I called sky zone yesterday to understand hours of operation on the holiday Monday. I was told they opened at 10am. I asked are they sure it is a holiday and was assured it was 11a. I showed uo early (10:30a) just to find out it opened at 10am. HOW DO THE EMPLOYEES NOT KNOW THEIR HOIRS OF OPERATION. Also, the recommendation I offered months ago about having a separate line for members and was in-place was not longer happenings. Regression is a terrible thing. Move forward not backwards. We chose to come to this location versus the Tukwila because it had more stars/good reviews. We were a bit disappointed it is much smaller and has less areas than the Tukwila location. They do not have the slide. The staff is much more friendly and attentive here so that is a plus. Had the pretzel bites and cheese as a snack and it was pretty terrible. Can't go wrong with an Icee though. read more

We always have a great time at Sky Zone! I love that it has a lot of different areas for my child to jump in and activities for her to do. Of course there are standard trampolines but there are also plenty of foam pits to jump into and things to jump from. My child's favorite is the dodge ball area. The balls are super soft and she loves to jump and throw the balls with friends. She has recently been exploring the jungle gym area as well which allows her to climb and swing. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Another thing I like is that the older kids are pretty respectful of my child and watch where they are going. We have had some near misses when kids were a bit boisterous but they have always stopped to say sorry which means a lot to me. read more

I sliced my foot open at SkyZone, blood everywhere, and the employees offered me a paper towel and extra socks to keep the paper towel on. No one made any moves to clean up the blood, so of course I did, and disinfected as well as I could. The staff there can't be held liable for the injury because I signed a waiver, but they could at least have some basic first aid skills, a basic first aid kit, and a clean up kit for blood or other bodily fluids. My kid loves coming here, but safety and sanitary issues are a major concern. read more

Having teenagers in charge without an adult on site or visible is obvious. We are members as of a month now and for weekly , haven't seen an adult employee and it's negatively affecting the atmosphere. The teenagers are friends with the employees and break the rules with no staff member intervening. Shoes on the trampolines, cussing, running and bullying other children. I stay with my kids but I seen a majority of these kids each week the same ones who cuss and take pictures of other kids with no parent in site. At minimum this facility could have one adult on site to ensure the teens aren't letting the teens misbehave. read more

Since Skyzone purchased this facility and RAISED prices, it has only gone downhill. Attractions have either remained closed, and more have been closed. No improvements or changes have been made, the same dilapidated foam squares are being used still. Might consider some other option for my kids in the future. It's great fun for my little boy, and as a nurse they give us a discount. Pros- variety of activities, options, winter membership available. Cons- older kids/teens who feel they have a monopoly on the equipment and on our last visit my son was assaulted by a teen girl in front of a staff member who did nothing, and no parents to be found. This makes me feel like visual supervision is lacking and it's stressful. I would like to see staff more engaged and proactive. I do prefer the equipment here over Catapult and would visit more often if I felt safer. read more

Sincerely such a great time. Defy Tacoma brought about a major enjoyment to my Wife & Kids. We stayed throughout our entire time window, 2 hours. Pricing was a bit high, could be a little lower to be real, because you have to buy your socks to go in the area to play. Anyways, all of the areas that the kids were able to try out, were amazing, the smiles on my kids faces matched my Wifes and my own. A fantastic family experience to get the energy out, have a blast with one another, and create new memories. The concession stand was a but small, compared to the traffic that could potentially come through there, but their slushies were amazing. We weren't hungry as we had a light breakfast before we went, but I'm sure it would be great too! We look forward to coming back again! Highly recommend this business for everyone! read more

I've been looking for a great place for our kid to be active and play while not freezing our faces off and we found it! We play "Fall Guys" on the PC and this is almost like the game in real life! So many different areas to jump, play, do a ring zip line style thing. I read some recent reviews and was afraid it would be unclean or some areas would be torn. I went on these areas myself and thankfully I found 0 tears or cause for concern. The bathroom was spick n span clean too (a must for me). We did go for kids hour from 9-10 and by the time we left near 10:30, it did get a little busy, but mostly everyone had a mask. I'll be back a lot, only thing I reccomend is absolutely washing your hands thoroughly after your time is up. read more

This was a terrible place to have a birthday party! When it was defy, we had the room for a solid two hours now that it's sky zone you only get to be in the room for one hour. I had a whole group of parents and family that had to stand in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for the room while the kids all jumped. That is completely unacceptable to me. I will NEVER book a birthday party here again!! I will say the staff was very friendly and nice. Not their fault. For the amount of money you pay to have a birthday party there you would think it would be a lot more organized. read more

Done with Defy Tacoma !! Its ok until it's not. My husband hurt his ankle so bad last year, no one knew what to do. They literally handed ME their injury intake form to fill out even though it said for employee use only. But this we could handle. We got it taken care of (WE did, not them) Today was the icing on the cake. My daughter broke her freaking arm there today. I understand the waiver, I understand the risks of playing hard and yadda yadda. My issue is that NOT ONE EMPLOYEE helped us. And when I went to the counter, apologized to the people I went in front of and said "I'm pretty sure my daughter broke her arm I need some ice please so we can go to the ER." Her response was "oh my, just hang on, let me get this family their socks." Are you kidding me!? I waited about 30 seconds as she passed out ONE PAIR AT A TIME and I couldn't handle it. We left. I understand the risks of playing hard. But there is NO EXCUSE for employees to act like that!! Whether you have signed a waiver or not the employees should be trained to help. read more

Never been before but it was an awesome experience for the whole family! Very friendly and safe staff members, customer service is great excellent and they have military discounts, can't bet that. Will definitely return for more fun! We did not buy any food or drinks besides water, we did purchase a locker for our valuables which wasn't bad. It's $2 for one use or $5 for multiple uses while playing. We got our monies worth of fun and having great staff really makes a difference!! The space is not too big and the observer seating is limited. My daughter was ready to go after about 30 minutes. Prices are ok. $15 for an hour age 7 and up. A little less for younger. Jump socks $3. Cubbies for shoes and lockers for a small fee. We came late morning during the week. Will try again on the weekend and will update my review at that point! read more

I've always wanted to check out this trampoline park and I finally got the opportunity one day for a birthday party my family was invited to. My 4 and 6 year old had a blast here and there are so many different areas to jump around/have fun. All of the staff seem to be younger/teenagers and honestly they were not really enforcing any rules or paying attention to what was going on - keep this in mind because you will have to keep an eye on your kids if they are younger for safety reasons, etc. Also this isn't the cleanest place, but I expected that and did not really care. The birthday party we went to was great and the pizza from their cafe was tasty. You can pay for just your kids to jump and you can just walk around/watch them in your regular shoes if you don't want to pay for yourself to jump which is nice. They announce on the intercom when your jump time is over for whatever color bracelet you are wearing, but the staff didn't really seem to be hounding people down so we ended up jumping over our time before I realized what the announcements on the intercom were for. Overall: very fun for the kids and I may return again. read more

Out latest experience at sky zone (formally defy) was very pleasant. Ziona (spelling?) was very easy and accommodating to our situation and we are very grateful for her. My son had a blast and all of the children were enjoying themselves without any incidents. I saw many staff members frequently walking around making sure everyone was safe. The guy working the snack bar was quick and friendly too. Overall a great experience and I may have to give the membership another go cause the price is well worth it if you go there just a couple days a month. My only reservations is that we have a bit of a drive. read more

I love this place for burning my kids' energy! 9-10am is for kids under 6 which Is great for my toddlers. Lots of different areas to explore. Obstacle course, single jump trampolines that you can jump really high on, foam pits, zip line, basketball hoop w/trampoline, area with balls (dodgeball), swing! The more we go, the more my kid's coordination improves. I'm so glad this business has opened and I hope it stays! One concern is about the foam blocks in the foam pit. Nice facility, awful check-in. They encourage people to buy tickets and sign the waiver on-line (good) and then they make you stand in line for 20 minutes just to get the stamp and bracelet to get in even if you do the things they ask. The front desk has four registers (appropriate) and they have one clerk on duty on Presidents' Day and it's raining. Come on, guys, that's the highest demand day there is for indoor play. Management needs to think things through. The trampolines are nice, well maintained. The games are fun for the kids and the zip line has an attentive employee hauling in the zip line to let the next kid go. read more

Young kids running the place , not friendly at all and one of the girls seemed very annoyed when asked for help getting drinks for my kids . Kids were thirsty from playing so hard and she had to finish up what she was doing before she can get us drinks , then took off right away and had to look for another person to help us to get more drinks for my daughters other kids . Workers were all huddled up in the corner of play area just chilling and visiting.Its like no one was working . I have never been so disappointed in a birthday party in my life. I booked the party for my granddaughter to make things easy but that was not the case. First, I was told that there would be a cart for our things but party's over lapped and had to bring in my wagon to have gifts put in. We were told we would get in room 15 min before party started, 10 minutes past that the parents started to clean the room ourselves. The host was no were to be found throughout the party and had to search for him. The garbage was completely full when party started and had to use gift bags to throw garbage in. I invited 10 kids and three of our kids had memberships and I had to pay an additional $96 dollars for them when they already can come jump. I will never recommend this place for a party to any friends or family. read more

Oh my gosh! This place is SO much fun! My 7-year-old played for almost 2 hours straight. It's kind of pricey, but well worth it. It's not just trampolines. Dirty, staff are overwhelmed, tears in the trampolines and you can see the unfinished work under the supertramps--so if the tears get any worse, you're hitting pavement. Staff are not monitoring the parents who are not monitoring their toddlers. Spent more time stopping for toddlers than actually jumping. Water and liquid spills everywhere in the main corridor. The park itself--eh. Been to better. Not very well laid out, the obstacles are not engineered well and are not fluid. read more

We normally have a good experience at Defy but we bought tickets for Veteran's day while the kids were off of school and they clearly oversold the facility. There wasn't a parking spot to be found even after driving around the parking lot for almost 30 minutes. Check-in begins with filling out waivers, this can be done online before you arrive at the park. Before entry, you'll be given a colored bracelet to indicate time of arrival and non-slip socks. This isn't going to be your normal post but here we go. I want to give a huge shout out to Diane and the rest of the employees at Defy that rushed over to aid my son today when he broke his Fibula. We hadn't been on the floor 7 minutes when my teenage son stepped wrong, rolled his ankle, and fell in pain. The employees responded before I could even get to him. They put him on a chair, grabbed him a bag of ice, some water, and Diane came over to talk to us. My wife knew immediately he needed to go to the ER, so Diane got us a rolling chair and helped us get him to the car. I couldn't have been more pleased or thankful with the way it was all handled. The facility overall is clean, an easy check in process, and tons to do. There are plenty of attentive employees on the floor to ensure the rules are being followed and the kids are being safe. We will definitely be back to jump around in the future. Thank you all again for your help today! read more
