come because it's gotten filthy, the staff are not friendly, and it's outdated. EQC and Snoqualmie are much better. read more

'The Deli' in the food hall, Fishermans basket. Gross fish, 2 small pieces, dried and aged, over breaded. Clams were the usual tiny popcorn size pieces, fried in the same manner. Isn't it time to ban smoking like tulalip did? Why are some Tribal casinos still catering to disgusting smokers? Make them go out to a tent like Tulalip does or Legends or Lucky Eagle. Why should the majority of your customers (which are non smokers) have to inhale toxic gross smoke out of other peoples lungs and in the air and then go home reeking like an ashtray or a house from the 1970s or 80s?! Get with the times Muckleshoot Casino and quit catering to smokers and make a tent section for them outside to stink, instead of literally stinking up the majority of your casino. All of your restaurants and your main entertainment venue is surrounded by smoke, it's pathetic. You would think after Covid, and all the other health issues that have been going on the last three years, you guys would want to take a healthier approach for your customers, cigarette smoke sure isn't that approach. I do hope your new section by the hotel has a nice restaurant. It would be nice if you had an upscale restaurant to order a good steak, like vista up at sno casino. Also, I did see cheap trick there last night and Bret Michaels last year in the new concert venue. The place is cool, but the sound is off. I don't know if it's your sound guy or if something is going on with the speakers/acoustics, buts it's really distorted and muffled sounding in that room. The music/bands in the Galaxy sound better and more clear then that new concert venue. I don't think I will see a concert there again unless that changes, but I will still go enjoy the Galaxy. read more

Pleasantly surprised by the buffet. We at here for Thanksgiving, and it was very good. Ambiance-Typical casino buffet. Nothing special, but it was surprisingly quiet for being in a casino. Food-This is where I was VERY surprised by the quality of the seafood. The crab and lobster were super fresh and the other dishes were seasoned well really filled our group up. I think I went back 5 or 6 times :) Were were stuffed and it was a great meal. Service-Kudos to the servers. They were very attentive. Our waters were filled constantly, and they even fulfilled our request for garlic and drawn butter which they had to make special for our table. Overall, great experience and we will be back! read more

Our experiences have been mixed. They recently completed renovations that make the place "look' much nicer and more comfortable. With this being said we've had several negative experiences. On the positive side, they expanded parking, refreshed areas (including bathrooms), and renovated their food offerings. On the needs work side, -Machines (both cash and slot) are often broken -Frequently we've experienced issues with tickets not reading correctly (requiring a long wait at the cashier). -More than once we've been there while they've had a system-wide failure. During these events machines go down or are taken offline, and tickets won't read. No announcements are made causing guests to become very irritated. If Muckelshoot wants to be taken seriously they need to get control of their network issues. read more

Second visit. Played Spanish 21 and lost $100 in less than 10 minutes! After that disappointment, went to play some slots - Raging Buffalo and Titanic. Won a measly $11. Then walked around for a bit, checked out some menus at a few restaurants even though they were in the smoking area. Why would the family restaurants be in the heavy smoking section of the casino?! Doesn't really make sense! Anyways, got some good ice cream - Cookies & Cream, Black Cherry! Experience was alright for the most part... read more

Most machines are down. No one tells you to that you can't cash out your ticket at a kiosk. You literally have to wait like an hour in a giant line to see the cashier. Completely ridiculous. They obviously don't tell you when you come in because they still want your money, even if it does completely burden your time and make your experience horrible. read more

The early morning after Memorial Day, I drove 50 miles to visit Muckleshoot only to find that all the IGT slot machines were turned off for software updates -- for hours. What is wrong with the people who run this casino? Who ever heard of shutting down all the machines of a particular brand at once for hours? Most casinos update machines in smaller batches so there are always some of the machines available for playing. Other people were really annoyed too. I'm never going to drive to Muckleshoot again because that's just nuts. It's inexcusable to shut down all machines of a certain brand when so many of those are the most popular like Triple Fortune Dragon. read more

I went back to the casino to play some and watch others to see how they were doing. I was in the high roller section watching a woman play about 8 feet behind her when an employee walked up to me and said that I couldn't stand there and watch her play! I do this every time I go to any casino and have never been told that I can't do it! I was so upset the way she approached and addressed it...like it was harming her or something. I told the woman employee that I was leaving, and it is the last time I will ever enter that place again! read more

This place reeks like smoke! All of the restaurants are in the midst of all smoking sections and the only section that is non smoking is about 900 square feet. It's about time they ban the smoking!! It's unhealthy and a fad of the 80s. In addition, the food isn't the greatest either. read more

I love coming to this casino because they have different stations where you can get complementary drinks. I had both a coffee and a soda. I also bought some pizza while I was there. Between my party we had got pepperoni pizza & hawaiian pizza, as well as a hotdog all from the same restaurant. The pizza was surprisingly so fresh and the sizes were very large. Especially considering the size of normal pizza. Although you wouldn't think that you would get a quality hotdog in a place like a casino it was really good. It was super fresh, the bun was not hard at all & the hotdog itself was juicy. Plus I won $250 (: read more

Muckleshoot - This is a game I played and had great luck with. - Casinos Near Me - Auburn, Washington

I've been going to casinos for a while, so I had a few expectations, but the overall experience here was meh. I had trouble finding where I could get my players card, and there weren't really any staff hanging around to ask questions or help guide me. It would have helped if they had better signage. It also felt like they were trying to keep you in there forever as there was -no- signage as to where the exit actually was, aside from the parking garage. It looks like the majority of their restaurants were closed, and I wasn't interested in any of the food options they had left. It looked overpriced, and as the other reviews have stated, the quality didn't look too great either. As for Covid- they did put up little plexiglass barriers but it doesn't really make sense when people aren't social distancing and you're constantly touching the same surfaces. They had a cleaning crew but what difference does it make when they machines aren't cleaned between every use, and slot machines have such high traffic in general? The gambling - standard for sure, I was only there for a couple hours and the slots felt stingy as heck. I had to go to the card tables as I didn't want to be deeply in debt from those cash gobbling machines. Would I go back? Probably not. Lack of customer service and overall hospitality made this place feel like a shoddy gambling joint rather than a casino resort. read more

They are still under construction. I am only going to give them two stars because I did not see, one person in the 1 hour and 50 minutes that I was there. Cleaning one machine or that madder anybody that even looked like that was there job. read more

The casino is really nice and big! Nice live band and I like the compliments of the beverages. Truly enjoyed ourselves

I went for very first time. Put in cash in front of friend and the machine was not spinning or responding. Hit the service button waited over half hour to be told dont play this machine then by service people. After they turned machine on and off they said it spins. So I said I'm not a liar look at cameras. They said no it happens all the time and walked off. Now that they chose to say and do what they did. The biggest law suit you ever seen against casino is in works come Monday Admitting theft, working on machine then state it works. It's all on camera idiots. read more

Very much enjoyed my last visit there. Very good dining experience and the slots were a lot of fun. Clean and very nice. Would recommend.

Been coming here for years and it used to be good. Coming from someone who has dropped a ton of money here and seen how slots perform over the years.....I can say that since they have had the place under new management last year the slots have become significantly tighter. Whoever they hired to become the new manager definitely isn't in it for the players, just the establishment. You use to win some and lose some, win some and lose some and it was fun. Now the machines are so tight it's just take take take take. Sure you can hit something here and there but it's not fun like it used to be. Thumbs down to the new management and their decisions. This place could be much better without gauging your best customers. read more

I go here often because it's the closest casino. I used to go here especially on the double or triple point days. They've gotten away from that over the past year and it makes me sad how cheap they've gotten. Other casinos offer extra points on various days, but Muckelshoot can't. Probably because so much money is going to the remodel. The music that's played is really crappy during the day. It's stuff that no one listened to back in 1958. I sometimes go to other casinos just because I don't want to hear the awful repetitious garbage that's played. Now I've just learned my reward money is only good for certain days, so you're telling me when I can gamble. Maybe some other place will get my investment when I feel like it. It's really not about U like the ad says. As far as gaming, it's about on par for winning or losing. I just wish some of the machines had more options for money amounts. read more

I LOVE the Muckleshoot, especially the large NON Smoking section, the food is awesome too, don't remember the name of it but the small deli/cafe near the Sports betting area I have never had a bad meal at. Would prefer regular hash browns to the potato slices they serve with my steak and eggs orders that I love day or night but otherwise a great meal. And the casino itself is huge, with really nice non smoking area, since i am allergic to smoke or aroma in my clothes or hair afterwards , don't like hanging out on the smoking side, even if I have to go through their to get to the Great awesome Galaxy Lounge. It is non smoking inside Club Galaxy but the bar area is open so 2nd hand smoke still comes in. I LOVE the huge free entertainment venue at Club Galaxy, my personal favorites are Wally and the Beavs shows, and the Danny Vernon Shows (Elvis impersonator) are also great and I went to the Steven Sogura (SP?) show and he was an awesome Elvis impersonator too. And they bring in big name entertainment too to the huge showroom, love most of those too. read more

The staff is rude they do their job going through the motions, but they are very unwelcoming and they show it. Looks nice inside the construction is handled well enough. Just unpleasant employees that don't listen when you are asking them something. That pretty bad when you are in a restaurant inside a casino. Management really needs to work on this. read more

We had Thanksgiving buffet at Muckleshoot this year. It is by far one of the best buffets we have ever eaten at (including many in Vegas.) The turkey was juicy and well seasoned. The prime rib and pork loin had delicious seasonings. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy. The additional sides included: green bean casserole, stuffing, creamed corn, mac n cheese, candied yams and many more. There was salad and seafood and a dessert table. Service staff were quick with the drinks and removing plates. We just might be having Christmas at Muckleshoot as well. read more

Tightest slots in the US. Goodness. Avoid at all cost. Not bitter or anything, but it is true they are trying to compensate for all that money spent renovating. It is a business so i dont blame them, of they have enough money to make some nice adjustments, from the stingy slots now i see how they got so well off lol read more

This casino is sprawling! And they have plans for expansion come 2020/2021. You know what that means?- this, like many of the best casinos, rake in the dough! There are more losers than winners. Don't be like my cousins last weekend- greedy from a few wins only to blow the few hundred dollars earned! Come to dine, drink, wander, dance (yes they have a club/dance floor), and if you're ready to play, I recommend Backgammon. The people at our table were methodical and resilient. It paid off, because they won in the thousands. I really had a great time here- hope to come back next year and make more memories! read more

I'm not much of a gambler, but I ended up coming to Muckleshoot for an event and when you're in Rome.... I took the long way to the event hall just to see what was available. One thing I noticed very quickly? This place is depressing as Hell! I didn't see a single person at the slot machines having a good time. Every single one of them had a frown on their face as they slummed over the button, pressing it over and over again while smoking their cigarettes. The slots are clearly where hopes and dreams go to die. The tables were a lot better, people were actually enjoying themselves and it was more what you'd expect -- a group of people playing games and enjoying the company. Several restaurants in the casino, including a dance club. There's also a gift shop so you can commemorate your amazing time at Muckleshoot...or something like that. To their credit, there are a handful of things in there that are reasonably prices. read more

This casino is under construction because they're building on a motel, but it doesn't look like it from the inside- it's very clean. When you can find a worker to assist you with any slot machine issues, they're always very friendly and get the issue fixed quickly. There seems to be available slot machines in your favorite games - atleast one at all times no matter how busy the casino is at that moment, but the tables are always over crowded and hard to get in. I'm sure that will change once the under construction area is back open. I've noticed that the pay outs are few and far between lately, you always walk out in the negative anymore and it's VERY frustrating .... I've come to this casino alot less lately because of it. Good luck! read more

Unlike many casinos, the non-smoking section here actually smells smoke-free. The majority of the slots are 1¢ (literally only found one 5¢ machine and no 25¢ machines) in the non-smoking area. The casino is really close to I-5. They have updated their ATM machines, so that you cash out winning tickets through the ATM instead of standing in line at a cashier's cage. Good selection of free beverages/soda machines. And there are a few (not many) waitresses walking around offering cocktails. The food selection here leaves a lot to be desired, I wouldn't eat at the casino. But there are plenty of store and restaurant options nearby. Nice/helpful security staff. There was a sign by Door 3 for "valet parking" but we never actually saw any staff there to park cars. We were looking for lot/valet attendants, but gave up and self-parked (on a cold rainy day). read more

I used to come here for BINGO, never had any luck to take home that Range Rover winning prize that was sitting in the parking lot, but it was fun entertainment for a good hour or so. There's 2 section, one for smokers and one for non-smokers, thank god. Famous Vietnamese celebrities occasionally come out to perform at this casino so expect an abnormal amount of asian folks out partying and gambling whenever that occurs. That's the only time I'll be out besides the rare bingo nights, it's surprisingly fun. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:) read more

Very fun place to stop by if you enjoy gambling. There's plenty of slot machines and blackjack tables, a little bit of everything for everyone. I like how each section "feels" a little different from the other. One section of the casino has plenty of TV's to catch a game while your gambling. There's also plenty of bars to grab a drink and hang out at. It's too bad I don't live nearby, otherwise I'd be here all the time. Return Factor - 60% read more

Muckleshoot - Out of 25 spins - Casinos Near Me - Auburn, Washington

The staff is the only thing that keeps me from rating Muckleshoot lower. Forced to stay here for a function, the room prices ($300 plus for a tired and very average room with zero view) are ridiculous. Downtown Seattle is cheaper. When you walk in and have to go through metal detectors, you get a feeling that is not good. Considering we were arriving for a function, we did show up a little early and they wanted another $40 for an early check in. No thanks, we will go to the bar. No food at this bar. Next bar, $22 average burger. $8 beers. Guess with tip $40 would have been the same. Okie doke. Get the room, call for luggage. Phone extension for bell desk on ticket doesn't work. Call operator, "sorry the bell desk doesn't have an extension". I say, really why is there a number on the claim check? Sends my call to front desk. No one answers. Back down the elevator through ANOTHER metal detector (yes, they are checking people in the hotel !) to stand around until bellman produces luggage. Okie doke. The function had a cash bar ($12 drinks!) and really substandard food that cost a fortune. Everything cost. You want to use the screen ? $500 !!!. Sound system ? Don't ask. From a security standpoint, not knowing in advance or warned in any form (no signs) about the metal detectors, we as a couple went in with legally permitted concealed firearms (no alarm) and then when leaving the elevator upon departure - the guard looked completely dumbfounded when the weapons showed up on the xray- and didn't say a word. Well, glad you have such top notch security Muckleshoot but no worries I would never come back. read more

I had to download the app to leave this review. This casino is absolutely terrible. Over dramatic with absolutely everything. All you see in this place is gambling addicted people cause anyone with sense wouldn't ever come back to this place. Worst restaurants when it comes to wait times and actual food.
